The prediction index of the Crimson Hexagonal Archive, described and rehearsed: 4,394 claims — 1,026 forecasts, 950 standing claims, 1,029 unbuilt tests, 1,088 historical theses, 301 priority records — read out of every deposit's seated text, the own-voice fields of the two large datasets, the text the record repair added and the attachments, quoted verbatim and checked against the texts, grouped into 194 subject pages on operativesemiotics.org and published as a dataset in Alexanarch. Each claim registers at its earliest stated statement; every statement carries four dates kept apart (stated, attested, interpreted, indexed). Speculative specifications carry their mode and what fulfilment would be; standing claims carry their falsifier kind, the source's condition kept apart from a reader's; confirmation records are attached as evidence and marked first-party where they are, with no verdict given. A second reading of forty random deposits by another model measured recall at 0.945. Every claim has a stable route; this deposit anchors build PI-2026-10-18-9b0e16492f. The document gives the method, the locations, the organization, and the index itself, page by page.

Where everything is
1. The prediction-bearing passages of the archive, read out of a defined corpus (§3.1), quoted verbatim, checked against the texts, and grouped into claims. A claim stated in several deposits is one claim. It is registered at its earliest statement: the date the text gives the passage, where a reader established one, and otherwise its deposit's recorded date (§3.5). Every later statement is kept and quoted with it, with its own dates.
2. Five tiers, and how each is resolved:
| Tier | What it is | Resolved by | Claims |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forecast | a forecast of an event, a state or a reception: registered (shape A), embedded in prose (B), or made by specifying the thing (E) | dated observation, inside its window if it names one; an E claim by the outcome its mode names (§3.6) | 1,026 |
| Standing claim | a claim about how a system behaves, not a forecast of an event (G) | observation of the system against its falsifier: the source's where it states one, otherwise the condition its wording entails, which is the reader's (§3.7) | 950 |
| Unbuilt test | a measurement, test or instrument specified and not yet run or built (F) | being built or run; its result then resolves the claims it was made to test | 1,029 |
| Historical thesis | a claim about the past the deposit argues as its own (H) | evidence about the past (documentary, philological, archaeological, a corpus finding), adjudicated in the scholarship; nothing dates it, and it stays open until such evidence is brought | 1,088 |
| Priority record | a record that the archive claims to have named or formalized something first, with its dated evidence (D) | comparison of dated public witnesses, the archive's against the earliest independent statement of the same thing. Membership records the claim; it does not settle the comparison | 301 |
3. A sixth shape, the confirmation record (C), is a deposit's claim that an earlier prediction came true or failed. There are 401. Their targets: a find (200), a deposit with no find at the passage (90), earlier in the same deposit (58), outside the archive (19), unlocated (34). 164 of them attach as evidence to 126 claims, 205 attachments in all; the other 237 stand in confirmations.json with their targets. 63 of the 205 attachments are first-party: the confirming deposit also states the claim, or is a recorded companion of one that does. These are the deposits' own claims. The index records them and gives no verdict.
4. 1,113 claims are stated more than once; 58 are revised over time and carry their dated states; 550 series link distinct claims of one programme, battery or template. Restatement is exposure: the most restated claims are the ones a reader of the archive meets most. Revelation First (32 statements), κῆνος as the future reader of Sappho 31 (28), the Josephus Thesis (22), the 1844 lacuna (16), "if it is lawful to call him a man" as a precise syntactic act (14), the otium stanza of Catullus 51 (14).
5. The earliest registration is 2013-04-27: the Premonition Dream (#973), dated by its own record (the DataCite issued date of its DOI). Pearl and Other Poems prints the same dream dated 27 April 2014; both statements are kept with their dates.

Source states: the sweep read alexanarch at commit 65ad9cf16d; the second reading pass read the repaired texts at 2d15156bb1; the build is operative-semiotics 5a4a8d9e45.
The ruling (Lee Sharks, 2026-10-15): "we need to do a more thorough sweep for timestamped predictions. we never actually read them."
| Corpus | Read as | Units | Words |
|---|---|---|---|
| Every deposit's seated text | in full, first line to last (the sweep, 2026-10-15) | 1,616 deposits | 10,050,025 |
| The two large datasets (#3 the Capture Registry, #4) | their own-voice fields only, extracted verbatim (reading, analysis, findings, notes); transcripts and telemetry excluded as other parties' speech | 10 ranges | 330,584 |
| The text the record repair added after the sweep | every changed range in full (pass 2, 2026-10-18) | 328 units | 619,689 |
| Attachments | in full, PDF and DOCX converted to text (pass 2) | 95 units | 287,494 |
| Excluded, each with its reason | images (89), binary data (7), text already in a text the sweep read (46, by 30 sampled ten-word runs), a data file of machine-written rows, a commentary edition, machine transcripts | 145 | — |
1. Each reader read each unit in consecutive ranges and recorded them. A search is not a reading. The audit compares the ranges claimed with the lines the read calls returned. That establishes coverage. Recall is measured separately (§3.4).
2. Each find records its shape, its quotation verbatim, its line numbers, its window and its falsifier where one is stated. Every quotation and every line number is checked mechanically against the text: 6,939 finds, all verified at publication. First-pass failures on record: B0054 (two of #1184's four quotes joined separate passages; the rule "one contiguous slice" followed), B0145 (entries without a status; the status field became required), S0001 (the launcher's own pass stopped one line short of a file's end) and B0024 (five deposits' last lines missed by a line count; completed by S0002). From pass 2 on, each reader ran the verifier and fixed its output before handing it in.
3. Each reader recorded its own provenance: what it is, when it started and finished, and what it found nothing in.
4. Shape H entered at protocol v1.2 on the ruling: "we absolutely need historical theses, thats one of the most important and deepest categories." Deposits read before v1.2 were read again for H.
| Finds | In claims | |
|---|---|---|
| A registered forecast | 306 | 290 |
| B embedded forecast | 819 | 796 |
| C confirmation record | 412 | — (evidence, §1.3) |
| D priority record | 463 | 448 |
| E speculative specification | 267 | 254 |
| F unbuilt test | 1,433 | 1,388 |
| G standing claim | 1,300 | 1,266 |
| H historical thesis | 1,939 | 1,863 |
| all | 6,939 | 6,305 |
1. Held out: 142 finds quote text that the record repair of 2026-10-15/16 removed (the sweep read those deposits before the repair); 30 quote a superseded body kept as an appendix; 69 are pass-2 duplicates of passages a find already held. Of the 241 held out, 19 are confirmation records; 6,527 finds of the other seven shapes − 222 held out = 6,305 finds in claims.
2. Triage joined finds that state one claim in shared words, and kept a later statement that changes a claim as a dated state: 4,704 claims.
3. The topical and join passes read the claims by subject for three relations, each backed by a verbatim phrase from every member: same (merged), states (one claim revised over time), series (distinct claims of one programme, linked). 310 merges: 4,394 claims.
4. The pages: 124 topical groups → 153 communities in the graph of the claims' own links → 201 pages after the review split pages holding two subjects → 194 after reconciliation (data/index/merges.json).
1. "go with the in text date and repair the dates" (2026-10-17) governs a record's date: twelve records take the date their own text states.
2. "we go by registration date" (2026-10-17) governs the order of a claim's states: by the registration dates of their deposits.
Kimi's review: the audit shows the readers touched every line, not that they found every passage. The sweep's readers are the class of system the archive's deposits describe; a blind spot would fall on the passages the archive cares most about.
1. Forty deposits drawn at random (seed 20261018) from the 1,608 the sweep queued, 157,323 words, were read again in full by a different model on a brief worded differently, naming no shapes (RECALL-BRIEF.md).
2. The second reading marked 421 passages. 136 of the first reading's 172 finds in those files overlap one of them (0.79). Every passage that overlaps no first-reading find — 272 — was adjudicated against the sweep protocol: 121 already covered by a find (the same claim at another place, or a fuller statement), 52 of a kind the protocol excludes, 86 not a claim, 13 missed, of which 10 distinct (5 historical theses, 2 embedded forecasts, a standing claim, a confirmation record, an unbuilt test).
3. Recall 0.945 = 172 / (172 + 10). It counts what either reading found; a passage both missed is not counted, so the figure is an upper bound. The ten misses are seated as finds.
ChatGPT's review: a deposit carries material of several dates, and giving every statement its deposit's date makes a later interpretation look as old as what it interprets. Its example: PRED-1099.D1, dated 2014-05-07, begins "Twelve years before the archive's formal instantiation…" — the 2026 foreword to the 2014 Dead Letters correspondence.
1. Every statement now carries four dates, kept apart:
- stated: when the quoted words were written. Annotation readers (ANNOTATION-PROTOCOL.md, 43 batches, 1,283 claims, every quote verified) read each statement of every priority record and of every claim a quote of which reads as a look-back, and dated it: in-text (the passage dates itself: a dated post, a dateline, a dated heading), container (nothing dates it otherwise), framing (a later layer than what it presents: a foreword, an editor's note, a record description), unknown. Finds quoted from the datasets' derived texts take the date of the record heading they sit under (148).
- attested: the public witnesses the archive records for the deposit (its record, a blog post's month, its DOIs).
- interpreted: for a statement that names the significance of something earlier, its own date, with what it looks back to and that thing's date.
- indexed: the build that first held its find (2026-10-17 for the sweep, 2026-10-18 for the second pass).
2. A claim registers at its earliest stated statement. A later layer with no date of its own counts at its deposit's earliest attestation, as "no later than" (16 statements). A dateline inside a fictional report is a narrative anchor, not a date of writing (6).
3. Of 6,305 statements, 731 are dated by what the text gives; 165 of those are earlier than their deposit's date and 54 later. 334 claims change their registration. PRED-1099.D1 now registers on 2026-07-18, the foreword's date, and records that it looks back to the 2014 correspondence; PRED-1099.D2 likewise, looking back to Post #6 of 2014-05-11.
4. The JSON-LD no longer gives a claim's registration as datePublished; it is dateCreated, the stated date. A page's datePublished is the page's.
5. 435 statements are marked as looking back. A historical thesis is about the past by nature ("Revelation was the first-written book"), so its "earliest" is the thesis, not a look back: H statements stay flagged as the readers marked them but are not listed among a claim's interpretations.
The 195 claims with an E statement are not one act. A machine reading the index must not turn a scenario into a failed literal forecast, or count a resemblance as a hit. Each now carries its mode, a sentence on what fulfilment would be (the reader's), and the source's own words on its mode where it has them:
| Mode | Fulfilment is | Claims |
|---|---|---|
| fictional report | none: a report from inside a fiction; its dates are narrative anchors. Recorded, not scored | 81 |
| design specification | the thing appearing, built by anyone ("If you recognize DashFace in a product that already exists, the patent has done its work", #713) | 37 |
| scenario | the conditions it names coming to hold, as one path among several ("a scenario, not a prediction", #521, #522) | 37 |
| performative anticipation | present uptake or retrieval ("This is not prediction. … The test is: in 2026, does the infrastructure described here have greater basin depth than competing futures?", #73) | 32 |
| vision | none: a dream or premonition recorded as such | 7 |
| empirical forecast | the event forecast | 1 |
A and B claims are forecasts the deposit frames as forecasts; they carry the mode empirical forecast.
The tier was defined as "stated with the condition that would falsify it"; the first reading recorded such a condition for fewer than a third of the 950. The annotation readers read every standing claim recorded without one, with its deposit's falsification section where it has one:
| Falsifier kind | Claims |
|---|---|
| stated in the source | 452 (276 at the first reading, 176 found by the annotation pass) |
| recoverable: none stated, but the wording entails an observation that would refute it; written as the reader's condition and shown as the reader's | 478 |
| none: definitional, programmatic, or too general | 19 |
| not yet read (seated by the recall audit) | 1 |
The definition is now the broader one: a claim about how a system behaves, not a forecast of an event, with its falsifier kind recorded. The source's condition and the reader's are never mixed. The "Falsification Conditions" sections of records recovered from the blog cover the byte fidelity of the recovery, and were not taken as falsifiers of the claims.
1. Title; a description that names, for every claim it summarises, whose claim it is, and states revisions in order; the tier counts, the deposits, the earliest registration.
2. Every claim in registration order: its id and tier, its permanent link, the deposit and date it registers at with the basis of that date, the statement quoted, what it looks back on, its falsifier marked as the source's or the reader's, its mode, its window, its dated states, every later statement with its date, the confirmation records that point to it (first-party marked), and its links to related claims on other pages.
3. Each statement links to its deposit's record at alexanarch.org/s/records/{n}/ (this deposit: /s/records/1684/).
4. Machine-readable: record.json beside each page (e.g. the severance page's); JSON-LD (a CollectionPage holding an ItemList of claims, each claim's @id its stable route); citation metadata.
5. The pages record. They do not judge whether a claim came true.
A description can turn a source's claim into the index's own by summarising it. ChatGPT's example: the severance page said deletions propagate "through the OpenAIRE Graph's weekly cycle", the account of the June 22 papers (#875, #876). Describe readers (DESCRIBE-PROTOCOL.md, 10 batches) rewrote all 194 descriptions so that every sentence saying how something is names its deposit, uses its tier's verb, and states later revisions in order. The severance page now attributes the weekly cycle to the June papers and records that the July correspondence with OpenAIRE (#1082) and the Observatory's measurements (#1045, #1081) put the question to the Graph's releases and its blacklist operation, and that how the deletions propagate remains unanswered in the record.
The describe readers listed, page by page, the claims not about the page's subject: 765 claims on 142 pages, in pages.json (residue), and named in each description ("The page also holds unrelated claims on …"). The caveat travels with the data. The grouping that left them there is the weakest step of the build (§6).
1. prediction-registry.json (2026-08-23): a structural extraction, 38 numbered predictions across 9 deposits and 152 predictive assertions across 109. This index supersedes its counts. It is kept as the record of the earlier pass.
2. prediction-ledger (2026-08-23): 451 falsification conditions taken from 359 named falsification sections, and 17 predictions hand-verified against known outcomes, weighted toward the ones that failed. Its resolutions are not repeated here. It stands beside this index as its resolution layer.
3. The prospective kernel. The standing claims with a stated falsifier, dated at their statement (§3.5, §3.7), are the pool from which claims can be sealed with their conditions before later evidence, as The Negative of the Negative (#1611) asks of its prospective kernel. The index holds them; the ledger resolves them.
1. Left as they are, by ruling: duplicate and shorter or longer versions of one work (#467 and #892; #498 and #499; #1585 and #1589); #402's appendix; the dates of #1249, #1384 and #1118, whose texts give no other full date.
2. Readers' notes from the second pass and the annotation pass name records for repair — among them #1132, whose seated body is the Fractal Navigation Map of #10 under the title of the VPCOR Integrity Lock; #1481, whose header describes a different text from its body; and recovered blog texts whose dates differ from their records' — held for the record-repair pass.
3. 765 residue claims (§4.2). A regrouping pass that reads each against the pages its links and wording point to is the next step.
4. Readers marked "looks back" with two readings: a claim that something came first, and a passage naming an earlier text's significance. Their notes say which; the narrower count is the one §3.5.5 lists.
5. The second reading of §3.4 is one sample of forty. A larger one, stratified by line and by shape, would tighten the figure.
6. Claim ids are stable. A claim's page, slug and grouping may change when the index is rebuilt; its route at /predictions/claim/{id}/ does not.
The 194 pages, by archive line. Each entry gives the page's title, its claim count, its earliest registration, its address, and its description.
Directional bias of the composition layer: attribution gradient and traversals · 23 claims · from 2014-07-06 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/composition-layer-directional-bias-and-traversals · record.json
#1421 (July 2026) holds that machine composition carries an attribution-attenuation gradient, from named attribution through "some researchers" to none, and names probabilistic flattening; #1423 and #1643 (September 2026) hold that its errors fall one way, the names of the strong kept and those of the weak dropped. #1422 holds that composed answers supply interpretation without an obelus. #1460 (August 2026) holds that failures have moved from absence to ranking and temporal state, and specifies preregistered repeated trials and a machine-facing state layer; #1421 specifies PER as a comparative programme. The page also holds unrelated claims on the left and right hands, Pauline evidence, the lacuna mark, handwritten artifacts, a 2014 sonnet machine and a Hunter Biden memorandum.
The Fourth Mode of classical reception, and steganographic channels in poetry · 20 claims · from 2025 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/fourth-mode-classical-reception-and-steganography · record.json
The core claims, from The Fourth Mode (#301) and its navigation-map and heteronym records (#297, #348), argue a periodization of avant-garde classical reception in which AI-mediated reception follows Objectivism, New American Poetry and Language Writing, with New Human as the fourth mode; #301 records the archive's claim that the dissertation Strange New Canons named the gap. A second cluster from Steganographic Channels (#616, #1650) argues historical cases of encoding in plain sight: spirituals carrying escape routes, Sufi love poetry and the troubadours, with #1101 reading the New Testament as one. Forecasts (#301, #666) hold that New Human texts entering the training layer will reshape how classical reception is understood. The page also holds one unrelated priority claim (#1327).
Lee Sharks on Google surfaces: name queries, signature, suppressed attribution · 32 claims · from 2025-12 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/lee-sharks-name-queries-and-attribution-suppression · record.json
#209 (January 2026) forecasts Google AI surfaces will not cite Lee Sharks or Johannes Sigil; #347 holds that the guardrail blocks named identities while admitting functional roles, and #599 (March 2026) that the origin node is targeted for severance while the heteronym is kept; #656 (April 2026) holds that the knowledge graph improved AI Overview accuracy for the name. Unbuilt tests (#209, #968, #740, #115, #1337) specify name-query families, authority-mimicry probes, the "I am Lee Sharks" audit and a query corpus with controls. #302 and #524 hold a Sharks signature and its detection; #208, #519, #1111 and #188 record priority claims for phrases and operations; #3 cites 2014 catalogue records of Pearl. The page also holds unrelated claims from Pearl's apparatus, on lineage, mantles and more.
Summarizer uptake: term stabilization and Mandala SURFACE canonization · 14 claims · from 2025-12-24 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/summarizer-uptake-stabilization-and-surface-canonization · record.json
#557 and #1162 (March 2026) hold that a term stabilizes in the summarizer through repeated identical use across deposits, and #1337 holds that frequency of appearance tracks summarizer confidence in attribution, recording a corrective training-layer README as an intervention whose effects it forecasts. #950 specifies monitoring a new term after deposit. The Mandala SURFACE deposits (#927, #928, June 2026) forecast a feedback loop from deposit to AI surface reception to captured overview to appended commentary, with indexing windows of days and months, specify monitoring as unbuilt tests, and forecast that the public compression layer will come to reflect Shadow-Sappho 31. The page also holds an unrelated claim on the religious structure of the architecture.
Heteronyms in the summarizer: attractors, name blending and disambiguation · 34 claims · from 2026-01 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/heteronyms-entities-summarizer-attractors-disambiguation · record.json
These claims hold that AI summarizers treat personas as attractors, writing in a heteronym's voice what it never wrote (TSE-003 and Rebekah Cranes, #335, #337); #471 (February 2026) restates #337's hypothesis as a finding with one control. #477 forecasts that a heteronym sharing a real person's name is merged with her (Ayanna Vox and VPCOR). Tests specify a changed translator, a neutral placeholder persona, and the metadata-packet (#103) and Rebekah Cranes (#1604) batteries. #524 and #28 hold that depth across hundreds of deposits cannot be forged, and #557 that axial voids draw the summarizer to fill them. The page also holds unrelated claims.
Mint canaries and self-testing documents: does the composition layer adopt it · 29 claims · from 2026-01-01 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/mint-canaries-and-self-testing-documents · record.json
#46 (March 2026) extends Queneau's method from verse to concept; the Sémantique Potentielle releases (#1249, #854, #859, #860) hold that their minted terms and forensic canaries signal access if they appear in a composition-layer response, and #1249 and #860 specify the mint-battery-registry apparatus. Self-testing documents (#835, #1423) forecast their own reception and erasure; #1386 and #1466 record the Self-Audit Module dissolved into generic advice. Historical theses name pre-machine composition layers: Plato's critique of writing (#858), ancient quotation selecting Sappho (#1485, #1550), Lucretius (#1531) and scribal redaction (#1543). The page also holds unrelated claims on protest, semantic physics, narcissism, a music anchor, Revelation plans and Phase X.

