Ω is the missing operator; the Three Compressions taxonomy asserted that R1 and R2 are distinct regimes but did not provide the discriminator. Ω is that discriminator. The operator reconciliation in §11.A is cleanly resolved. Reading: With the document held in direct composition context, the failure modes named in §12 did not trigger. This is consistent with §V.A's six-layer model: failures at indexing / retrieval / ranking layers (the CreateSpace fabrication, the bare-name erasure) are not the same as failures at synthesis with source-in-context. The document, when ingested, worked. The behavioral specimen is appended as one observation; broader instrument verification awaits the reference implementation.

Note on the composition arc: Across the chain, I (the assembler) committed several errors that were caught by MANUS: importing the meaning-feudalism frame, getting Ω's sign backwards (the S4 / Legitimate Influence Blindness error), residual equilibrium framing