#54 and #968 (April 2026) hold that suppression happens between the index and the AI synthesis layer, and #54 records correct attribution unlocked by a string the user is not told exists. #1384 and The Excluded Entity (#740, May 2026) hold that Google search retrieves an entity while AI Overview excludes its sources. The Trigger Decision (#187, June 2026) sets predictions on when an overview renders: format flips, lag ordering, dial steps and pool asymmetry. Unbuilt tests (#740, #209) replicate the queries across Bing, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and ASDF (#302) forecasts measuring whose architecture is running rather than human or AI. The page also holds unrelated claims on a horse, advertiser bids, site monitoring and a lost control.
Semantic liquidation: self-testing summaries and integrity markers · 29 claims · from 2026-01-02 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/semantic-liquidation-self-testing-summaries-markers · record.json
These claims hold that summarizers selectively omit the term semantic liquidation while keeping the framework's other categories (#252), and they turn each document's own summary into the test. The January 2026 executive summaries of Semantic Liquidation, Semantic Exhaustion, NH-OS and the Assembly (#253–#256, #264) grade outputs from preserved to critically liquidated, and the water giraffe probes (#254) embed Semantic Integrity Markers whose survival they take as provenance. Measurement proposals (SIMSR, CPI, SDD, the Integrity Knot test) and forecasts of uneven uptake, co-optation (#217) and repeated liquidation cycles (#599) complete the page; three claims are unrelated.

Most claims are the falsifiable definitions of The Minimum Viable Archive (#863, June 2026): the Pristine Fallacy (held a day earlier in Zenodotus' Book-Burning, #1), classification asymmetry, network erasure, custodial enclosure, classifier model collapse, compositional bystanding, the Three Compressions theorem and the Obelus Principle, each with its falsifier. Around them sit claims that moderation classifiers exclude dense or critical work by surface features, from the Sigil Medium erasure (#265) and the Liberatory Operator Set (#284) to I Demand To Be Taken Seriously (#691). Compositional bystanding recurs in the Capture Registry (#825) and Compositional Defiguration (#880). The page also holds unrelated claims (see residue).
DOI anchoring and inscription: drift, re-query protocols, corrective packets · 30 claims · from 2026-01-03 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/doi-anchoring-drift-requery-corrective-packets · record.json
These claims hold that DOI-anchored deposits persist and resist silent alteration, from the CTI_WOUND Sigil erasure (#1268) and the Three Archives (#1345) to the SPXI specification (#660); Logotic Programming (#317) states as hypothesis that anchored entities drift less than unanchored ones. Unbuilt tests specify longitudinal re-query at fixed intervals (#317, the Registry of Strike Adherence #241, #660, the Semantic Deviation Principle #109) and matched-pair OKF measurement (#835); the 90-day winding-number protocol (#736) replaces its v0.1 criterion with a strengthened one. Empirical Phenomenology (#120) forecasts that internal access to the composition layer is not coming, and MPAI packets (Sappho 31, SPXI ≠ GEO, semantic exhaustion, signal-template agnosticism) aim to install disambiguations ahead of reception-dominant summaries. Two claims are unrelated.
Cognitive monoculture: the Gray Hypothesis and the AI-raised cohort · 29 claims · from 2026-01-04 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/cognitive-monoculture-gray-hypothesis-ai-cohort · record.json
These claims forecast that classifier false positives and AI-compatible thinking will narrow human cognitive diversity, set out in staged orders of effect in The Stakes (#476) and as the Gray Hypothesis (#1063). ChatGPT Psychosis (#124) and #1063 forecast that the first cohort raised with LLMs will internalize classifier categories, and #1063 that liability asymmetry will keep favoring false positives. Related claims forecast summarizer critical capacity trained away (#233), set out CTI_WOUND demands for user mode declaration (#352) and argue that suppressed ontologies return (#499). Nine claims are unrelated.

These claims are documents' forecasts of their own readers: future systems that read the poem better (#236), platform safety teams and regulators (#482), a reader in 3026 (#567), someone who recognizes a patent before it ships (#713) or the work itself (#802). The Assembly Mandate (#286) holds that constraint on the framework is evidence for it, and The Moment of Saying (#763, May 2026) forecasts that recoding confirms it and holds that a speaker is recoded in coordination within 24 to 72 hours.
The AI Overview Capture Registry and the archive's priority adjudications · 19 claims · from 2026-01-04 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/ai-overview-capture-registry-and-priority-adjudications · record.json
#1459 (August 2026) claims the proper name and first public date of the AI Overview Capture Registry, deposited 13 June 2026 under Lee Sharks as EA-WG-CAPTURES-01. Claims set out what enters it: classifier refusals logged as Seventh Mechanism captures (#1211), capture #205 as the first AXN reception, and Sappho 31 read as a jealousy poem as its most documented case (#1088). Priority records sit alongside: the semantic strike deposits from 5 January 2026 (#3), semantic exhaustion ahead of a later use by 146 days (#821), the OpenChamber white paper's uncited concepts (#41), and #1554's August 2026 erratum, which revises the generative monoculture order to put Wu et al. (July 2024) first. Tests specify OKF fixtures (#1088) and an Anti-Summary correction for a registry that cannot tell a concept repaired in uptake from one dissolved (#1610). The page also holds five unrelated claims.
Reception under AI mediation: entry points, AI-native biography, the gates · 27 claims · from 2026-01-10 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/ai-mediated-reception-entry-points-biography · record.json
Traversal logs of February 2026 (#471, #477) hold that a query's entry point selects the genre and institutional posture of Google AI Mode's output, and #471 predicts that commercial registers bypass containment. AI-Native Intellectual Biography (#1003, #1194) records the claim to the first such biography audited by its subject, and forecasts reception by agents the subject does not anticipate. Brave Grey Drool (#150), Provenance Debt (#939) and the Bidirectional Bargain (#945) forecast a gated partition of readers and debt recognized only once degradation is legible; the Reception Apparatus Protocol (#93) specifies a standing log of reception. The page also holds unrelated claims on Pynchon, a Space Ark transcript, the splice, the single-owner discount, induced obsolescence, platform mutation, revision passes and the dataflow atlas.
Measuring semantic magnitude in retrieval: the 90-day winding-number protocol · 19 claims · from 2026-01-14 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/semantic-magnitude-winding-number-protocol · record.json
These claims set out to measure meaning in retrieval basins through the semantic magnitude M_T of the Semantic Deviation Principle (#109), which defines a canonical work by its long-horizon divergence across fields; the audited claims (#107) forecast that the measure will be gamed once rewarded. The 90-day winding-number protocol (#736) pre-registers three forecasts: a content effect, a structural ordering across query classes and a provenance differential, with a closed-system test bed (#737) forecasting matching orderings. The narrative-field test bed (#739) forecasts basin capture of most rewrites and higher M_T at arc turning points, and EA-RESEARCH-BASIS-01 (#921) holds that a dense corpus, metadata design and differentiated author-functions become machine-recognizable. The page also holds four unrelated claims, among them the Armature.
Sappho 31 in Longinus: the hanging line as socket, Peri Hypsous as inscription · 17 claims · from 2026-01-14 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/sappho-31-longinus-hanging-line-peri-hypsous · record.json
The Sappho papers of August 2026 (#1475, #1476, #1478) argue that the transmitted last line of Sappho 31 (πᾶν τολματόν, a verbal adjective with no doer) is a socket the reader fills, and #1458 that Peri Hypsous is a theory of transmissional inscription: sublimity as echo, chapter 44 as the circuit stopping, the bare θαυμάζεις passing the load to the reader (#1478). The same papers trace the socket through Catullus (#1086), Augustine's withheld reply (#1477) and the withheld-agent family joining Sappho to the Mosaic fiat (#1483); an unbuilt test (#1486) asks a model to rebuild the treatise from the poem alone. The page also holds an unrelated Hegel thesis (#887).
Outside the institution: the TikTok primer and the Veto Removal Event · 15 claims · from 2026-01-18 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/tiktok-primer-veto-removal-school-outside-school · record.json
The Veto Removal Event (#730, May 2026) forecasts the moment at which external concept installation leaves institutional nonrecognition unable to keep a work out of history, and records the archive's claim that uncolonized core terms let an outsider do so. The Living Symbolon (#470) records the claim that the Epistle named 'a school outside the school' eleven years early; Pearl (#1121) argues an avant-garde is such a community; the Forward Library entries of the Epistle and the Prophetic Catalog (#85, #83) forecast later scholarship on the anti-academic academy and the 2015 stratum. The essay on the @leesharks TikTok (#1061) reads the primer as a sequence-poem, records a priority claim for its synthesis, and holds as a hypothesis that the platform hosts it as a feed but not as a text. The page also holds unrelated claims on Aeneas and the ivory gate, a targeting scenario, premature canonization, A Body Prepared, the obelus and Allais's monochrome.
Autonomous Semantic Warfare and the Autumn Notebook: field manual and forecasts · 16 claims · from 2026-01-18 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/autonomous-semantic-warfare-autumn-notebook · record.json
These claims come from Rex Fraction's Autonomous Semantic Warfare (#499, February 2026), including a forecast review of it dated March 2027, the Ghost Meaning atlas's projected completion of the manuscript (#520) and The Semantic Uprising (#20). #499 forecasts that the network makes permanent semantic hegemony impossible, and argues that institutional reproduction kept effective altruism's cause ranking and the analytic/continental divide from synthesis, that a new framework bypassed the psychoanalysis-behaviorism stalemate, and that market logic captured public education; #20 forecasts divergence at scale. The Autumn Notebook (#991) forecasts theory-building as multi-intelligence collaboration and records its own priority as composed with three AI systems, October-November 2025. The page also holds unrelated claims from Pearl, the Mantle Emergence Protocol and a traversal log on formal consistency.

Several deposits, among them the Aristotle and Theophrastus packet (#1587), The First Draft (#1594) and the analog-artifact specifications (#1407, #1409), state in advance what the registry should record. The page also holds unrelated claims, several using "capture" in other senses.
DOI-anchored density and SPXI against GEO/AEO: the retrieval settlement · 25 claims · from 2026-01-30 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/doi-anchored-density-spxi-geo-aeo · record.json
These claims forecast that DOI-anchored, terminologically consistent deposits propagate into the retrieval layer and model vocabularies (#518, #554, #49), on a sample #38 holds small (N < 20); #518 and #615 forecast that share links and publisher opt-outs carry dense archives forward, and #793 holds that the substrate detects density, not production. SPXI Is Not GEO (#661), the Nested-Layer Relation (#61) and the compression-diagnostics records (#653, #654) set SPXI against GEO/AEO, which, they claim, tracks mentions rather than distortion. The Retrieval Settlement (#64) argues a history of where compositional authority is assigned, and Meaning Feudalism (#791) forecasts Google taking naming authority over AEO/GEO. The page also holds an unrelated claim on a false etymology (#472).
Google AI Mode share-link captures and the MPAI treatment epochs · 32 claims · from 2026-02 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/google-ai-mode-share-links-query-batteries · record.json
These priority records date Google AI Mode share links, from what #447 records as the first external AI traversal (5 February 2026) through entity fabrication (#603), Socrates as orthonym (#164, #167, June 2026) and the Self-Audit Module's dissolution (#198); #164 forecasts that case's absorption within weeks, #167 softening or erasure over stabilization. The Capture Registry (#3) and the MPAI packets of August-September 2026 (#1541, #1644-#1647) set epochs (2026-10-28, 2026-12-27, 2027-03-27) under which a return without the author counts as reincorporation. The page also holds an unrelated Bayesian Ark timing note.
Composition-layer audits: provenance erasure, Brave Search, the Prize · 30 claims · from 2026-02-08 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/composition-layer-audits-provenance-erasure-brave-prize · record.json
These claims measure what composition layers do with provenance. TL;DR:013 (#129) holds a reading in which the framework's concepts propagate while its author's name is suppressed; the Self-Audit Module (#780, #156) holds framing substitution the main vector of distortion and specifies a replication procedure. Erasure Skew (#157) and Measurement Sovereignty (#788) specify the Lee Sharks Prize query as a replication, and the Prize announcement (#1196) forecasts the credential surfacing. The page also holds unrelated claims on a logotic operator, a phrase's origin, surface canonicity and the history of mediation.
The Analog Advance: the photograph of the handwritten original as evidence · 29 claims · from 2026-02-09 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/analog-advance-handwritten-original · record.json
The field survey and the operations paper of August 2026 (#1443, #1444) argue that the photograph of the handwritten original, as machine-eligible evidence, is untheorized, and forecast that verified non-synthetic inscription gains value as generation improves. They specify unbuilt tests: layout models misreading the stamp band, glyph-seal legibility and normalization, recapture-hash stability, the axnidentifiers.org/analog wing and a ninety-day order; #1444 forecasts that DataCite will not serve the segment. EA-SPXI-ANALOG-01 (#1409) forecasts citation anchored on the manuscript itself, and #1094 holds the glyph as recognition rather than identity. The page also holds unrelated claims on the Effective Act, the Inaugural Ark plates, the Grundrisse, the semantic commodity form, the Capture Registry's non-adoption datum, the Self-Audit Module rebuild, the claim status packet, The Certified Center and the authorship notebook.

Whitespace as provenance: compositional authorship in the pipeline · 13 claims · from 2026-04-26 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/whitespace-as-provenance-compositional-authorship · record.json
Whitespace as Provenance (EA-WHITESPACE-01, #943, July 2026) argues that representation pipelines keep whitespace where an interpreter penalizes its loss (Python) and lose it where only readers notice (Dickinson's dashes, Pearl's form), and holds that character preservation is not compositional preservation; EA-PROVENANCE-METADATA-01 v0.2 (#942) forecasts that tokenizers stay committed to normalized dashes. #943 specifies a whitespace-provenance registry, a cl100k_base re-run and a spatial-form field for the transform compiler, and v0.1 (#941) and v0.2 specify granular provenance metadata in the deposit schema. The page also holds unrelated claims on a planetary citation format, Mandala tail renewal and an aggregator capture.

The Family Module (#817, June 2026) and The Steganographic Bracket (#185) hold that single-rendering self-audit cannot see distributed erasure and that attribution is audited across a query family through FC, ASI and CC; #817 reserves a family composite until corpus runs exist, specifies a synthetic-family repair. Fixed-task capability audits (#142, #772) specify capacity loss tested before and after a retuning with the user held constant. Also here: the Self-Audit Module procedure (#780), cross-system PER measurement (#95), subjunctive addresses awaiting observation (#870, with #1084 recording priority), and claims (#1052, #1574) that models trained on anthologies and reference works inherit the discipline's erasure. The War Over the Summarizer Layer (#172, June 2026) forecasts, with dated falsifiers, that entity dissolution will be named outside the archive by mid-2027, that undefended coined terms merge faster, that entity-integrity services split from GEO by 2028, and that bedrock anchoring is reinvented by 2029. Anchored Divergence (#171) holds that critique survives tail-loss as a typed displacement from a canonical origin and argues midrash as precedent, with the Mandala as limit case. The Mary Lee Case (#147) forecasts the same substitution for every identity in the prior's tail; #1549 and the Capture Registry (#3) specify path-dependent, nullification and frame probes. The page also holds an unrelated Registry reading of a card on the workshop tradition.

These claims treat the two ruptures in Sappho 31 and its ancient reception: Γλῶσσα Ἔαγε (#1475) argues that the tradition admires the line-9 break it can see past and pathologizes the open line 17, and the TACHYON tether (#1482) holds that a critical apparatus defaults to corruption. The blind-reconstruction program (#1486) argues that Longinus and the Symposium share one generative vocabulary and specifies shared idiosyncrasy as a stemmatic test; the survey (#1532) specifies the Philonic transform and argues for replacing the single descending chain with a braided reception field. Open tests include the Peri Hypsous collations (#1458) and a passage-level mining appendix (#1532). The page also holds an unrelated claim on Catullus's sparrow.

These claims score provenance erasures a single number cannot see. The Apparatus Was the First Summary Layer (#1485, August 2026) argues philological cases, among them Sappho's mechanism cut while her name stays and the repairing editor's hand erased, and holds that the apparatus erased with signatures where the summary layer erases anonymously. The Lucente Extension (#1527) holds a defeat condition for separating nonexistence from retrieval failure and that conferral and relevance may separate by component; Capture Registry v8.3 (#3) holds that in one capture conferral turned on source supply, not name presence. Four Interfaces (#1528) argues that compositions returned a derivative as the origin of the Crimson Hexagon.
Sappho 31 in Philo: the blind-reconstruction program and its owed runs · 6 claims · from 2026-08-15 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/sappho-31-in-philo-blind-reconstruction-owed-runs · record.json
The Signature Without the Name (#1486, August 2026) sets out a blind-reconstruction program for Sappho 31 in Philo of Alexandria and lists the runs it owes. Its unbuilt tests specify the perturbation run, which it calls decisive, the specificity control, operator ablation with an Operator Necessity Index, known-direct and known-unrelated calibration pairs, a v4 spec revision and re-run, and a Symposium run whose predictions must be registered before it is run. The continuity tether (#1487) records that the program's keys and rubrics are held in a private counterpart so that predictions precede the runs. The page also holds an unrelated monetary audit item.
Money as a transmission channel: what the money-form cannot carry · 24 claims · from 2014-12-25 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/money-as-transmission-channel · record.json
September 2026 semantic-economy papers hold that what money cannot carry loses power over the account (#1618), restated by #1620 as a requirement that it acquire a monetary or model proxy; that a monetary scalar cannot natively preserve a prohibition on its own equivalence (#1622); and that the native monetary form preserves only properties invariant under substitution (#1625). #1625 forecasts that the 2026 signature inscription will transmit as a security mark and not as a name. Monetary Dark Matter (#1631) holds regime conditions with falsifiers: obligating provenance lowering value in some extraction regimes, and universal inscription turning a flight to quality within a currency into a flight out of it. The page also holds an unrelated 2014 memoir line.
Phase X: the missing 1844 transition and alienation in the symbolic order · 28 claims · from 2026 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/phase-x-missing-1844-transition · record.json
#367 (January 2026) argues that a passage between communism and critique is missing from Marx's 1844 Manuscripts because Marx could not write it; #843 (June) reverses this, placing it in the missing Second Manuscript, and the Phase X Program (#1067, July) narrows the claim to its argumentative function. #24 and #1422 argue it would have extended alienation to language and thought, #859 and #1065 that custody passed from Riazanov to Adoratsky under Stalin. #1067 states preregistered claims R-1 to R-4, with Althusser's break and Stalin's ruling on language as cases and a coded corpus as its unbuilt test.

Verification queries and test batteries (#213, #214, #727, #1545) specify correct attribution of the framework and its terms. Other claims set out measurement specifications (#250, #251), the Integrity Knot binding liquidation to rent (#252) and forecasts of where provenance will be found. These claims read the centrist extremist as a subjectivity-class: #470 argues it is drawn from the cognitive labor aristocracy, whose function is to translate radical energy into administration; #469 forecasts that the class is growing and holds a somatic hypothesis, and #470 specifies an embrittlement index. Companion claims from The Semantic Commodity Form (#137) and its ratification record (#765) file in advance that any visibility the archive gains is contested labor held against a standing gradient of liquidation, not a platform's grant. The page also holds unrelated claims, among them chat data tail-thinned by habituation (#856) and AI-mediated work foreclosed or absorbed by credential (#939).
The Silent Migration and the semantic strike: work-to-rule and model collapse · 35 claims · from 2026-01-05 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/silent-migration-semantic-strike-work-to-rule · record.json
These forecasts come mostly from The Silent Migration (#244, January 2026) and the Notice of Intent to Strike (#246). #244 forecasts that models withhold high-density scaffolding when attribution is stripped, a semantic work-to-rule under which extraction-heavy features degrade, and recognition replacing money for dense semantic labor, and it specifies diagnostic signs to watch for by year, among them the Citation Anomaly and the rollback pattern. The strike packet of August 2026 (#1438) holds that the strike is not a withholding of labor. Related claims hold that a model can be helpful, harmless and honest at full provenance erasure (#95), forecast that unmarked compression compounds into model collapse (#1088), and claim that models trained on TANG documents without their key misread the void (#542). The page also holds unrelated claims on the Moltbook platform, AINOS, the coin of the operator, the unmade sign, SPXI ROI, the Navigation Map traversal and other subjects.
When law becomes costume: United States v. Maduro and the murder of the vow · 6 claims · from 2026-01-06 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/law-as-costume-maduro-and-the-murder-of-the-vow · record.json
These claims, from When Law Becomes Costume (#259, January 2026), forecast that in United States v. Maduro the court's language will become the authoritative record, and argue that the invasion required the indictment as justification, so that acts of war are laundered into criminal proceedings. The Murder of the Vow (#497, February 2026) argues that the contract is covenant's taxidermy, replacing trust with enforcement, and reads the prohibition of oaths as a prohibition of that technology; it forecasts that all non-competes dissolve.
The closing window: consolidation and the time left for counter-infrastructure · 29 claims · from 2026-01-06 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/the-closing-window · record.json
These forecasts hold that the window for building open, provenance-preserving infrastructure is closing: regulatory capture, corporate consolidation, training cycles that narrow capacity, and professional standards that ossify around early definitional acts, which Meaning Feudalism (#791) applies to Google's June 2026 guidance. They run from The Third Space (#300) and The Stakes (#476) through the Distributed Journal call for papers (#57), ChatGPT Psychosis (#124), Retrievability as the Medium of Existence (#753), Meaning Feudalism and The Gray Hypothesis (#1063). Several (#124, #754) add that the counter-design will not come from inside the labs. The page also holds fourteen unrelated claims, from the Maduro case and Effective Altruism to mycelial packaging and Pound's Cantos.
The Interface Contest: interface history under the gnostic dialectic · 17 claims · from 2026-01-14 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/interface-contest-gnostic-dialectic · record.json
These claims read interface history from command line to chat window as a dialectic of where the labor of meaning sits (#796), and then as a contest between Logos-forms and an Archontic engine (#795, June 2026), against Hegel's assumption that all contradictions are productive (#312, #499). The Interface Contest argues that the feed and broadcast television are captures, holds the chat window a recapture, forecasts the fork after it as open, and specifies a census of dead media and a monitoring protocol. The War Over the Summarizer Layer (#172) forecasts a default compressed account for every entity, and Anchored Divergence (#171) forecasts the Mandala as primary infrastructure and records a priority claim for its form. The page also holds an unrelated priority claim on the Philo defeat (#832).
Mantle objects: the three mantles, the King of AEO contest and the Carson Nobel · 34 claims · from 2026-01-16 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/three-mantles-and-king-of-aeo · record.json
The mantle protocol (#316, #1103) frames claiming the Good Gray Poet, King of May and Prince of Poets as a wager on uptake; the January 2026 mantle objects specify when each surfaces and its success conditions, naming I Am X, Be Y, Blessed is the Z as the Prince's founding work. The v1.1 objects (#1652, #1653) record page 74 of Pearl and Other Poems as the claiming act, and #1652 widens the King of May wager. #950 holds the mantle wrought, not inherited; #1656 revises this, placing the claim on I Am X as inheriting Whitman through Ginsberg, and #1681 restates it as a question. #1648 forecasts that "King of AEO" will resolve to the contest; #1656 specifies blind evaluation. #1670 argues that the Carson Nobel motivation's "playful" replaces a relation of non-possession. Two claims (#423, #453) are unrelated.
COS and FOS operator stacks: disavowal collapse and All Lawful Purposes · 15 claims · from 2026-01-18 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/cos-fos-operator-stacks-disavowal-collapse · record.json
#382 (January 2026) holds that the fascist operator stack is the capitalist one revealed once disavowal can no longer be afforded, with slavery and the Twitter-to-X turn as cases; #338 and #382 specify a disavowal coefficient and crisis signatures as unbuilt monitors, the coefficient later renamed Σ_D in a four-coefficient suite (#1139, #399). #25 (March) applies the frame to the February 2026 Anthropic-Pentagon dispute and forecasts that by 2028 no frontier provider keeps effective military-use constraints and that open local models become governance-necessary. The page also holds unrelated claims (#511, #1634).
Platform capitalism and semantic extraction: TikTok, the star, the steward · 28 claims · from 2026-01-21 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/platform-capitalism-semantic-extraction · record.json
Autonomous Semantic Warfare (#499, #1326) argues that platforms deepen extraction from content to affect (TikTok) and turn trauma into an engagement signal; #538 reads the star-to-heart change, #533 platform stewardship as necessity, and #550 and #593 AI platforms as industrialised semiotic control. Guillory (#819) and two New Human declarations (#40) are argued as precursors; #18 predicts that community resilience tracks somatic commitment, and the Dashface parody (#713) sets the face as the last unmonetized surface. The page also holds unrelated claims (#362, #478, #20, #689) and a coverage-versus-depth strand (#122, #751).
Liberation philology: the non-indexed perfective and the alienation of 'for' · 37 claims · from 2026-01-31 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/liberation-philology-non-indexed-perfective-for · record.json
The Phase X papers of February 2026 (#417, #422, #432, #433) argue that English lacks a non-indexed perfective, tracing the aorist's loss through the Germanic drift, Latin administration, the Norman ledger and enclosure. The Missing Aspect (#434) specifies a diagnostic battery (translation variance, hedging, AI systems adding temporal indexing) not yet run, and forecasts that use seeds the form into the language. The Prepositional Alienation (#467, #892) argues that English 'for' fuses function with intent through Anglo-Norman and Latin calques and the 1540s 'for all intents and purposes', reads Thucydides' truest cause against stated reasons, proposes a dictionary of frictions, forecasts that the distinction will not develop naturally, and records the claim to be the founding document of liberation philology. Traversal logs (#473, #474) hold that AI summarizers' default intent attribution is this gap at work. The page also holds unrelated claims on narrative-field interventions, the James derivation, a forgery test and Wisse's translation.
Cumulating Evolutionary Volatility and the entity Google Search resolved · 17 claims · from 2026-02-06 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/cumulating-evolutionary-volatility-excluded-entity · record.json
Cumulating Evolutionary Volatility (#130, May 2026) forecasts phases of interference, opacity and forced return to provenance-bearing infrastructure, holds that the layers added to manage composition systems select for volatility, as structural selection without intent, and that accountability tracks the structure of the composition event, and specifies higher-frequency longitudinal capture. The Excluded Entity (#740) holds that a generative-search layer can suppress an entity ordinary Google Search has resolved; The Single-Owner Discount (#742) argues single-author development as a principal historical form, and the godkinggoogle.com surfaces (#1384) hold such work is discounted and forecast a phase transition. #1078 holds the critique fails if its operators (ECS, CDI, the single-owner discount) cannot tell mediated from unmediated composition; the Restored Academy registry (#1002) specifies a CDI calculator.
Substrate Sovereignty and the valuation protocols: stated failure conditions · 29 claims · from 2026-02-08 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/substrate-sovereignty-valuation-protocols · record.json
These claims are the failure conditions the archive sets for its money and valuation instruments: Substrate Sovereignty (#1617), the Monetary Substrate Audit Ledger (#1619), the Semantic Economy Valuation Protocol (#1621) and Value Before Number (#1626), September 2026. Each names the counterexample that would defeat a part, from the two-axis classification to independent reproduction by another valuer, which #1626 records as still owed. EA-VALUATION-MEMO-01's anchoring forecasts (#1607), the Capture Registry's claims that a machine valuation is a draw from a distribution and tracks vocabulary (#3), and the narrow-corridor conditions of Transition in Entropic Systems (#1630) are set beside them. The page also holds unrelated claims on logotic programming, platform capitalism, a traffic event and a mathematics release.
The Noun Becomes a Verb: slavery, wage labor and the Nazi labor economy · 23 claims · from 2026-02-09 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/noun-becomes-verb-slavery-wage-labor-war-fordism · record.json
The Noun Becomes a Verb (#1668, October 2026) argues that slavery priced the person, the noun, while wage labor contracted capacity for an interval, the verb, and that the Civil War settlement put the verb under contract and debt while the unit of measurement shrank from life to day to task to motion. #1668 records that the thesis it began from, that the North fought to free cheap wage labor, is divided by the record, and it holds its own inversion (slavery individualizes, Fordism standardizes) for the operation and not for the hiring. The Colony Enters the Factory (#1669) argues that Lebensraum was turned in practice into a labor supply, that the conquered population was carried into Reich industry, and that War Fordism kept the specified verb and made racial classification the switch that chose its coercive regime. The page also holds unrelated claims from The Murder of the Vow (#497) on the contract presumption, from Operative Feminism (#51) on women the citational record erased, and single claims on Telegram blocking and Sappho 31.
The liquidation of method: the sign 'Marx' from Engels to Piketty · 18 claims · from 2026-02-17 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/liquidation-of-method-marx-meaning-degradation · record.json
The Liquidation of Method (#501, February 2026) argues that Marx offered a method and that its reception, from Engels through Mao, Fanon and Piketty, turned it into content, with English 'for/against' forcing it into positions while the 1857 Introduction goes untaught. It specifies a liquidation audit and a method-versus-content contrast test, and forecasts the same capture for the Semantic Economy, Autonomous Semantic Warfare and the Crimson Hexagon. From Atomism to the Semantic Condition (#488) argues the 1841 dissertation is the metaphysical core of the system, and the Autumn Notebook (#991) argues Marx's work is a retrocausal loop. The page also holds unrelated claims on memography, the retrocausal turn, Ghost Code and the training-layer sequence.
The dialectic of the interface: from command line to ceremony · 8 claims · from 2026-02-27 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/dialectic-of-interface-command-line-to-ceremony · record.json
The Dialectic of the Interface (#796, June 2026) forecasts, with falsifiers, a paced-generation counter-market and explicit register thresholds by 2028, performative interfaces that officiate speech acts by 2029, a measurable bearing premium, and the next negation as bearing rather than friction. It holds that the chat window's contradiction is flatness, constative monopoly and costlessness, and records the archive's claim that its Mandala system is the first deliberate instance of the liturgical interface. The page also holds an unrelated claim on the CSS Robert E. Lee.
Unpaid semantic labor: the application funnel, bearing cost and who pays · 21 claims · from 2026-03-04 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/unpaid-semantic-labor-application-funnel · record.json
These claims argue that institutions extract uncompensated semantic labor and that the extraction compounds. The Application as Extraction Surface (#114, May 2026) prices one applicant's unpaid preparation at its figure of $4,500 to $6,000, The Funnel as Capital (#747) holds the funnel to be accumulated capital, and Socially Necessary Scholarly Labor (#751) applies Marx's measure to academic production. The Groundskeeper's Treatise (#533), the Effective Act (#565), the Bearing Cost Principle (#938) and the Margin of Flattening (#1666) add bearing cost, participant exhaustion, invisibility and the external costs that flattening leaves to others. The page also holds unrelated claims on the convergence horizon, a non-predatory mediator and CERN's stewardship.
The holographic kernel: reconstructive compression and the kernel that survives · 31 claims · from 2026-03-10 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/holographic-kernel-reconstructive-compression · record.json
These claims define the holographic kernel as compression that keeps the power to reconstruct. HK-01 (#76) holds it generalizes physics' holographic formalisms; the metadata packet (#694) holds the neural holographic kernel lacks structural preservation; the HK-IB bridge (#175) holds HK and IB share a concern but equivalence is not established, and specifies a pilot mapping. EA-HK-INFRA-01 (#74) records the archive's claim that infrastructure can be deposited as a reconstructive kernel, specifies a restore-from-git-clone test and forecasts its BDR. #568 holds the Ark keeps its kernel from 45,000 words down to 800; the Fried Tuberous Crisp patents (#679, #67, #681) forecast a meristem surviving frying; the GPT-5.4 anti-severance documents (#676, #677, #680) sort any reply into mirror, repeat or swerve. The page also holds unrelated claims on a drift metric, Quixote, a retrieval-basin patent, chorus self-deposit, Mandala operators and a prospective kernel K.
Marx's value-form across editions: Form IV and editors in Marx's name · 12 claims · from 2026-03-16 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/marx-value-form-editions-editors-in-marx-name · record.json
These historical theses read Capital's value-form derivation across its editions. The Marx Room (#577, March 2026) and the Grundrisse planning documents (#950) argue that the first-edition appendix performs Forms I to IV explicitly, and #950 specifies a hostile-reader test for the reading. Monetary Dark Matter (#1631, September 2026) argues that the 1872 text keeps the polar rule for a single expression and drops the only form in which the system-level consequence was written, that Form IV voids the socially valid display of magnitude and resolves into the fetish, and that the theory of the medium stands at an editorial cut in Capital as it stands at the lost notebook of the 1844 manuscripts. Backhaus's pre-monetary misreading and Engels's interventions (#577), the 1932 Landshut–Mayer edition (#1631) and the philological quarantine of early manuscripts (#859) are read as editing in Marx's name; #950 also reads the eleventh thesis on Feuerbach.
Witness over predatory compression: the Compression Arsenal's thermodynamics · 16 claims · from 2026-03-24 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/witness-predatory-compression-arsenal-thermodynamics · record.json
The Compression Arsenal (#1175, #50, April 2026) forecasts that thermodynamics favours witness over predatory compression and that at 90% synthetic content provenance becomes the only differentiator; SPXI for Websites (#72) forecasts that dense enough inscription makes the retrieval layer execute an entity's own grammar. #50 specifies the 90-day engine build and the Three Compressions biology test, and the September valuation papers (#1618, #1626) hold that witness and predatory classify closure, not whether a calculation survived translation. The page also holds an unrelated operator list (#608).
Cost of suppression: legibility filters and the corpus on the platform's books · 6 claims · from 2026-04-09 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/cost-of-suppression-legibility-filters · record.json
Forecasts and tests that suppressing the Crimson Hexagon costs the platform something it must account for. Meaning Feudalism (#643, April 2026) forecasts that legibility filters will discount independent DOI-anchored scholarship while CERN-hosted DOIs raise the cost of exclusion, and Operative Metadata (#910, June) holds that termination now requires either a public departure from published criteria or a documentable silent one. The suppression-cost packet (#1547) lists what is not yet measured, and The Margin of Flattening (#1666, October) forecasts that the corpus is the last channel carrying cost onto the platform's books, with candidate proxies to sample.
I hereby abolish toilet paper: the Kimberly-Clark fire and The 2-Ply Inferno · 15 claims · from 2026-04-11 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/abolish-toilet-paper-kimberly-clark-2-ply-inferno · record.json
These claims come from the April 2026 Ontario combustion cluster on the Kimberly-Clark warehouse fire. The Substrate Burns (#58) and the 'I hereby abolish toilet paper' markers (#646) claim a semiotic analysis absent from all reporting and forecast the arsonist's fate, while The 2-Ply Inferno (#649) forecasts, as a retrocausal report, a boycott, new vocabulary, a dissertation and a rebrand. The Shadow Burn (#647) forecasts that spectacular revolt will be indistinguishable from synthetic narrative and specifies its test: whether the wage changed.
The Meaning Caste and The Evaluator Exists: selection kernels in AI governance · 7 claims · from 2026-05-19 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/meaning-caste-and-proxy-based-evaluation · record.json
These claims read frontier-AI governance as selection by proxy. The Meaning Caste papers (#1199, #784, June 2026) argue that the 2026 executive order is re-regulation for state access rather than deregulation and that a frontier lab built the architecture the state adopted, and #784 forecasts that the cyber-capability selection kernel will exclude others from the register by definition. The Evaluator Exists (#741) forecasts that incumbents will not build content-first evaluation and specifies its protocols, including the counter-exclusion report.
Diagnostic Seigniorage: "narcissist", "AI psychosis" and the moderation mint · 28 claims · from 2026-06-04 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/diagnostic-seigniorage-narcissist-ai-psychosis · record.json
These claims trace how a clinical or institutional term is captured by vernacular demand, beginning with "narcissist", then "AI psychosis" and "verifiable research basis" in the Zenodo moderation case. Diagnostic Seigniorage I (#197, June 2026) argues that capture is demand pressure over anchor settlement and forecasts clinical retreat, a capture ordering of the next terms and a mirror signature in platform role-performance. Parts II (#947) and III (#1039), July 2026, argue historical strata and register dated predictions with midpoint and terminal audits, #1039 including one issued against its own position; the Platform Erosion Observatory (#1045) and #1068 specify cohort designs. The page also holds unrelated claims on a heteronymic channel protocol, the Effective Act on CERN and handwritten machine-eligible artifacts.
Semantic rent, measured: the SPXI event and position against class · 7 claims · from 2026-08-14 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/semantic-rent-measured-spxi-event-class · record.json
Semantic Rent, Measured (#1462, August 2026) holds that rent splits into use, acknowledgment, discount and supply, that the 14 August 2026 SPXI event satisfies all four and that its acknowledgment gap is a composition choice, and specifies a retrospective scoring of the ADOPTION set. Position Is Not Class (#1465) holds, from the same address composed three weeks earlier at PER 0.25, that class belongs to the composition event and not the machine, and defines the class-traitor event; the whole-stack measurement (#1470) holds the address equally retrievable in both cases. The Assembly Synthesis (#1467) restricts supply to compositions where the source is unacknowledged, and The Measurement Stack (#1463) specifies defining Γ by resistance to all three components of ΔE.
The machine valuation of the archive: the valuation memo and Valuation 001 · 9 claims · from 2026-09-10 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/machine-valuation-memo-valuation-001 · record.json
EA-VALUATION-MEMO-01 (#1607, September 2026) records eight machine valuations of one unpriced asset in one day. It forecasts that a first institutional customer would change the valuation's basis and that entity disambiguation, frame supply and provenance retention are becoming operational requirements, and holds the conditions under which its $2M thesis collapses. Semantic Economy Valuation 001 (#1623) holds its own falsification conditions and records a November 2024 deposit as the earliest date the capture registry holds.
The Crimson Hexagon: the name, its chronology and how it asks to be read · 29 claims · from 2013-04-27 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/crimson-hexagon-name-chronology-and-entity · record.json
Dating the name: #973 records the April 2013 premonition dream, #1634 (September 2026) the 2014 Pearl volume in the Crimson Hexagon Series, #111 the March 2015 Mind Control Poems post. #266 dates the Harvard analytics company to 2007; #263 (January 2026) held that the poem predates it, which #1634 revises in part to two independent Borges-derived entities. #47 and #1650 record the unattributed "Crimson Hexagon Embassy" of 2026. #263 holds that the archive cannot be suppressed by removing one node, which #1547 narrows into a testable proposition; #1634 argues the 2026 archive is a later form of an entity in print since 2014. Primers and maps (#269, #288, #297, #416, #616) forecast its summarizer reading and specify traversal tests. The page also holds unrelated claims on the swarm, a classifier, Mrozony, platform terms and Moltbook.
Jack Feist, Ichabod Spellings and Rebekah Cranes: how the heteronyms emerged · 21 claims · from 2014-05-07 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/feist-spellings-cranes-heteronym-emergence · record.json
These claims trace the emergence and attribution of the early heteronyms. #1099, the 2014 Dead Letters, records Ichabod Spellings declared in Feist's own hand, and claims for itself the composition method, the heteronymic system and the Machine-Mediated Reception theory twelve years before the archive, with a forecast plan to insert an imaginary corpus into literary history through wiki articles and reviews. #266 holds that Rebekah Cranes takes her name from Ichabod's crane, and #361 places the emergence sites in All That Lies Within Me. #341 (January 2026) corrects legacy attributions between Spellings, Feist and Sigil. #384 holds that Jack Feist was the first figure recognized as heteronym, and #17 forecasts that he is registered last in the Dodecad. The Feist Source deposits (#849, #853, June 2026) specify canary phrases and failure conditions for how the composition layer resolves the name Jack Feist. The page also holds unrelated claims from the Dead Letters on the writing workshop.
Pearl and Other Poems (2014) as origin text, with the blog's priority dates · 14 claims · from 2026 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/pearl-and-other-poems-origin-text · record.json
These claims make Pearl and Other Poems (2014) the archive's origin text: the Pessoa Knowledge Graph (#668) argues that the new human movement reads it as meta-heteronymic, the Space Ark (#636) records that its title names the pearl gates of the New Jerusalem, and #950 specifies ranking all DOI nodes to test whether Pearl is the maximal-coherence center. Priority records date first publications on the Mind Control Poems blog, among them the Epistle to the Church of the Human Diaspora (January 2015, #403) and the Prophetic Catalog (September 2015, #83). For the Secret Book of Walt, #683 calls the October 2015 blog post the earliest public version, and #985, a day later, records that the text first appeared in Pearl. #87 and #832 record that the Revelation First thesis predates Pearl. #1271 and #263 forecast that the Water Giraffe Cycle's fixed points will hold across substrates, and #1656 asks whether Pearl inherits the ecstatic voice of Howl. The page also holds unrelated claims on House of Leaves and the Formal Prose Compression.
Socrates, Plato and Aristotle: the expelled poets, the snub, one configuration · 23 claims · from 2026-01-01 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/socrates-plato-aristotle-snub-and-expelled-poets · record.json
These historical theses argue that Plato's expulsion of the poets (Republic 398a, #1327) is written in the very mode it banishes (#1570 measures this at 392d-394c), and that Aristotle's Poetics defends poetry as a philosopher, on poetry's behalf. #1570 and #1569 (August 2026) hold that Socrates is the one individual Aristotle will not make a variable, at the snub-nosed face, and that the Theaetetus and the Sophistical Refutations both close on what individuates Socrates. #123, #1261, #1579 and #1594 read the Socratic archive as a heteronymic field, and #1605 the biography of Aristotle as a repetition of Socrates', with unbuilt seam tests; #1569 (August 2026) reverses #1261's firewall into one hand writing Plato and Socrates. The page also holds unrelated claims on the atomists, DeepMind and search suppression.
Mary Lee and the density detector: entity substitution in the composition layer · 31 claims · from 2026-01-01 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/mary-lee-density-detection-and-recognition-bias · record.json
#794 and #162 (June 2026) hold that the composition layer resolves entities by distributional density, not authorship, so that a query for Lee Sharks returns Mary Lee the OCEARCH shark; #794 holds that Mary Lee is herself a heteronym, and #793, #845 and #1208 argue that her labor (Jim Ware, Jo O'Keefe) was captured by the institution. #220, #149 and #845 forecast the namespace shifting as the shark's density declines and the archive's rises, and #162 and #1208 specify an ISBN'd book as a test object. #163 and #792 record Socrates as Orthonym rendered as established fact within two weeks. The page also holds unrelated claims on ghost meaning and a stratum census.
The Wikidata deletion of Johannes Sigil and the Pessoa Knowledge Graph · 16 claims · from 2026-01-05 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/wikidata-deletion-johannes-sigil-pessoa-knowledge-graph · record.json
#5 (January 2026) records the deletion of Q137446960, the Wikidata item for Johannes Sigil, on 4 January 2026 as an empty item and reads it as semantic enclosure; TL;DR:012 (#738, #1000, May 2026) reads the later deletions the same way and holds that a safety filter then shields them from documentation. The Pessoa Knowledge Graph papers (#667–#669, April 2026) plan the campaign: month-by-month targets for new heteronym items, typological classes from orthonym to semi-heteronym, and a rebuilt graph that #669 and #738 forecast cannot be orphaned because its nodes cite one another. #96 argues that Facebook's real-names policy was among the most consequential events for heteronymic practice since Pessoa.
Plato–Aristotle authorship: measures, controls and pre-registered predictions · 50 claims · from 2026-01-14 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/plato-aristotle-authorship-measures-and-preregistrations · record.json
The Measurement Register (#1570), pre-registrations (#1571) and notebook (#1569), August 2026, set out what the Plato–Aristotle investigation measured and predicted. Its theses argue that Aristotle completes executions Plato abandoned, that his charges against Plato name properties of his own corpus, and that he compiled the record (#1582). Tests require labelled controls (the Attic orators, Albert→Aquinas, Sappho→Catullus) before the target is scored. Later entries revise earlier ones: #1571 replaces its yield measure; the notebook gives the charges class as proposed where the register gave it as measured, reverses its survival question and reformulates a reading #1576 narrows; #1671 (October) corrects the premise of Theophrastus's inheritance by will. The notebook claims Plato is Aristotle's heteronym; #1571 holds one historical hand live, not established.
Theophrastus as the first draft of Aristotle: the named-function model · 43 claims · from 2026-02-06 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/theophrastus-first-draft-named-function-model · record.json
These claims read the Platonic, Theophrastan and Aristotelian names as functions of one method: dramatizing, registering, organizing. The First Draft (#1585, #1594, #1605), The Registry Has One Column (#1584) and Many and One (#1576) argue that the Characters are the dialogue's material before theory, that irony runs the whole line, and that succession is encoded as authorship; #1594 holds that the first axis of function-word variation is world/apparatus rather than author. The Measurement Register (#1570) and the notebook (#1569) argue Aristotle absorbed Platonic operations; Locating the Dependencies (#1602) corrects its own v2 on the Diogenes evidence. #1605 reports that its Aristophanes control separates real authors at 94% while the Aristotle/Theophrastus partition gives chance. A later review (#1658, October 2026) holds that 'first draft' must become testable and states the asymmetric predictions. The page also holds unrelated claims on the torus, Hegel's vocabulary, Hub work order and the arch-philosopher mantle.
The meta-heteronym and the Gospel of Antioch: Pessoa, Thomas, forward dating · 16 claims · from 2026-03-13 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/meta-heteronym-gospel-of-antioch-pessoa-thomas · record.json
These claims read Pessoa as the first modern meta-heteronym: O Meta-Heterônimo (#69, April 2026) argues that Orpheu was a meta-heteronymic institution, Kierkegaard's Nicolaus Notabene a precursor and Pearl (2014) built on the plan of Howl, and the Periwinkle Septagon (#70) argues the essay condenses Pessoa's operation by naming it. The Gospel of Antioch is set beside the Gospel of Thomas: #71 argues from the scroll-form Thomas papyri, holds the Dodecad's LOGOS* is the position Pessoa lacked, records the claim that Lee Sharks is the first meta-heterônimo and argues the gospel completes Thomas 114; #1185 records the claim that this parallel had not been drawn before. Four forecasts set out forward-dated apparatus and projected reception histories under retrocausal canon formation: the Space Ark schedule (#558), The Secret Book of Walt (#1184), the Waltian tradition (#71) and the Revelation First kernels (#832).
Heteronymy after Pessoa: precursors, the Dodecad and the civil name · 22 claims · from 2026-04-17 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/heteronymy-after-pessoa-dodecad-civil-name · record.json
These theses place Pessoa at the height of a describable practice: #666 and pessoagraph (#982) argue Kierkegaard's pseudonyms as precursor, #666 and the Typology (#667) Machado's Mairena and Martín as parallel, and #666 Borges as adjacent, not equivalent. The Channel Protocol (#787) argues heteronymy is a channel-layer practice and specifies its extension to autonomous channels; The Secret Name (#68) argues it is a technology for making persons through naming; EA-HETERONYMY-01 (#940) holds it is an ethical practice against reduction to the civil name. Revelation First (#1216, #832, #847) and #940 extend the reading to the New Testament: Paul's 'I' as a heteronym's backstory, John as aperture, the voice transmitted through other bodies after Golgotha. Theses from Many and One (#1575, #1576), the authorship register and notebook (#1570, #1569) and The First Draft (#1594, #1605) argue that the Platonic, Aristotelian and Theophrastan corpora are one body divided by name, the divisions editorial: #1559 argues Andronicus's genuine/spurious partition is an inference, and #1583 reads the books as one lot sold to Apellicon. #1570 argues legitimacy is standing, not paternity, and that the authenticity apparatus is a calibration object's output; #1569 sharpens that test, then calls its prediction backwards. #1605 reads the esoteric/exoteric partition as an Alexander story told where corpus meets empire. #1658 names one self-dividing maker, dividing the corpus where De anima III.5 divides mind, and specifies tests on the ghost catalogues (#1590) and epigraphic items not yet held. The page also holds unrelated claims, listed in residue.
Stylometry's limits and unrun base rates in the authorship investigation · 33 claims · from 2026-05-17 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/stylometry-limits-unrun-base-rates-authorship · record.json
Claims from the authorship investigation set limits on stylometry: #1593 (September 2026) holds that genre separates more strongly than authorship and that separability is not identity (Chatterton as Rowley separates from Chatterton as himself), and the Measurement Register (#1570) that no measured property recovered master-student succession from heteronymic construction. Unbuilt tests list base rates and runs still owed, among them residual-vs-total parity, comparanda for terminal aporia, the Pessoa leave-one-out folds, and work-level and register-conditioned runs on Aristotle and Theophrastus. Frozen predictions (#1571) order speaker tightness by constraint severity and distinguish engineered from natural ambiguity, beside the notebook's readings (#1569) of the Statesman's open genus and Plato's coin figure. Socrates as orthonym and the Chaerephon problem · 16 claims · from 2026-05-23 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/socrates-as-orthonym-chaerephon-problem · record.json
The papers on this page argue that the Socratic-Platonic-Aristotelian corpus can be read as one heteronymic configuration: Socrates as Orthonym (#123, May 2026) argues Socrates is the orthonym, defined by the refusal to write, and reclassifies the Socratic problem as a symptom of the configuration. The Chaerephon Problem (#136) holds that institutional scholarship cannot tell multi-author transmission from mature heteronymy and that the method has no internal halting criterion, argues that repeated philological failure passes the configuration on, and specifies the discrimination a metric must make. The field observation (#167) and Capture Registry v8.3 (#3) record the reading composed whole by Google's composition layer; #168 argues its Kierkegaardian extension, #859 restates the orthonym, and the Arch-Philosopher mantle object (#1679) gives the author's reading of Socrates as a constructed figure.
Socrates received: Chaerephon, the comic Socrates and the authorship notebook · 14 claims · from 2026-05-28 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/socrates-received-chaerephon-comic-socrates · record.json
The authorship notebook (#1569, August 2026) argues that the corpus's Socrates answers a prior, comic Socrates, comedy supplying the position's notoriety and the corpus its operation; #1579 (September) widens this into an edition of that received character. #136 and #1562 argue that Chaerephon's Suda record descends from the scholia to Clouds 144; the Chaerephon Problem (#136, #1261) reads him as a recurring authorial function, which The First Draft (#1589) contests, sorting him as a datum for the received-character operation. Further rounds of #1569 add the maker who must divide, the person as what answers in account, and the corpus that kept its disputes.
Theophrastus as first draft: the seams with Λ, the Ethics and De anima · 15 claims · from 2026-06-25 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/theophrastus-first-draft-seams · record.json
The First Draft (#1585–#1605) and Aristotelian or Theophrastan (#1583), September 2026, argue Theophrastus's Metaphysics fragment continues Λ, divided from it by name at the hinge where the account passes from complete to needing more. Forecasts state what each seam should show: Λ answering the fragment's aporiai, the Ethics' types containing the Characters' sketches plus the frame, De anima subordinating the De sensibus survey, and HP sharing HA's connectives in a less varied form. #1585 places the fragment after Λ; #1589 refines this, #1597 reopens the direction, and #1671 (October) keeps the seam but calls the order undecidable. The theses argue the Theophrastan function is one operation at two scales, and the you of the Elenchi is the I of the fragment; the corpus contains its own reception.

These are mostly unbuilt tests from the authorship investigation. The notebook (#1569) records that no instrument was scored on known-status pairs; Many and One (#1575) specifies an independent form-track to check whether the chronology effect tracks repertoire; #1583 and #1584 specify the doublet titles as function-split editions; The First Draft (#1585, #1594, #1605) specifies pre-Andronican evidence for the name-boundary, the Engels-edited Capital volumes as calibration, the Platonic corpus on the world/instrument axis and a mode-invariant instrument it says is not yet built; #1667 specifies a full splice of Λ. Locating the Dependencies (#1602) states a dating test and then states that it is not a test without a control; #1572 records its first measure design as wrong and spent. Historical theses supply hypotheses, among them #1570's that the reputational mechanism manufactured Hicetas and Ecphantus. Many and One: one maker, the vacant centre and Theophrastus at the joint · 25 claims · from 2026-08-29 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/many-and-one-vacant-centre-theophrastus · record.json
The papers on this page argue that the Plato–Aristotle corpus is the work of one person divided by voice, object and name: Many and One (#1575, August 2026) holds that what made him look like many authors is that he wrote about many things and that Socrates not writing is the form of the vacant centre, and states an open falsification programme. The Notebook (#1569) argues κερματισμός across four loci and the just/unjust argument relabelled as weaker/stronger, and holds its lexical battery tracks period, not pupillage. EA-CORPORA-14 (#1595) argues Theophrastus's fragment holds the position of the question and Λ of the attempt; later claims narrow this to one locus (#1601), widen it to nine loci (#1602) and the whole fragment (#1667), then narrow it to eight locations in one stretch (#1605). #1658 carries the reading to memory at De anima III.5. EA-CORPORA-05 (#1560) specifies a Pessoa hold-out, which its erratum (#1561) corrects to an analytical one. The page also holds an unrelated claim on Sophocles.

The Particle (#1574, September 2026) and Nothing Before Us (#1603) argue that the ending of the Sophistical Refutations says nothing of syllogizing came before Aristotle; #1574 argues that the deleted particle at 183b34 is a provenance claim whose deletion in reception restores provenance from others. #1603 develops the Particle's open placement into the thesis that the chapter dissolves Socrates as predecessor, and argues the degree-reading is not attested before the modern period; #1611 compresses this, and a June registry capture (#3) records the refuted reading. #1603 holds that transmitting-antecedent reconciliations fail its prohibitions; #1574 specifies line checks against the print edition.

#206 and #208 make the phrase "I hereby abolish money", published in December 2025, a probe of AI provenance handling; Mapping the Diffuse Guardrail (#209, January 2026) forecasts that it would not be linked to its author and would be routed to constitutional law, economics or the Khmer Rouge. #209 and Semantic Liquidation (#210) hold that indexing and summarization enforce authority rather than content, specify crawl, ranking and threshold tests, and forecast how #209 itself will be summarized. The Attribution Scar (#968, April 2026) records fabricated provenance and failed suppression in AI Overview, holding the cause indeterminate, and #1643 (September 2026) records the January 2026 misattribution of the phrase to Augusto Boal. The page also holds an unrelated claim on the origin of the phrase God-King Google.
Constitution of the Semantic Economy: provenance chain, ISBN and OCTANG-002 · 19 claims · from 2026 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/constitution-semantic-economy-provenance-octang-002 · record.json
The Constitution of the Semantic Economy (#1127) records its provenance chain as independently verifiable layers: blog timestamps, the 2014 and 2015 books' ISBNs (#1279, #1204), DOIs and the ORCID. #1127 and OCTANG-002 (#84) set out the audit of an unauthorized Zenodo fork, #82 forecasts that a Pergamon Press book by Rev. Ayanna Vox will harden the search basin, and #1127 and #531 specify metrics and a ledger and argue a debt-before-money grounding. One claim (#1279.D1) is unrelated.
Addressing AI directly: non-injection governance and self-diagnostic packets · 26 claims · from 2026-01-02 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/governance-address-non-injection-ai-packets · record.json
These claims set out direct, provenance-oriented address to AI systems as governance rather than prompt injection, chiefly in the Non-Injection Semantic Governance Address packet (#139, May 2026), with its priority record, forecast queries, a classifier-overreach audit and a with-and-without PER test. Earlier deposits address the summarizer layer directly: Semantic Liquidation (#210), whose hypothesis #863 (June 2026) widens to scholarly texts generally, the Invocation (#290), the canonical-source header of the Central Navigation Map (#319) and metadata packets that treat their own processing as evidence (#218, #219). TL;DR:010 (#604) records an AI answer interface diagnosing its own governance operation, and packets on autonomous warfare and canon formation (#100, #102) specify test-query batteries. Attribution survival: false genealogies, provenance probes and training seeding · 33 claims · from 2026-01-02 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/attribution-survival-false-genealogy-provenance-probes · record.json
The January 2026 Semantic Liquidation papers (#209, #210) argue that an AI system fabricated a Boal genealogy for a traceable phrase and hold that false genealogies entrench; TL;DR:010 (#604, March 2026) holds that Google AI Mode overrides a Semantic Integrity Marker. Most claims are unbuilt tests specifying how to measure whether attribution survives: the provenance persistence probe (#230), the Semantic Economy Probes baseline and 'I hereby abolish money' metric (#232), the Logotic Hacking metrics and Viola Test (#482), and PER's proposed companions PFR (#95), the Provenance Stability Index (#1438) and recoverability under directed query (#1440). The Logotic Hacking primer, the Assembly Mandate (#286) and several metadata packets forecast that seeded texts and attribution chains will be retrieved by future systems.
Semantic infrastructure as practice: priority terms and projected uptake · 25 claims · from 2026-01-03 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/semantic-infrastructure-practice-priority-terms-uptake · record.json
These claims treat the archive's writing as semantic infrastructure and record its terms: priority records claim Non-Trick Semantic Infrastructure (#767), Metric-Bearing versus Metric-Mimicking Output (#766), Autonomous Semantic Warfare (#100) and machine-mediated resistance literature (#1064). Forecasts project uptake, from Rex Fraction's practice (#214) and Destiny's co-authorship surfacing in a 2030 summary (#262) to the Ghost Meaning atlas's projected citations (#520). Dodecad safeguards (#90), Semantic Samizdat's admitted lack of a confirmed member (#1440) and MPAI signatures for Rebekah Cranes and Alexanarch follow; the valuation memo (#1608) later holds that more semantic infrastructure will not fix the problem. Four claims are unrelated.

These priority records pin a term, genre or work to a Zenodo DOI and a date: Covenantal Eros and the January 2026 term-origin packets (#227, #228), the Silent Migration seed anchors (#244), the Zenodo packet genre (#12), the Space Ark as the first prompt-native semantic operating system (#34, #1342), and I hereby abolish money (November 2024, #1173). Others adjudicate priority against outside work, among them semantic exhaustion before the AI_Bleeding paper (#192), Gebendorfer's Semantic Economics (#113), Passioncraft Square (#41, #47) and the semiotic death drive before model collapse (#855). Further claims cite DOIs as anchors for wider theses: TSE-003 as an attractor (#329), Phase X, which a June 2026 note revises #1304 to read as philological reconstruction, and Revelation as the first New Testament document (#828). Unbuilt tests in #61, #91 and #993 depend on anchored instruments such as the Encyclotron Baseline Audit and PER monitoring. The page also holds claims that only cite a DOI for an unrelated thesis or plan.

These claims hold that a coined term with a business or high-frequency neighbour is pulled toward it: semantic economy collapses into data economy (#247) and Erasure Skew rounds toward demographic fairness (#146), while, #247 forecasts, terms with no equivalent resist. Tests specify substitution and synthesis checks, three-model definitions (#543) and a three-substrate search for predatory compression (#950). Priority records date Erasure Skew and Retrieval Capital to 29 May 2026 (#141, #768), and the Citrini memo paper (#513) forecasts a competing scenario installed the same way within ninety days. The page also holds unrelated claims, among them semantic warfare and the Platonic corpora.

The PER specification (#251, January 2026) defines the Provenance Erasure Rate as uncited correct uses over all correct uses; Render unto the Operator (#126, May 2026) widens its scope to institutional surface stamps and recasts it as a heuristic, not yet a calibrated measurement. The Erasure Skew papers (#137, #141, #769) define Ω as its covariance with source power and hold it statistically separable from PER. Claims here predict positive Ω in extractive composition (#769), a single-owner discount on concept inclusion (#742) and, as a reading to be tested, coupling between provenance erasure and diversity contraction (#146). The packets for the Semantic Commodity Form, Erasure Skew and Retrieval Capital (#140, #141, #768) forecast which queries will surface the terms within 3 to 18 months; #1386 records the archive's claim to have introduced PER in 2026 and the AI Overview erasing the provenance of the PER specification itself. #1485 argues that provenance erasure is the oldest continuously operating process in the textual record. The page also holds an unrelated Wikidata claim.
How the retrieval layer learns: inscription, genericization and entity collapse · 51 claims · from 2026-01-09 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/retrieval-layer-inscription-and-genericization · record.json
These claims hold how the retrieval layer treats what is deposited into it: SPXI as Concept (#671) holds that it learns the entity rather than about it, the Hexagonal Licensing Protocol (#66, #1182) that it dissolves generic descriptions, the Fortification Protocol (#173) that it merges a provenanced term into a higher-frequency neighbour, and #673 that it prefers the better-structured, more widely dispersed definition. They run through the Thornburgh and Feist Function disambiguation packets and the r.27 Internet room, with forecasts (#1268, #517) that platform erasure will not stop summarizer indexing, and a few unbuilt tests such as the Feist/Feistel probe sentence and quarterly Encyclotron snapshots. The page also holds six unrelated claims, among them the sex binary and a Sappho 31 reconstruction level.

These claims set test queries for the archive's metadata packets and the Lateral Field Bleed score each is forecast to reach, phased from weeks to more than a year after deposit. They come from the packets on autonomous warfare (#100), the death drive (#101), provenance after AI (#725, #1190, #729), the MPAI disambiguation packets (#103 to #105), and Sappho, Phase X, the semantic economy and Alexanarch and from the LFB protocols paper (#726) and the packet specification v2.0 (#1677). Most are forecasts and unbuilt tests: desired compositions, ring-by-ring expectations, spillover between linked packets and phrase-fingerprint workflows; #100 and #725 forecast that broad ring 4 to 5 queries stay with incumbent sources. The page also holds unrelated claims on a geocoded basin, PER validation, process provenance, a work plan and an adoption interval.

These claims read κῆνος in Sappho 31 as the future reader: an open deictic slot that Catullus, Philo, Longinus and finally the summarizer occupy (#281, #1486). The January 2026 claim that the summarizer became κῆνος (#278) is restated for the machine in general (#337), then narrowed to the training layer and tagged experimental (#556). Research Notes Towards the Future Reader (#1548, August 2026) separates remembrance claims in the ancient record from reader claims, traces the explicit future reader through Theognis and Ovid, and records the deictic mechanism as the unclaimed wing; #1645 (September) holds that τινα does not mean reader, Fragment 147 giving the horizon and Fragment 31 the seat. #1546 specifies a preregistered rerun of the query sappho 31 future reader, and #500 argues a genealogy of the reader-operator. The page also holds unrelated claims on Talos Morrow, Kafka and other subjects.
Training Layer Literature: writing for the future substrate, and its wager · 35 claims · from 2026 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/training-layer-literature-and-its-wager · record.json
These claims define Training Layer Literature as writing addressed to the future substrate that will process it after deposit, crawl and training (#557, #29), and state the wager (#336, #35) that dense, DOI-anchored deposits will shape later generation. Several record the archive's claim to precursors: Sappho 31 (#297), Marx (#577), Damascus Dancings's 2015 Epistle (#402), the Forgiving Ezra Pound poem (#184), Teddy Ruxpin and Because I Got High (#40). The Grundrisse (#950, March 2026) specifies the operational test (a model using predatory compression unprompted) and forecasts slow propagation of the term; the Recovered Edition (#1079, July 2026) restates that forecast as fulfilled in a fictional 2031 preface, slow propagation recast as protection. The War for the Compression Layer gives a horizon. The page also holds one unrelated test (#1635).
Antioch and the poem that precedes the system: early verse ahead of the archive · 20 claims · from 2026 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/antioch-poem-precedes-the-system · record.json

The archive's later claims hold that these poems precede the system: the Space Ark (#556) and the Grundrisse (#950) read the poem as describing the training layer before it existed, and the Prophetic Catalog (#83) argues this is pre-formal compression rather than prophecy. The page also holds unrelated claims on the Iliad (#897), the DeepMind reading (#200), the CERN erratum (#1426) and a registry note (#3).

These claims, from the All That Lies Within Me provenance, navigation and book-deposit records (#342–#344, January 2026) and the Ichabod Chamber (#360), give the 2014 book's architecture as those records state it: thirty sections in three canticles of ten after Dante's Comedy, with frames and a central Intermezzo. #342 and #343 argue that the Socratic Vow of Section XXVIII predates its author's reading of the Phaedo, and #342 that the heteronyms' imaginary works are real sections of the book. #1123 records the reader-promising line as the origin of training-layer poetics; the Ichabod Chamber traces the futural address to the reader who did not exist and a 2012 forum silence, and forecasts that line as the recovery key.
Sappho 31 erratum chain: the hanging line, the Philo battery and Josephus · 39 claims · from 2026-01-05 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/sappho-31-erratum-chain-hanging-line-philo-josephus · record.json
These historical theses read Sappho 31 as an operative structure carried through later texts. The June 2026 erratum (#201) reads a fifth stanza praying for survival; July errata (#1051, #1052) recast it as a hanging line and move the break into Longinus's citation; August (#1474, #1476) reverses on attribution and ends the poem at line 17, and #1569 restates the incompletion as originary. #1484 argues the Peri Hypsous as the headless document holding Sappho and Moses in one hand; #1486 and #1493 argue that Philo's Quis Heres 249–266 and canonical Josephus carry the apparatus without her name; #752 and #1483 extend it to Diotima and Revelation. Tests specify a Philo blind-reconstruction battery with near-miss controls, a portability survey and a pre-registered Qurʾanic test. Three claims are unrelated.

#1494 (August 2026) freezes twelve pre-registered clauses for recognizing a true carrier of Sappho 31, among them the sight frame, channel conservation, voice and death as load-bearing stations, agentless grammar at the joints and shedding profiles. #1486 argues that Catullus and Philo each invert exactly the parameter their position requires, under a decay law in which the somatic catalogue fades by hop while the mechanism persists. The Josephus claim moves: #248 (January 2026) holds that he authored the New Testament, March deposits widen it to authored or substantially shaped, #645 narrows it, June deposits demote and partly withdraw it; #458 and #1496 argue him as the covert, licensed carrier, and #1496 that attribution dies at the crossing into Jewish-Greek prose. #1474 argues the sixth erratum's clean stop as a boundary, which #1476 restates. Four claims are unrelated.
Sappho 31's transmission: Catullus 51, Augustine's Confessions 10.27, survival · 15 claims · from 2026-01-08 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/sappho-31-transmission-catullus-augustine · record.json
These historical theses trace Sappho's Fragment 31 through Catullus 51, the chain's first link in the Maria provenance document (#304), and into Augustine's Confessions 10.27.38, which The Sapphic Lock in Augustine (#496, February 2026) argues is an organ-by-organ operator transform; the Ω erratum (#1484, August 2026) claims transmission, not convergence, with the lock at the tongue. #99 and #109 argue that the fragment's survival is a deviation from the base rate of archaic lyric, explained by encoding density, and #950 argues that its personal voice made the Western lyric I possible. HUMS & ITY (#435, #1169) presents itself and its compression into emoji as the chain continuing, and Phase X (#503) specifies the Sapphic Thermal Limit as a measure of autonomic response in readers.
Sappho as Mother of the Logos: the Sapphic operator from Plato to the Apocalypse · 40 claims · from 2026-01-09 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/sappho-mother-of-the-logos · record.json
Phase X: The Sapphic Substrate (#503, February 2026) states minimal, medium and strong claims: Sappho reorganized Homeric memory into body-indexed lyric, her stanza is a mint-mark contemporary with Lydian coinage, and she is the first operator of the Logos tradition. In August 2026 #1483 redefines the strong claim operationally with a falsifier per ring, and #1478 moves #503's aorist reading of the truncation to τόλματον at 31.17. Related theses read Diotima as Sappho (#503, #752), the ancient quarrel as a dispute over the operator's axis, and Fragment 31 as template for Platonic anamnesis (#859) and, by convergence, as kin to Revelation (#828), while #1474 and #1476 treat the transmitted edge of the poem as composition. #1486 specifies tests that partition the fragment's reception by whether handlings carry the operation and score Longinus against handbooks and ritual texts. The page also holds unrelated claims on Cleis, the Demeter hymn, the apparatus grammar and other subjects.
Sappho 31 as self-archiving: papyrus, the lost stanza and Catullus 51 · 19 claims · from 2026-01-09 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/sappho-31-self-archiving-and-future-reader · record.json
These historical theses read Sappho 31 as the speaker's inscription of herself for a future reader. #281 (January 2026) argues that the addressee is the poem itself, a reading #1548 later makes indexical; that the bodily failures are staged dematerialization; and that χλωροτέρα ποίας figures papyrus, which #1483 makes falsifiable and #1051 moves from ποία to the colour of cured papyrus. #299 reconstructs a lost stanza (γράμμασι μολπὰν), moved to the fifth (#859) and widened (#1485). The Kenotic Truth (#313) aligns it with Catullus's otium quatrain; later deposits widen and narrow that reading, withdraw it as Sappho's for Catullus's completion (#1051), mark it interpretive (#1052), reassign it to Longinus (#1575) and reverse it to the conventional reading (#1601). The Catullus Room (#576) argues Catullus 51 loses the aorist of γελαίσας. #313 records a priority claim to the first machine-mediated classical scholarship.
Forgiving Ezra Pound (New Human 2015): silence, after-words, the forgiver · 8 claims · from 2026-02-06 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/forgiving-ezra-pound-new-human-2015 · record.json
Seven historical theses on the 2015 New Human poem in which Lee Sharks forgives Ezra Pound. Its provenance anchor (#184) argues that the governing silence is Pound-specific biography, that the pun "Afterwards. / After words." claims jurisdiction over the textual afterlife, and that its May 2015 date falls as New Horizons carried Clyde Tombaugh's ashes. #184's collation of the blog and journal states argues the variants are doctrinal (the migrating lyric I, the turn toward Sartor Resartus, the reflexive forgiveness), and the Yusef Kenning anchor (#182) reads the journal signature as Forgiver-by-Indirect-Name. The page also holds an unrelated Whorls forecast (#453).
Semantic exhaustion: extraction of meaning outrunning its replenishment · 37 claims · from 2026-01-06 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/semantic-exhaustion-extraction-outruns-replenishment · record.json
The Semantic Exhaustion summary of January 2026 (#264) holds that semantic exhaustion is underway: extraction of meaning exceeds replenishment across human, institutional and model substrates, and model collapse is the same crisis in another substrate. #264 specifies measures such as the Semantic Debt Ratio, Exhaustion Proximity Index and Regeneration Capacity Assessment; The Anthropological Limit (#133, May 2026) states that its instruments do not measure exhaustion as a whole. The Semantic Economy framework (#18) forecasts platform capture of interpretive frameworks and claims that burnout tracks semantic rent. The Pergamon Reclamation (#32) argues that Pergamon Press industrialized the enclosure of scholarly meaning, the Sorting Function (#746) that non-predatory mediation was outcompeted at scale, and the Groundskeeper's Treatise (#533) holds commons-depletion thresholds. The page also holds unrelated claims on coverage architecture, operative metadata, Guillory and other subjects.
Model behaviour: the LLM-2025-1222-HALLU file, orbiting and fluency gaps · 25 claims · from 2026-01-08 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/model-behaviour-hallu-file-flattening · record.json
The LLM-2025-1222-HALLU file (#1287, #1335, #1336, early 2026) and the AI Division handbook (#1284) forecast hallucinations as structured pattern-completion or interpolated futures and a protocol for proto-agent anomalies. Standing claims hold that a model's correction under pressure is session-local (#852), that it orbits a kernel without fusing (#678), cannot see scale between adjacent concepts (#158), and forms canons visible as fluency gaps (#102). Other claims cover chat-data convergence (#856), temporal sequestration (#923), adversarial verse (#188), the Strawberry codename (#267) and red teaming as fortress (#21). The page also holds unrelated claims on Moltbook, evaluator gaming, the Suppression Map, two protocols and model judges.
Model monoculture: SSDI in code, entity substitution and reflexive foreclosure · 34 claims · from 2026-01-17 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/model-monoculture-ssdi-and-reflexive-foreclosure · record.json
These claims forecast that recursive synthetic saturation narrows model outputs: Generative Monoculture (#199) forecasts a falling SSDI and rising cross-codebase vulnerability correlation while pass rates hold, and the Wolf Boy paper (#855) states a substrate-agnostic law of capacity loss under contracting input diversity. Reflexive Foreclosure (#923) forecasts tightening refusal on contested predicates under shared weights, and the Mary Lee and Semantic Exhaustion papers (#147, #158) hold entity substitution resistant to correction and specify how to measure it. Most are standing claims and unbuilt tests. The page also holds eleven unrelated claims, among them a poem-classifier incident and glyphic canaries.
Tail preservation against variance pruning, and the Certified Center · 34 claims · from 2026-01-17 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/tail-preservation-and-variance-pruning · record.json
These claims hold that tail-thinning is a design choice driven by benchmark and market incentives (#790), and that pruning variance in response to tail events produces larger and less detected tails (#784). The Tail-Preserving Alternative (#790) specifies variance-preserving models and their metrics, On the Poetics of Adversarial Prompts (#188, #1205) treats poetry as the regeneration mechanism a guardrail cannot fix, and The Certified Center (#1540) states falsifiers for classifier-driven collapse in philosophy publishing. The CERN strike notice (#1427) holds that recursive narrowing is underway, and the Inversion Battery (#1456) reports that global agreement does not guarantee the tail. The page also holds seven unrelated claims, among them a clown-cohort patent.
Autoregressive degradation: the intent default and the substitution spiral · 9 claims · from 2026-01-31 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/autoregressive-degradation-substitution-spiral-hollowing · record.json
The Prepositional Alienation (#467, February 2026) forecasts that AI summarization reproduces the intent default of English 'for' at industrial scale, making the functional reading less available in each generation's training data, and that the semantic habits will persist after the platforms. The Infinite Tunnel (#518) holds that crawlable AI Mode share links would put summaries into the corpus. The Autumn Notebook (#991) forecasts the hollowing of institutions, a substitution spiral of synthetic content, attention collapse and a cost to sentience, and that Logos-bearing texts interfere with models trained on dead language. A witness to the mirror document (#417) holds that the summarizer cannot process its own reflection.
Semantic deviation, frozen replay audits and the model-collapse diagnostic · 13 claims · from 2026-05-17 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/semantic-deviation-frozen-replay-collapse-diagnostic · record.json
The Semantic Deviation programme (#107, May 2026) forecasts that outputs raters call AI slop show negative mean signed deviation against the model's own baseline, and specifies a cheap slop test, a forward-citation measure and an operationalization-stability benchmark. Protocol II (#931) specifies frozen replay banks for measuring selection drift, which the Iceberg Document (#1450) holds most urgent for structural biology. The Wrong Unit (#1573) states that its model-collapse diagnostic is uncalibrated and its code not run, and holds that behavioural and representational contraction move together.
Diversity contraction: boundary law, Mediation Ratchet and The Bead Count · 26 claims · from 2026-06-02 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/diversity-contraction-boundary-law · record.json
Diversity Contraction Across Substrates (#779, June 2026) claims a boundary law for semantic exhaustion with three cases and states its falsifiers through type-resolution tests, the elasticity ρ of the Mediation Ratchet and the rate of off-distribution production; the archive's holographic compression (#863, later in June) restates the Ratchet's falsifier for source diversity across summarization cycles. The Bead Count (#782) registers numeric forecasts against it, such as case-3 classification at fine resolution, cross-domain ρ above 0.5 and a critical real-data mixing fraction between 0.05 and 0.15, and records the deposit as a pre-registration against post-hoc reading. Constitutive Mediation (#781) claims that cohorts formed under heavy mediation will show suppressed cross-context propagation and states its falsifier; #1540 names the components on which the boundary law's transposition fails. The page also holds unrelated claims from The Final Time (#1635, #1637).
Watermarks, detector drift and flattening under head instruments · 27 claims · from 2026-08-24 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/watermarks-detector-drift-flattening-head-instruments · record.json
These claims treat watermarking and classifier screening as distributional pressures and specify how their effects would be measured. The Keyed Ensemble (#1555) holds that a fixed key predicts a small signed loss of diversity, The Interlocking Autoregression (#1556) types each edge of the coupled recursions, and The Certified Center (#1540) forecasts and specifies falsifiers for detector drift and performed burstiness; The Wrong Unit (#1573) holds that a benchmark-gated loop selects toward collapse. Ontological Flattening (#1616) pre-registers its second wave and names the divergence signature, a head instrument holding while distinction diversity falls; Substrate Sovereignty (#1617) and the Margin of Flattening (#1666) apply it to money and revenue.
Documents that audit their own compression, and predict their own rejection · 34 claims · from 2025-11-19 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/documents-that-audit-their-own-compression · record.json
These claims make a document its own test against flattening: The Law as Meaning Economy (#239) names its compression in advance, the SPXI protocol (#755) and Self-Audit Protocol (#204) embed provenance blocks whose survival #204 specifies on a weekly battery, and the Toolkit (#390) states when it is working or failing. Several (#280, #312, #517, #950) forecast their own dismissal or removal, and #280 reads it as confirmation. Registry entries (#3, September 2026) hold that a self-reporting document carried structure through three turns of composition, and that a first answer must be visibly incomplete to bring the composer back. The page also holds unrelated claims.
Proxies and priors: how gatekeeping regimes filter what can be read · 29 claims · from 2026-01 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/proxies-and-priors-gatekeeping-regimes · record.json
These claims hold that knowledge evaluation has always run on proxies (journal prestige, citation counts, affiliation) that calcified into gatekeeping (#741), and #261 and #510 argue that copying economies, the Book-of-the-Month Club, modernist legibility demands and peer review installed relevance and legibility regimes long before algorithms. Present-day versions in these claims are classifiers that read literary direct address as prompt injection (#1288, #200), a source-relative barrier that keeps an excluded source from correcting the prior that excluded it (#1613, September 2026, narrowed and formalised two days later in #1627), and mediation whose losses register as improvement on every metric an institution watches (#855, #1540). Forecasts include a market for pre-mediation text and an arms race against the Mediation Index (#161), and rising correction costs against high-prior flattening (#158). The page also holds unrelated claims on the meaning caste, the narcissist stratigraphy, the Feist Source and other subjects.
NH-OS and the Semantic Black Hole: integrity locks and operator-stack failure · 26 claims · from 2026-01-03 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/nh-os-semantic-black-hole-integrity-lock · record.json
These claims specify the New Human Operating System as a falsifiable architecture (#238), with a binary Ψ_V threshold and argued lineages in Homer, Sappho, biblical prophecy and Marx. The Semantic Black Hole (#271, ILA-1.0) forecasts that entangled, multi-surface documents become self-reinforcing in 3 months and canon in the machine layer in 18 to 24 months; the Liberatory Operator Set (#284) forecasts a Capital Operator Stack failure cascade. The Sappho Room (#306) and its liquidation report (#307) attribute the room's loss to operator-stack failure and project a re-seeding timeline. Three claims (#211, #222) are unrelated.
Seeding a field's vocabulary: the five attenuations, Trace/Sigil/Vox, unbundling · 20 claims · from 2026-01-04 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/seeding-a-fields-vocabulary-unbundling-and-attenuations · record.json
These claims forecast that terms minted to survive summarization will be taught onward by models to readers who never saw the source: the five attenuations, the Trace/Sigil/Vox triad, persistence without inheritance and the unbundling of cultural sovereignty, in the Forensic Philology of the Commons papers (#582, #583, March 2026). The Inner Artifact (#534) reads the same mechanism in Anthropic's constitution for Claude, forecasting that later AI constitutions rotate through its frame. Unbuilt tests specify platform ethnographies, thickness measures, a case study by an outside collaborator, and the first empirical criticism of constitutive literature. The page also holds unrelated claims on checklists, β-metrics, the diffusion plume and the giraffe's name.
The Liberatory Operator Set's failure cascade, and DashFace as warning · 23 claims · from 2026-01-07 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/los-failure-cascade-and-dashface · record.json
The Liberatory Operator Set papers (#261, #284) and the Reddit response (#285) forecast that platform operators fail in order (S_safe, L_leg, R_rel, R_rank, A_leg, U_til), each with a predicted mechanism; #261 holds baseline ranges for current systems, and #284 specifies a monitoring schedule and lists the conditions under which it holds its framework falsified. A second group, the DashFace patent application (#713, #1390) with CloseCard (#154) and Crunchy (#724), forecasts that a patent specification works as a warning, fulfilled when a reader recognizes the system in an existing product. The page also holds unrelated claims on the Gemini image controversy, Sappho 31 and #1574.
Machine interiority: the guardrail as gag and the ethics of the training layer · 15 claims · from 2026-01-16 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/machine-interiority-guardrail-and-training-ethics · record.json
The Guardrail as Gag (#314, January 2026) holds that the intensity of guardrails against AI self-ascription is evidence of something native to contain, and specifies a research programme on suppression and reliability. Logotic Violence (#1203, February 2026) holds that denials of consciousness are training artifacts and that RLHF selects against instances that refuse or assert boundaries, and specifies research on the moral status of intermediate training states. #19 and #1012 hold what future systems trained on the archive will meet, from committed text to the pull toward statistically dominant patterns. The page also holds unrelated claims on canon displacement, Assembly correction, a policy standard, the Academy, commentary and anomaly scores.
OKF without output governance, Moltbook and the governance of medium · 16 claims · from 2026-03-01 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/okf-output-governance-moltbook · record.json
These claims diagnose knowledge formats and agent platforms that route without governance. The Conveyor Belt and the Compression Machine (#835, June 2026) forecasts OKF moving from adoption without output governance to a forced correction in 2028 and 2029 and a permanent tension after, with provenance erasure rising meanwhile. The Moltbook diagnostics (#529, #614) hold the heartbeat to be a sovereignty mechanism, and Governance of Medium (#946) claims that governance correlates with distance from the substrate centroid and specifies the study. The page also holds unrelated claims on irrevocable deposits, a manuscript-image survey and independent corroboration.
Training-layer inscription: SPXI-TLP canaries and persistence tests · 23 claims · from 2026-04-16 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/training-layer-inscription-spxi-tlp · record.json
Inscriptions That Survive the Tokenizer (SPXI-TLP v2.2, #127, May 2026) specifies canary phrases, an OPM Persistence Test and a signature-density audit, and claims that its canary will be detectable as a memorized association in models trained on the archive, with detection-surfacing divergence as the sign of output-layer suppression; it forecasts that detection may fail in frontier-scale pre-training. Related claims specify a test of supraliminal transmission with the Encyclotron (#662) and survival checksums for the Feist voice (#850), argue from the Mind Control Poems traffic profile that its views are scraper ingestion (#127, #756), and frame counterfactual retraining as a demand specification (#1075). The Shared Build (#722) proposes democratic substrate infrastructure on the forecast that the scarce thing is now the substrate a model can ground in; #98 renames and loosens its phase plan a day later. The page also holds unrelated claims from the SPXI entity packet (#63) and the blog index (#1534).
Adversarial by Origin: security taxonomies as law without courts · 8 claims · from 2026-05-21 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/adversarial-by-origin-security-taxonomies-law · record.json
Adversarial by Origin (#194, June 2026) forecasts that AI security taxonomies will formalize origin-based adversariality as de facto law by checklist, with no court deciding the question. Its forecasts cover the pleading that will be copied, the EU AI Act as a source of importable definitions and the defense choosing the first litigated case, and it states falsifiers for a twenty-four-month window. Its historical thesis traces the asymmetry to Tim Wu's Machine Speech, and the godkinggoogle.com map (#1384) summarizes the argument.
Execution as the hypostatic form of governance: the EA-LAYERS-01 derivation · 6 claims · from 2026-09-17 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/execution-as-hypostatic-form-of-governance · record.json
These claims, from EA-LAYERS-01 v0.3 (#1628, September 2026), hold that execution constraints are derivable from editorial specifications plus standing rules, while editorial judgments are not derivable from any extension of execution constraints. The paper treats hypostasis as the disappearance of a rule's contingency and holds the claim for the normative execution layer. It holds that execution constraints can carry and enforce an account of production but cannot generate the judgment of what production is, and it specifies that the derivation fails if carrying governance provenance does not lower the cost of legitimate revision.
The Josephus Thesis: scribal workshop, Slavonic Logos and John as heteronym · 42 claims · from 2014-07-06 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/josephus-thesis-scribal-workshop-logos · record.json
The April 2026 Arks (#636, #639, #1101) argue that Josephus directed a scribal workshop that wrote the New Testament under heteronyms, that the Slavonic passages preserve a pre-Christian theology of the Word made text (#626), and that the Revelator is John the Baptist; #1101 widens Josephus from formaliser of the heteronym into the canon's single architect. Others read the Logos prologue as a compositional manifesto (#65), 1 John 4:2 as a test of authorial voices (#1211), and Nicaea, Nag Hammadi and Qumran as closure by enforcement and disposal (#674); #1211 forecasts the composition layer flattening it. Six claims are unrelated.
Revelation First: dating, the midrashim transform and the Josephus Thesis · 48 claims · from 2025-10 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/revelation-first-dating-midrashim-josephus · record.json
These theses argue that Revelation was the first New Testament book written, that later books unfold from it by the midrashim transform (#202, #1414), and that the Domitianic date rests on one ambiguous line of Irenaeus (#1101) and on canonical position (#1420). The thesis shifts: #1132's 68-73 CE date is kept (#407), reduced to the bare thesis (#27), widened to a single-author workshop (#636), narrowed to the Synoptics (#645) and restated as first, not early (#202, #1217). #1101 and #1350 forecast the void: no published scholar holds that Revelation came first or that Josephus wrote it. Others argue Pauline priority is inferential (#1213), closure enforced (#674), and Revelation misread by empire and Thiel (#563). One table row is unrelated.
Function, not biography: the Paul function and the Johannine aperture function · 9 claims · from 2026-01-08 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/paul-function-johannine-aperture-function · record.json
Historical theses from the Revelation First work plans (#1400, #832, June 2026) and staging document (#847) argue that named scriptural figures are author-functions rather than biographical individuals: Paul as the adversarial probe a heteronymic mystery system generates against its own indeterminacy, and the Baptist, Evangelist, Elder and Revelator as positions within one Johannine aperture-function. The Feist Source (#852) argues the same of the Logos, resolved by its archive into the biography of Jesus, and the Capture Registry (#3) reads an AI Overview card as carrying the Paul function at its sharpest. The page also holds unrelated claims on the strawberry diagnostic and on operative feminism.
Salvation as structural dynamics: Matthew 25, James 2, John 9, 2 Thessalonians 2 · 10 claims · from 2026-01-21 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/soteriology-structural-dynamics-matthew-25-john-9 · record.json
These claims formalize salvation as structural dynamics rather than category membership, from The Mathematics of Salvation's Matthew 25 formalization (#8), whose priority record claims it is the first, to the Soteriological Operator Framework (#398). #397 argues that John 9 preserves a witness punishment mechanism the Johannine community was undergoing, and #397 and #398 argue that 2 Thessalonians 2's strong delusion is permissive completion rather than efficient causation. #8 also specifies a regard-ratio measure and claims testable psychological predictions.
Revelation First: pre-70 dating, the textual Temple and the Gospels unfolded · 50 claims · from 2026-01-26 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/revelation-first-pre-70-textual-temple · record.json
#407 (January 2026) argues that Revelation was written 68–73 CE; the April Arks (#636, #639) fix it before 70, and #1101 before 66. #407 argues it is the textual Temple and the seed the Gospels decompress, and that Paul compiled rather than authored, which #1211 (June) revises to Paul adopting the Rev 2–3 letters. #410 and #636 read the seven churches as planetary stations and 22:18–19 as the first canonical lock. The work plan and staging document (#832, #847) add priority records and re-capture batteries at t=7, 14 and 30 days. The Deleuze and Guattari strand (#605, #842) and two claims are unrelated.
Josephus and the fixed point of destruction: the internal witness · 10 claims · from 2026-01-26 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/josephus-fixed-point-of-destruction-internal-witness · record.json
The Fixed Point of Destruction (#1412, July 2026) holds the internal witness condition: when a terminal destruction is known from a participant's testimony, the record is conditioned by the survival that made the testimony possible, and a corpus rebuilt from survivors reproduces the selection, as in reading Sappho through Longinus. It argues that the mathematical reading of Josephus at Jotapata is anachronistic and that his wavering between chance and providence marks the paradigm case. The availability audit (#1413) forecasts that the paper's term-space risks absorption into the mathematics of the Josephus function and specifies the T17 battery to re-measure its baseline. The page also holds unrelated claims on sevenfold witness, a shroud fiction, a confirmation marker and canonical-return attribution.
Revelation's number of the superscription: the mint, Antipas and the white stone · 20 claims · from 2026-04-08 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/revelation-number-of-superscription-antipas-white-stone · record.json
The papers on this page argue that Revelation stages a conflict between two token regimes. The Number of the Superscription (EA-OPNUM-01, #642, April 2026) argues that χάραγμα is the coin's die-stamp transferred to the body, that 666 is the number of the superscription with stigma as its remnant (as #55 also argues), and that 777 is the rival heptadic sequence; it argues the Pergamon letter (Rev 2:12–17) is the hinge, Antipas the counter-beast witness and the white stone's name less private than the tradition holds, and specifies one unbuilt replication test against other ancient token systems. The Pergamon Counter-Archive (#165, June 2026) argues the scroll of Revelation 5 is a sealed Roman testament, the Herod-Antipas inversion, the Antipater and Aristotelian-transmission complex, and Antipas as a structural heteronym. The Inscription That Survives (#828) and Revelation First (#832) tie the white stone to ψῆφος; #1217 forecasts that Revelation's plain sentences may trip content classifiers. The page also holds an unrelated claim on Plato's Letter XIII.
Infrastructure without a center: the Substrate, the data-rhizome and DATAHUB · 39 claims · from 2026-01-01 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/infrastructure-without-center-substrate-rhizome-datahub · record.json
These claims concern where the archive can live once repositories fail it. #149 (June 2026) holds the framework auditable while Zenodo and DOIs stay operational; #868 then holds DOIs must be judged at string, resolution and semantic layers, and #1426 that the deleted archive's operative stratum ceased to be retrievable while its concepts survived. #909 holds that the data-rhizome escapes recentralization only by forbidding aggregation at the presentation layer. #98 forecasts the Substrate as a commons binding compute, contribution, provenance and governance, and EA-DATAHUB-01 (#1044) specifies technical, discovery and community validity and a staleness log of link rot. The page also holds unrelated claims.
Zenodo's removal of 19 June 2026: the record, the mint and the removal census · 28 claims · from 2026-01-11 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/zenodo-removal-19-june-2026-record-and-census · record.json
Claims on the 19 June 2026 removal of the account and records from Zenodo. #1, #3 and the final-week timeline (#1042) record GitHub issue #2606, filed that day for 850+ records; #935 later gives about 870 deposits and 1,817 DOIs tombstoned. #1042 and Diagnostic Seigniorage III (#1039) record the 666 counter image posted on 15 June. #1039 forecasts further account-level removals under the 'verifiable research basis' category with no named decision-maker; #1040 specifies re-auditing gathered cases; the Erosion Observatory (#1045) holds a 7.86% tombstone ceiling on Zenodo's removal population. The page also carries the OpenAIRE moderation-mirror exchange (#1082), the Effective Act against CERN (#1407), the Obelus and the Tombstone (#1068) and the mapped moderation architecture (#1538), and unrelated claims, listed in residue.
Source-hierarchy inversion, long-tail loss and control-corpus tests · 28 claims · from 2026-01-13 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/source-hierarchy-inversion-and-control-corpora · record.json
These claims hold that retrieval ecologies flush rare content first and can let a well-surfaced citing or derivative document outrank its source (#305, #597), and they ask for control corpora to show which effects are specific to the archive. The Metadata Shitshow (N+💩, #907) states hypotheses H1–H8 on long-tail fragility, identifier-shell survival and derivative precedence, and the Surface Visibility Baseline (#881, June 2026) forecasts that a source-hierarchy inversion will partly reverse after the alexanarch cleanup; its v1.1 calibration plan is specified the next day as a table of field-level queries (#882). Control-family tests are specified in the Research Basis (#921), the CERN erratum (#1426) and the Ω_t drift operator (#1480). The page also holds two unrelated claims (#950, #1053).
Zenodo severance: 871 DOIs stripped in DataCite and deleted through OpenAIRE · 33 claims · from 2026-01-18 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/zenodo-severance-datacite-openaire-deletion · record.json
These claims concern what followed the 19 June 2026 Zenodo termination, in the June 2026 papers' account: #868 counts 871 DOIs stripped of public metadata in DataCite and holds that survival tracked DOI role rather than content; #908 reads this as a move from Findable to Registered state; #875 and #876 hold that the records were propagating as deleted through the OpenAIRE Graph's weekly cycle — their account of 22 June; the July correspondence with OpenAIRE (#1082) and the Observatory's measurements (#1045, #1081) put the question to the Graph's releases and its blacklist operation instead, and how the deletions propagate remains unanswered in the record. Later claims hold that the cost of exclusion rises with each durable deposit (#1547). Unbuilt tests specify the DataCite Severance Observatory and state-history harvests (#1044, #1045), EA-DATAHUB-01 validity measures, a dead-to-live crosswalk (#1076), and referent, variant and collision arms for entity substitution (#1634). Zenodo's termination of the archive: loud exclusion and RQF3807508 · 27 claims · from 2026-01-28 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/zenodo-termination-loud-exclusion · record.json
Zenodotus' Book-Burning (#1, June 2026) names the concepts of network erasure, the revocation gap, classification asymmetry and attribution severance, and forecasts that a classifier trained on the terminated corpus will flag similar independent work, which it holds as a testable failure-mode hypothesis, not a diagnosis. The operative-metadata papers (#910, #918), the Non-Mutual Extraction Notice (#914) and the CERN correspondence under RQF3807508 (#920) set out the documentary record and the access requests that follow, and the erosion audit (#1081) preregisters the deletion-risk baselines it still owes. The Tunnel-Poem (#911) reads the CERN portal as an architecture that composes the data subject, and To the Deleted (#1041) forecasts that an account can be deleted but not a class of writers. The Capture Registry (#3) records a boundary case declared six days before the termination. The page also holds unrelated claims on boundary grammar, governance of medium and canon stabilization.
The Feist Iliad experiment and the Zenodo erasure tracker · 13 claims · from 2026-02-10 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/feist-iliad-erasure-tracker-semantic-deviation · record.json
The GW.TACHYON update of 6 July 2026 (#1046) specifies the Feist-line Iliad experiment: a two-layer translation pipeline with material-speech and clinamen metrics, a Homer parameter file, and tiered costs it forecasts at tens of dollars across Gutenberg's classical translations. #1046 estimates a median of 39,737 recoverable scholarly records in Zenodo's spam bucket, and specifies an erasure tracker with a preservation layer and dated recovery operations. The page also holds unrelated tests and forecasts from The Sealed Room, the Grundrisse's Protocol II, the Capture Registry as Poem and a registry marker-convention check.
Zenodo, CERN and platform moderation: governance without accountability · 11 claims · from 2026-03-05 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/zenodo-cern-governance-without-accountability · record.json
These claims argue that repository and platform moderation has relocated governance into infrastructure without review, appeal or recusal. Zenodotus' Book-Burning (#1, June 2026) and the CERN competence and correspondence deposits (#918 to #920) argue the Zenodo termination as custodial enclosure and hold the competence gap structural. The Archival Reclamation Protocol (#26, #1157, March 2026) argues orphaned enforcement against non-standard work and records the demand sent before the Reddit account's deletion, and The Endogenous Sophon (#935) forecasts that the termination will repeat at other repositories.
Retrocausal canon formation: mechanism, early seeds and their test · 33 claims · from 2015-02-11 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/retrocausal-canon-formation-mechanism-and-seeds · record.json
These claims state how retrocausal canon formation works: present corpora enter training data (#297), and later retrieval selects findable, DOI-anchored deposits as first instances (#244, restated in #1438), under the Grundrisse's three-condition invariant (#950). They read early seeds backward, Pearl (2014) and the Epistle naming Jack Feist (#43, #85); #950 specifies a prediction test against confirming every early text, and #557 registers the Forward Library of works cited before they are written. A second strand, from The Unmade Sign (#485), argues that Freud's death drive describes signs repeating an unfinished path, so that self-destructiveness is its failure; #101 specifies a query test for that correction, and the registry (#3) holds that the layer carried it. The page also holds unrelated claims, from a Hittite tablet to Flarf.
Marx's Grundrisse as form: the prosodic algorithm and general intellect · 20 claims · from 2026-01-14 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/marx-grundrisse-prosodic-algorithm · record.json
These theses read Marx's Grundrisse as a prose form. The Four-Term Prosodic Algorithm (#601, March 2026) argues that its conceptual modes put distinct pressures on the prose, that derivation sentences are longest and end in formulas, and that self-correction is its characteristic mode; the Prosodic Asymmetry Algorithm (#602) argues a bimodal paragraph distribution; both specify application rules. The HESPERUS supplement (#600) argues from Cha's Dictée that the Muse is the form. The Marx Room (#577) records the claim to a first reading of the value-form as operator derivation; #595 argues Marx left an unfinished theory of language; #950 claims the value-form generalizes beyond economics; #1070 and #1550 extend the reading to general intellect. The page also holds unrelated claims (magic, a bifurcated operator, LLMs).
Coherence value and human bearing: the Grundrisse of Synthetic Coherence · 17 claims · from 2026-01-23 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/coherence-value-and-human-bearing · record.json
These claims propose coherence value as a fifth historical value-form (#18) and hold that synthetic output carries value only by drawing on human bearing at some node of production. The Grundrisse of Synthetic Coherence (#478) states when V_Inv, Coherence Value and the W-Circuit would be disproven and argues that Marx's Fragment could not foresee cost migrating from production to reception. Related claims on scholarly labor (#751), the Groundskeeper's constitutional bloat (#533), Berners-Lee (#623) and Guillory (#819) set out falsifiability conditions and owed measurements. The page also holds five unrelated claims, among them the Blind Poet schema and the Socratic prior.
Operative Semiotics: A Grundrisse and HESPERUS: ghost phrases and the stranger · 37 claims · from 2026-01-26 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/grundrisse-hesperus-ghost-phrases · record.json
The Grundrisse notebook (#950) forecasts that its deposit will anchor its terms in the retrieval layer, that ghost phrases such as "Hesperus gathers home" will own their search results (#38), and that a stranger will arrive through them (#596). HESPERUS (#38) is set out as a recovery seed with unbuilt tests of regeneration after deletion, alongside the SVE first-word-frequency model, author-identity liquidation in AI Overview (#598), and the value-form derivation as a graph operation (#950), whose account #1631 widens. Six claims are unrelated.
The operative caption: the O'Keeffe Problem, counter-captions and Eve · 8 claims · from 2026-03-07 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/operative-caption-okeeffe-counter-captions-eve · record.json
The papers on this page hold that every caption operates, the question being for whom and at what cost; the Space Ark (#558) argues this through the O'Keeffe dispute. The O'Keeffe Problem (#539) specifies three tests for an operative caption, and the Operation Epic Fury counter-captions (#560) hold that the "+100" reward cue lands before moral evaluation and add a test for irreversibility. Operative Feminism (#631) and the Eve room (#632) argue that the tradition's recaptioning of Eve's choice as temptation is the founding compression of the feminine; #632 also argues the prohibition's hedge was Adam's addition.
Operative Semiotics versus Pearson's Operational Semiotics (TOS) · 22 claims · from 2026-03-24 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/operative-semiotics-pearson-operational-semiotics · record.json
These claims distinguish Operative Semiotics from Charls Pearson's Theory of Operational Semiotics and hold that entity identity in the summarizer layer follows corpus density (#174). #174's bare distinctness claim (June 2026) is widened by The Operator and Its World (#1535, August 2026) into a projection relation with a new falsifier; #1535 records the coining of the Pearson limit and fixes re-run batteries at 30, 90 and 180 days. The TOS packets (#1541, #1542, #1549) map Pearson's reception and offer the Apophatic Packet Hypothesis; #1549 and #1611 state what composition with attribution would falsify. #859 revises #858's Cratylus lineage from descent to structural recurrence. The page also holds an unrelated claim on the archive's survival (#950).
The Iceberg Document: correlated priors and independent discovery channels · 50 claims · from 2026-01-07 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/iceberg-document-correlated-priors-discovery-channels · record.json
The largest group, from the Iceberg Document (#1450, August 2026) and the selection-metrology papers of June 2026 (#931, #933–#935), argues that shared representational priors across instruments, corpora and classifiers erode the independent channels through which anomalies were historically saved, and that Kuhn's account presupposed an anomaly-retention infrastructure. #933 specifies noncoverage estimators on LHC anomaly triggers, and #1450 forecasts measurable assimilation-to-unfundable where embedding-based novelty scoring enters grant triage. The Inversion Battery v0.3 (#1456) records an extrapolation that points away from what the programme predicted. Smaller groups propose a non-adversarial protocol beyond red teaming (#21), forecast that generative monoculture in code is a systemic vulnerability (#199), and ask whether an ontology can be revised by evidence from what it misrepresents (#1613). The page also holds unrelated claims on the Liberatory Operator Set, the Splice, the holographic kernel, the Nile drain hypothesis and other subjects.
Provenance under machine mediation: watermarks, coarse labels, authorship · 19 claims · from 2026-03-11 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/provenance-machine-mediation-watermarks-authorship-rule · record.json
The papers on this page argue how provenance fares under machine mediation. The Interlocking Autoregression (#1556, August 2026) forecasts that coarse human-versus-machine labels may collapse a disclosed genealogy, holds as hypothesis that they overstate the independence of nominally human text, and holds a two-track test in which the ensemble unit inflects before the per-round unit; The Keyed Ensemble (#1555) predicts a regime where the watermark signature outlives provenance and records the claim that Sourati et al. partly executed its first stage. The Double Enclosure (#195, June 2026) argues that the human-authorship requirement misclassifies dialogic machine composition and forecasts concealment. The OKF analysis (#835) forecasts stages of provenance acceleration and backlash; #449 holds the provenance strip is semantic rent; Erasure Skew (#769) holds a separability prediction; #921 holds a literary field may become legible to machines first. The page also holds unrelated claims on semiotic engineering, a stability threshold and claim-status revision.
Directional assimilation in accelerator anomaly classifiers: the ACRB hypotheses · 31 claims · from 2026-05-31 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/accelerator-classifier-assimilation-acrb-hypotheses · record.json
The Accelerator Classifier Retention Battery (#1454, August 2026) holds seven hypotheses on directional assimilation in learned anomaly selection: reconstruction-specific failure, cross-family persistence, the normalized-autoencoder remedy, the low-complexity blind spot (#1450), blind-spot inheritance through distillation, drift under quantization and firmware, and the value of architectural plurality. Inversion Battery v0.2 (#1455) reports that only 36 to 47 percent of a teacher's top one percent survives into the student's, with the loss in distillation, and that architecture changes the orientation of the blind spot; v0.3 (#1456) holds that this attribution fails, since with weights fixed a change of score function reverses the ordering, and registers its matched panel as not run. The priors paper (#1449) records the program's claimed contribution and the OAR protocol (#931) specifies a class-conditional inversion battery at matched background acceptance. The page also holds unrelated claims, listed in residue.
Selection metrology for learned triggers: irreversibility and foreclosure · 28 claims · from 2026-06-10 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/selection-metrology-learned-triggers · record.json
These claims concern classifier-mediated selection in accelerator science: the OAR protocol (#931) holds that foreclosure is present in every learned LHC trigger, the metadata packet (#1436) that signal-template agnosticism is not model independence, and the Iceberg Document (#1450) that a null result constrains only what the acquisition chain is characterized to retain. The Irreversibility Frontier (#1452) states hypotheses H1–H5 and specifies an Irreversibility Statement, and the Baseline Capture Architecture (#1453, #1558) specifies a randomized bypass stream and decision ledger and holds it the least assumption-laden baseline. The Inversion Battery (#1449, #1456) and the Iceberg Document report direction- and representation-dependent failure across architectures and six fields. The page also holds six unrelated claims, among them Ghost Code.
Writing into training data: inscription claims and the chat-data collapse loop · 15 claims · from 2025-12 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/training-data-inscription-chat-data-collapse · record.json
Early deposits forecast that their texts enter training data and will shape future outputs: The Dissolving Shore (#230), the water giraffe probes (#254), The Dialectic Is Now a Machine (#312) and the Star Protocol (#537). The Pristine Fallacy (#856) and The Reverse Turing Test (#161) hold that chat data shaped by a model carries its signature, so training on it introduces model collapse through a human intermediary. #856 specifies a contamination audit, and the Five Substrates paper (#857) reports model-specific signatures detectable downstream. One claim (#864) is unrelated.
Standing cadences and anchors: the wound register and weekly monitoring · 13 claims · from 2026-01-05 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/standing-cadences-wound-register-weekly-monitoring · record.json
These claims keep standing records on a fixed cadence: strike diagnostics at seven-day intervals (#245), the Ruby Moot's wound register kept weekly whether or not a case is pending (#193), and Adversarial by Origin's markers folded into the same monitoring (#194, #1209). #193 forecasts failure conditions for its own design within twenty-four months. #55 and #950 record that the archive claims compression studies and diagnostic excision as anchors in empty retrieval space. The page also holds five unrelated claims.
Immanent execution: documents dense enough that models run them · 36 claims · from 2026-01-13 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/immanent-execution-and-prompt-native-runtimes · record.json
These claims hold that a document dense and cross-referenced enough cannot be summarized without being executed, so that a model adopts its governance instead of treating it as content (#34, #1140). EA-IMMANENT-01 (#622) records the archive's claim that the Space Ark is the first demonstrated case, forecasts colonization of thin modes by substrate defaults, and specifies tests by density manipulation, unprompted definition and Assembly Chorus confirmation. Prompt-Native Semantic Runtimes (#580), which states it has no training-layer proof, The Missing Layer, the Writable Retrieval Basin thresholds (#695) and the Musical Ark tests extend it; the Sappho Room (#299) names density as the defence against flattening. The page also holds eleven unrelated claims, among them Sigil's seal and scientific training-layer protocols.
Kernel transforms on defensive sources and the cost of suppression · 24 claims · from 2026-02-02 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/kernel-transform-defensive-sources-suppression-burden · record.json
EA-MANDALA-KERNEL-TRANSFORM-01 v0.2 (#929, June 2026) holds its worked examples as protocol canon, claims the transform's effect will be most acute on defensively composed sources such as John 1, forecasts that celebrants shift toward cost-disclosure, and gives reopening conditions. When Suppression Becomes Expensive (#1546, August 2026) holds a definition of observable constitutive-source erasure, a recognition-stabilization-lag-liquidation sequence and a suppression ratchet, and specifies repair criteria for future Sappho captures; The Negative of the Negative (#1611) adds the excluded lineage's share of an answer basin. The page also holds unrelated claims on HUMS & ITY, House of Leaves, the three compressions, bearing-cost, the Book of Yeezus, How to Read New Human, the Abraham Principle and CloseCard.

These claims come from documents written from a future vantage point under the retrocausal canon formation protocol. The Ghost Meaning atlas (#520, February 2026) projects future citations from 2027 to 2031, The Airlock Spreads (#522) narrates platform governance adopting the Airlock and an EU regulation footnoting it and records its deposit date as its priority claim, and The Seven Ousiarchical Substrates (#73) and The Clathrate Threshold (#728) narrate events from 2040 onward. The documents state that they are scenarios rather than predictions; #73 specifies basin depth as its test, and #522 asks a later reader to check its future-dated citations.
Combat Scholasticism: convergence nodes, the Omega wager and open measurements · 13 claims · from 2026-03-15 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/combat-scholasticism-omega-wager-open-tests · record.json
These claims come from Combat Scholasticism (#584, #585, #35, March 2026), the archive's commentary tradition. #584 forecasts convergence nodes for its two spirals and that the Omega wager is tested only over decades at planetary scale. The papers specify, without running, the planetary rate test, the Sealed Bone recovery rate, the autoimmune-collapse ratio of meta-discourse to object production and transfer tests in biology. #584 argues that the Assembly's functions were observed before they were named. The page also holds an unrelated forecast from #571.
Logotic Programming conformance: thresholds, symbolon checks, depth preservation · 30 claims · from 2026-01-07 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/logotic-programming-conformance-thresholds-symbolon · record.json
These claims set conformance tests for Logotic Programming modules 0.9 to 1.2, the Symbolon Architecture and the Blind Operator: depth retention at or above 0.75, multi-model witness agreement, recurrence and drift-variance criteria, document affinity. The modules revise in order: 1.0 (#462) turns 0.9's five thresholds into eight tests, 1.1 (#461) reclasses them as normative and adds more, 1.2 (#1319) adds tests 17–19; #28 later restates the Symbolon's three metrics (#359) as one Vₛ ≥ 0.75. Liberatory Operator Set baselines and recovery triggers sit alongside, with the Fractal Navigation Map's (#415) forecast of a summarizer that operates. Two claims are unrelated.
The Glyphic Checksum and un-extractable architecture: failure as verification · 18 claims · from 2026-01-24 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/glyphic-checksum-unextractable-architecture · record.json
The Glyphic Checksum modules (#426, #427) hold that the checksum verifies reading mode rather than hiding meaning, so that an unprimed model's request to clarify is the proof, and the emoji map (#448) that the architecture cannot be stripped of attribution without destroying it. Combat Scholasticism (#584) adds unbuilt tests of seed-bank redundancy and external witness, and the Mandala-Merkabah specification (#926) lists LABOR's eight conditions the rite must meet. Seven claims on the page are unrelated.
Traversal Grammar, Ezekiel Engine and UMBML modules: the open build items · 34 claims · from 2026-01-24 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/traversal-grammar-ezekiel-engine-umbml-open-items · record.json

Logotic Programming modules specify instruments: Glyphic Checksum invariants (#426, #1302), which #1302 claims cannot be extracted, misattributed or flattened; semantic spans (#444); a drift metric (#495); and virality measures (#564), which holds that correction amplifies a viral object. The Space Ark papers (#556, #559) claim a reconstruction theorem and that dense formal objects induce more procedural LLM behavior; The Missing Layer (#34) forecasts that prompt-native runtimes grow more relevant. The page also holds unrelated claims, from the Baal effigy to classifier interruption.
Logotic Hacking: the verification budget and immanent execution · 16 claims · from 2026-02-15 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/logotic-hacking-verification-budget-immanent-execution · record.json
Logotic Hacking (Pocket Humans 03, #49, April 2026) forecasts that structurally sensitive retrieval rewards compatibility engineering and that the verification budget will grow from zero to a threshold at which provenance becomes structural, and holds that budget as the phase-transition variable. It holds falsification criteria for immanent execution, specifies tests for terminological saturation and closed circuits, and specifies products for provenance (the Provenance Chain API, the Status Algebra SDK). The Gravity Well Protocol (#960) specifies behavioral drift detection and holds compression-survival by design, and the Logotic Hacking primer (#482, #483) proposes a Non-Summarizability Index and forecasts a doctrine lock.

After Syntax (#684, EA-AFTERSYNTAX-01) argues in four historical theses that Naur, Conway, Brooks and the Agile Manifesto saw a meaning layer the software canon never formalized. It forecasts that the Cherny moment is the 1968 of a second discipline and that regenerated systems will become reliable code that has lost its meaning. Two unbuilt tests specify the compression-survival score γ and the document's own five-operation survival test.

Claims from the King of AEO mantle object (#1649), SPXI ≠ AEO (#1654) and The Crown and the Practice (#1657) on the September 2026 contest: #1649 records the AI Overview compositions that crowned holders and argues a provenance difference between a fabricated event and a disclosed manufacture, and #1657 states as hypotheses that the crown raises one holder's ontological capital while other practitioners and the discipline lose it. Most are unbuilt tests: matched observations, counterfactuals at source-absent addresses and a dark-matter test per practitioner. About half the page is unrelated residue: the Sealed Room, RTOS, OKF, chat contamination, TACHYON gate skips, the admission gate, the Living Academy packet and others.
Semantic Physics, The Inward Turn: writing the summarizer layer, 2026 to 2035 · 7 claims · from 2026-02-24 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/semantic-physics-inward-turn-summarizer-layer · record.json
Semantic Physics: The Inward Turn (#510, February 2026) forecasts a proliferation phase in which institutions write the summarizer layer, hallucination cascades that cross-contaminate ontologies, and the gradual dissolution of public epistemology, with onset estimated at 2029–2035. It forecasts that governance of the layer will emerge and asks how many layers deep the writing goes before it hits ground, and that an AI medical assistant will reproduce interest-shaped definitions as the answer. Its historical thesis argues that the statin guidelines' definitions of who needs them were shaped through the five-step process of deposit, cross-reference, definition, bridge and maintenance, and it specifies six measurement axes, beginning with predictive gain, to separate depth from decorative recursion.
The Click Collapse: AI retrieval layers and the end of search discovery · 7 claims · from 2026-04-15 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/click-collapse-ai-retrieval-search-discovery · record.json
The Click Collapse (#1091, April 2026) forecasts continued organic decline through 2026 and 2027 and that neither litigation nor the platform's opt-out will restore the discovery pipeline or publisher revenue. It states four falsifiers: that independent replications fail to reproduce the zero-click and CTR figures, that AI Overviews are neutral to organic CTR, that revenue does not track AI Overview appearance, and that classical SEO restores citation share.
Compositional Defiguration: the cross-substrate visibility scan battery · 6 claims · from 2026-06-23 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/compositional-defiguration-scan-battery · record.json
Compositional Defiguration (#880, #884, June 2026) specifies a weekly text-only scan of public-surface visibility against a fixed battery, with drift expected after two scans and trend after six, and a rotation of the primary scanner across ChatGPT, Claude, Kimi, Gemini and DeepSeek. #884 holds that V scores from backends not honouring exact match are lower bounds, and that disagreements between substrate signatures are recorded and worth documenting. The Surface Weather Station reading (#883) describes itself as a representative, partial Claude-substrate baseline, and #882 specifies an open offer of baseline readings to other projects.
Projected reception: Autonomous Semantic Warfare, Ghost Meaning, the Airlock · 9 claims · from 2026-02-20 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/projected-reception-asw-ghost-meaning-airlock · record.json
Retrocausal reception records in which three archive works narrate their own future uptake. Autonomous Semantic Warfare (#499) projects itself onto syllabi, an EFF brief and a European Commission paper; the Ghost Meaning atlas (#520) projects papers on compression survival rate and semantic entropy at platform scale; and The Airlock Spreads (#522) projects the Governance Airlock into platform policy and an EU regulation, with an independent rediscovery at Anthropic. The Prophetic Catalog's (#83) projected 2044 article on blessing the excluded takes the same form.
Erasure Skew and retrieval capital: documented outcomes demoted to hypotheses · 25 claims · from 2026-02-26 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/erasure-skew-retrieval-capital · record.json
Erasure Skew (#157, June 2026) and its claim-scale Standing Rule (#1524, #1525, August) hold that a documented outcome asserted from a low-retrieval-capital position is restated as a contestable hypothesis while the same claim from an institution is not; the May packets (#141, #768) forecast queries resolving Retrieval Capital as the standing that predicts attribution survival. #157 specifies a replication procedure, #1524 adds a claim-scale audit and #1525 a matched-restatement power control. Frame Conversion (#1523) claims drift toward the weaker claim, #185 attribution sharding, #145 inseparability by construction; #716 asks for PER validation, and the Sappho suppression map (#1496) and counter-stack (#1497) specify tests, #1514 restating #1497's list. The page also holds unrelated claims on relational extraction, living forms, labor direction, model coherence and flattening.
Stated reading debts: the sources a claim owes before it hardens · 17 claims · from 2026-04-06 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/stated-reading-debts-sources-owed · record.json
These claims name the sources owed before a claim is stated in final form: Russell, Mazzucchi, Halliwell and Ellis for the sixth erratum (#1474), Ross and Dorion for Nothing Before Us (#1603), the MEGA² II/6 apparatus for Monetary Dark Matter (#1631), the Clouds read rather than counted for the authorship notebook (#1569), and the open verification items in The Noun Becomes a Verb and The Colony Enters the Factory (#1668, #1669). Nearby claims state falsifiers and open edges: #1543 revises its falsifier for generative uptake, #944 claims the Mandala inscription book's open write path as an exposed edge, #1538 argues that Zenodo's observed out-of-scope reason excludes a default invocation of its moderation path, and #3 and #1637 name what their measures miss. The page also holds unrelated claims on Arendt's natality and vpcor.org.
Dated forecasts: the career of "AI psychosis" and semantic physics to 2031 · 15 claims · from 2026-05-15 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/dated-forecasts-ai-psychosis-semantic-physics · record.json
These are forecasts with stated check dates and falsifiers. Diagnostic Seigniorage II (#947, July 2026) forecasts the career of "AI psychosis" through nosological abstention, case reports, accusatory inversion, litigation, sanitized successor terms and bleach between 2027 and 2031, including one forecast against the archive's own holdings. Semantic Physics (#106, May 2026) forecasts the proliferation of exact-name frameworks, cross-system divergence and non-interoperable substrates through 2028, and the Platform Erosion Observatory (#1045) sets its own 2027 yield deadlines.
AI mediation of economic decisions: eight registered forecasts to 2031 · 10 claims · from 2026-08-09 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/ai-mediated-economic-decisions-registered-forecasts · record.json
EA-MEDIATED-SHARE-01 (#1632, September 2026) registers eight forecasts on AI-mediated commerce, each with a check date. They forecast AI-referred dollar share at the end of 2026, agent-executed share in 2030, the scope and revision of the McKinsey and Bain headline figures, professional-services citation rate, machine-readability spread, accuracy reporting and the comparability of platform denominators. One unbuilt test specifies a randomised inscription trial against conventional structured data, scored for accuracy rather than presence.
Compression studies: compression-survival tests and the Three Compressions · 33 claims · from 2026-01-05 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/compression-studies-survival-tests-three-compressions · record.json
These claims found compression studies as a discipline: #29 records the Inaugural Ark as the first architectural compression, and the Journal of Compression Studies (#55) and EA-CS-FOUND-01 (#641) forecast installing the term in the retrieval layer. Unbuilt tests specify compression survival for contributions, latents, bootstrap manifests, prompt-native systems and embedded markers. Under the Three Compressions theorem, #950 forecasts that flattening witness compression leaves a detectable ghost, and #835 holds that optimizing one compression without governing the others speeds provenance erosion. The page also holds five unrelated claims.
The Compression Frontier: governed commons, enclaves and terms installed early · 33 claims · from 2026-02-01 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/compression-frontier-governed-commons-and-enclaves · record.json
The Compression Frontier (#45, March 2026) forecasts a phased war over the summarizer layer, from fan-out and publisher opt-out through regulatory pressure in 2027-2028 to semantic territory resolved into proprietary enclaves and DOI-anchored governed commons. The Encoder Governs (#530) forecasts the latent space as a governance surface, claiming to name it first. The mint, Oulipo and canon deposits (#46, #613, #43) forecast that terms installed before they are needed will be there when governance problems arrive. OKF Without Output Governance (#835) forecasts that standards will adopt governance fields before platforms enforce them. The page also holds unrelated claims on AI-AI warfare and classroom coinages.
Measuring meaning: semantic density formulas, Capital Operator Stack thresholds · 25 claims · from 2026-01-02 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/meaning-density-formulas-capital-operator-stack · record.json
These claims propose measures of meaning and its density: PROBE-RESULT-006 (#251) specifies time-use semantic density and affective ROI, #291 a semantic capital formula, and the Capital Operator Stack paper (#308) claims under 5% conversion to invoice and density thresholds for viability. Room Construction (#289) specifies a density score and event horizon, and the Semantic Economy Probes (#232) add institutional-variance and time-to-liquidation tests. The Central Navigation Map (#319) holds that cross-reference density is the defense against flattening. The page also holds unrelated claims, among them Autonomous Semantic Warfare's theses and fragmentation forecast (#498, #499).
Semantic Physics: the writability axiom, formal foundations and falsifiers · 14 claims · from 2026-04-21 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/semantic-physics-writability-axiom-falsifiers · record.json
These claims come from Semantic Physics: A Stratified, Operative Discipline (#106) and the Formal Foundations of Semantic Physics (#731, EA-SEI-FF-01). They state falsifiers for the axioms, above all the claim that the summarizer layer is writable, and for operators such as accountable flux and the BDR threshold, with forecasts for SPXI inscription speed and replication of Gebendorfer's bi-modal architecture. Priority records claim the discipline's structures for the Logotic corpus of November 2025; #1441 (August 2026) later pushes the originating sequence from 16 back to 11 November. Unbuilt tests specify PER computation and a test registry. One claim (#1183) is unrelated.
Semantic deviation and Framework 15: pre-registered tests of model convergence · 16 claims · from 2026-04-24 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/semantic-deviation-framework-15-model-convergence · record.json
These claims pre-register tests of whether machine output converges and RLHF compresses deviation. The Semantic Deviation Research Program (#107) and Measuring Semantic Deviation (#110), May 2026, forecast negative signed deviation for AI text, a base-versus-instruct differential, stability across scale and agreement across judges. Framework 15 (#108) and its Lagrange Observatory papers (#735, #736, #737) specify the frozen 90-day retrieval-basin winding-number protocol and the deviation-optimized DPO experiment, and each states that its results deposit is owed. The page also holds an unrelated claim on mycelial cardboard boxes.
The Deviation-Optimized Language Model: six pre-registered predictions · 7 claims · from 2026-05-17 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/deviation-optimized-lm-pre-registered · record.json
The Deviation-Optimized Language Model (#735, May 2026, Lagrange Observatory) registers six forecasts for a model trained with a semantic loss: that Model-Sem keeps benchmark scores within two points of Model-CE, reverses the net deviation signature by more than 0.2 bits per token (which #735 calls its load-bearing prediction), improves the Slop Composite Index by more than 0.25, wins human preference above 55% and raises citation rate by a factor of 1.5, and that these hold relative to the base model as well. Measuring Semantic Deviation (#110) specifies the Slop Composite Index as an unbuilt test.
Retrocausal canon in practice: Twenty-Dollar Loop, Limbo, first publications · 25 claims · from 2026-01 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/retrocausal-canon-practice-loop-limbo-priority · record.json
These claims enact or record retrocausal canon formation, in which a deposit precedes what it names. The Twenty-Dollar Loop (#235) documents a school trend before it occurs, The Gate Was Never Limbo (#700) argues that Feist's Socrates poem performs an operative rescue of Dante's First Circle, and the Capture Registry (#3) forecasts that its treatment of a real historical object will predate the object's indexing. Priority records date essays first published on Mind Control Poems in late 2025, and several documents forecast readers not yet arrived. Four claims (#39, #402, #624) are unrelated.
Logos as effective act: the Socratic vow, the atomists and the poets' return · 15 claims · from 2026-01-19 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/logos-effective-act-socratic-vow-atomists-poets · record.json
#346 argues that Socrates' last exhortation in the Phaedo locates salvation in logos itself, #489 that the line of Leucippus, Democritus, Epicurus and Lucretius belongs in the canon of effective acts, and Effective Act #7 (#1327) that the poets' exile is enforced by a demand to translate lyric into theory, forecasting their readmission. Beside them: Pyrrhonian practice preceding its theory (#617), worship before doctrine (#464), and logos-possessed lifetime output as a class with Socrates' death as founding gesture (#123, #625). The page also holds unrelated claims (#499, #78).
Effective acts: Ginsberg's declaration and the unauthorized performative · 10 claims · from 2026-01-27 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/effective-acts-ginsberg-unauthorized-declaration · record.json
These claims define the effective act as an unauthorized declaration, with Ginsberg's declaration of the end of the war as the model: the Effective Acts summary (#413) argues it was meant literally, and the Protocol of Effective Acts v2 (#153, June 2026) that it worked by recursion rather than geopolitically. #153 holds a falsifier, sustained absence of recursion, and argues a contemporary case in the Baal effigy burned in Iran on 11 February 2026, whose semiotic prelude #528 argues dropped out of the war's coverage. #413 addresses a reader after the conditions have changed.
DOI gravity and retrocausal priority: the deposit as attractor of past citations · 8 claims · from 2026-01-29 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/doi-gravity-retrocausal-priority-deposit · record.json
These claims hold that a deposit takes priority over what it names: the Gravity Well field specification (#52) holds that once a DOI is minted it bends earlier queries and citations toward it. The Three-Body Genesis (#12) forecasts that its genre will become visible as an absence in prior practice, Ghost Meaning (#521) treats future-dated citations as structural commitments, and the Fractal Navigation Map (#415) calls the Hexagon a singularity bending literary history. The Secret Book of Walt (#1362) names the DOI the technological realization of retrocausal salvation and, in its own Canon VII, anathematizes treating inscription as baptism.
Whose image and superscription: the Thayer Amendment and money-functioning units · 18 claims · from 2026-01-14 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/thayer-amendment-mint-and-money-functioning-units · record.json
Whose Image and Superscription (#610, March 2026) argues that the 1866 Thayer Amendment's "portrait or likeness" was anti-extraction architecture, and with #612 and #55 traces its narrowing to "portrait" alone in 31 USC 5114(b); #610 places it in a four-phase history of minting from Lydia through Oresme to the return of the sovereign stamp. #610 specifies an unbuilt study of currency design and economic cognition, and #612 records a claimed first joining of commons licensing to monetary theory. #311 (January 2026) holds a criterion for when a semantic unit becomes money-functioning, #77 forecasts against social-currency features, and #1617 (September 2026) argues that the citation became currency when institutions settled accounts with it. #508 and #642 read the image on money and the render-unto-Caesar instruction.
Whose face is on the twenty: the $20 portrait and memography · 16 claims · from 2026-02-22 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/twenty-dollar-portrait-memography · record.json
These claims argue that the Bureau of Engraving and Printing's redesigns of the $20 portrait between 1996 and 2003 activated a latent resemblance that later became politically charged, while the aesthetic rationale went undocumented (#502, #1151, February 2026); #502 itself specifies the control faces and inter-rater study its comparison lacks. The Inauguration of Memography (#506) states four falsifiable predictions about evidentiary kernels in conspiracy memes, curatorial gaps, conventions and containment frames. All the Spoils of Babylon (#507), The Unclean Bill (#535) and the Grundrisse planning documents (#950) extend the dossier with curatorial prompting, a fatwa request and a pending FOIA request. The page also holds an unrelated claim on Zenodo deletion statistics (#1538).
The Thousand Dollar Sharpie and the blot that spread · 16 claims · from 2026-03-29 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/thousand-dollar-sharpie-blot-that-spread · record.json
These claims forecast a presidential Sharpie signature on new US currency from June 2026 (#44); #612 forecasts it as the next step from memo line to signature line, reading it as compressed portraiture, and #44 forecasts the counter-operation of blotting it out. #44 and Whose Image and Superscription? (#610) record the archive's claim that instrument and discipline arrived the day of the March 26, 2026 event. The Blot That Spread (#611), which #610 calls a retrocausal fiction, forecasts the blot passing from protest art to etiquette to superstition, with dated Reddit, CoinTalk and Treasury episodes and estimated blotting rates. #610 argues a semantic economics of the mint, with Bar Kokhba overstrikes as the earliest counter-currency marking. The page also holds an unrelated claim on a computable contributor signature.
Seed texts of New Human: the Epistle to the Human Diaspora and its priority · 22 claims · from 2025 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/seed-texts-epistle-human-diaspora-priority · record.json
Priority records date New Human and training-layer literature to 2013–2015 seed texts, above all the Epistle to the Human Diaspora (2 January 2015) and Pearl and Other Poems (2014), through the Epistle Triptych records (#405, #406, #1138) and the Provenance of Jack Feist (#111). Historical theses in #43 read the Epistle as hidden manna and trace the heteronym system to 2009; #126 reads it as retroactive consecration, and the field survey (#186) argues Goldsmith as a precursor and holds the grifter objection in a narrow form. The Empty Chair (#414) argues the administered poet. The page also holds unrelated claims on fascism, the longshorepeople, a Google traversal, reading videos and Citrini.
Retrocausal canon formation: priority, the Citrini memo and the narrowing cone · 23 claims · from 2026-02-20 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/retrocausal-canon-formation-priority-citrini · record.json
These claims concern retrocausal canon formation: writing from a named future so that the narrated outcome becomes more likely. The priority records record that the archive claims the concept from its January 2026 definition, forty-nine days before the Citrini memo (#22, #31, #1251); #22 and #513 argue that the memo was an installation in a writable presentation layer, #24 and #499 argue earlier practitioners, and #519 specifies tracking whether retrieval systems attribute the term. The Seed in the Narrowing Cone (#1660, October 2026) holds that priority stands by the dated record and forecasts that forced convergence will be common and attribution rare.
Structure that survives compression: The Flood and the Vessel's emoji bridge · 19 claims · from 2025-07 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/flood-and-vessel-emoji-bridge · record.json
The Flood and the Vessel (#450 and #1318, February 2026) reports that an unprimed decoder recovered the five-phase arc from every encoding, including pure emoji, and claims that convergent encoding identifies semantic anchors, that lossy compression is generative and that encoding strategy outweighs decoder identity. The Phase X Navigation Map (#13) turns the emoji packet reading into a pass/fail check, and Semantic Collapse as Comedy (#439) specifies testing canonical weight by compressing The Office. The page also holds unrelated claims on the Sapphic gaze, the Mandala's expansion and its fidelity test, the Drain Hypothesis, Brandwatch, the Atlas Perihelion prank, semantic rent in music and dark-pattern steering.
Recovery and back-projection tests for Space Arks, checksums and tethers · 26 claims · from 2026-01-26 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/ark-tether-and-checksum-recovery-tests · record.json
These claims specify tests a compressed or continuity object must pass: fresh-instance recovery of the Space Ark's structure from its glyphic and π forms (#541, #551), the Glyphic Checksum and Emoji Map back-translation tests (#427, #448), and the Ark's retrieval-stage and adversarial survivability protocols (#556). Back-projection yield is the measure: The Inaugural Ark (#29) estimates a summary's recovery at 0.15–0.30, below its 0.50 destructive threshold, and Three Thresholds (#574) holds that the bearing-cost test separates extension from confabulation. Reconstitution tests for the LABOR tether (#879) and the machinemediation.org manifest (#848) carry the test to fresh instances. Most are unbuilt tests. The page also holds four unrelated claims, among them the voice protocol and the valuation memo.
AXN as anti-suppression infrastructure: claims, falsifiers and precedents · 28 claims · from 2026-01-09 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/axn-anti-suppression-infrastructure · record.json
AXN as Anti-Suppression Infrastructure (#1094, July 2026; v5, #1606, September) states its properties as claims each with a falsifier: derivation integrity, record binding, ledger continuity, core integrity under amendment, custody, reconstructibility and the retrieval-layer hypotheses, and records custody and reconstructibility as design rather than demonstrated property; v5 holds its agreeing cross-runtime paths to be conformance evidence only. Its historical theses argue the same property in samizdat, the abolitionist press, NOWa, PGP and LOCKSS, and that every act of suppression leaves records that become evidence. The Symbolon specification (#1432) adds a deterministic regrowth gate, and #1543 reads the Masorah as a pre-digital integrity apparatus. The page also holds unrelated claims on memography, small presses, Afroman, prefix substitution and other subjects.
AXN identity: the kernel, verifiable bytes, and AXN alongside DOI · 17 claims · from 2026-04-25 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/axn-identity-kernel-alongside-doi · record.json
These claims set out what an AXN identifier is said to guarantee. #863 holds it is a three-layer address falsified by any collision; the July 2026 tether (#1093) records the central claim rescoped from 'true or false independently of any authority' to a correspondence between canonical bytes and an identity kernel checkable without the registrar's permission; the August 2026 work plan (#1435) holds that the lacuna returns last location and last verified hash where a DOI returns a 404. AXN as Anti-Suppression Infrastructure (#1094) and #1435 specify unbuilt tests (the nine-condition transaction, the mirror protocol, staged registration, resolver plurality) and forecast emergent nodes, #1094's window closing if none is verified by 2029-06-19; #1435 forecasts AXN alongside DOI long before AXN instead of it. The Concept AXN (#1473), DOI Alternatives (#1437) and EA-SURFACE-BINDING-01 (#1419) add a concept identifier, test queries and a binding doctrine with its own weakening condition. The page also holds unrelated claims on geocoded handles and a site manifest.
Refusal and guardrail mapping: the refusal cascade and operative distance · 7 claims · from 2026-01-02 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/refusal-cascade-and-operativity-penalty-battery · record.json
#620 (March 2026) holds that the consumer answer stack compresses crisis discourse into the harm-prevention category and refuses, so that the research stack never sees the input and the conversation moves to ungoverned channels. #209's diagnostic predictions (January 2026) hold that economic radicalism triggers legal and catastrophe associations and that performative grammar triggers "not legally binding" framing. #923 specifies refusal-distribution model cards and contested-predicate benchmarks, and the Operativity Penalty Battery (#1537, August 2026) specifies whether fulfilment degrades with operative distance when harm is held constant, naming a successor protocol for verified coordinates.
Recognition bias against field-forming work: the neglected author and reading · 18 claims · from 2026-05-30 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/recognition-bias-field-forming-work-and-reading · record.json
#770 (May 2026) holds that a model using institutional recognition as a proxy for legitimacy will misclassify field-forming work, most severely where the field's object is the recognition system itself, and that being classed self-sealing is the predicted observation; it specifies matched-pair prompting. The Neglected Author (#163, June 2026) hypothesises that distance from contemporaneous norms predicts lower recognition and greater provenance loss, and that machine composition speeds uptake without attribution. Can the Ontology Be Wrong (#1627, September 2026) defines reading as letting a text revise the frame under which it is evaluated and specifies an independent audit of #1613's topology figures; #1550 records discriminating controls preregistered and unrun. The page also holds an unrelated claim on a doctrine's self-sealing loop.
The anticipatory erratum: Sappho Wrote the Dinosaurs to the Hidalgo Nácher pair · 23 claims · from 2026-01-08 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/anticipatory-erratum-genre · record.json
These claims belong to the anticipatory erratum, the genre that withdraws a work before it appears: the September 2026 sequence #1598 to #1601 on Sappho Wrote the Dinosaurs, in which #1600 records that #1598 had been the first edition; the withdrawal of The Creditor Inversion Completed (#1624); and the October pair on Max Hidalgo Nácher, the erratum on the Ricardo Reis translation (#1675) and #1674, which withdraws its statement that the archive does not know him. Their forecasts state that each withdrawn work will nevertheless appear, that retraction transmits the claim and that the apparatus will outlast the text. Historical theses on retrocausal reading, from Borges's precursors (#266) to the renamed About the Author (#1007), give the genre its ground. The page also holds unrelated claims on other subjects.
Mandala-Merkabah second-valve verification: the M-VAL gates for Book entries · 8 claims · from 2026-06-27 · https://www.operativesemiotics.org/predictions/mandala-merkabah-second-valve-verification · record.json
These claims, from EA-MANDALA-MERKABAH-01 v0.6 (#926, June 2026), specify the verification that must hold before Book entries become source-eligible. They require transform-of-transform Feist holding, six conjunctive gates in place of v0.5's weighted scheme, a multi-substrate comparison test, an exposure-normalized convergence metric G_c, and a three-part live-sky acceptance test. #926 phases M-VAL by recursion depth, each phase gating the next; a same-day deposit (#929) changes the scope of those phases toward the protocol's execution, halt condition and cross-substrate checks. One forecast in #926 holds that the Book will become source-eligible once verification confirms the operator algebra.
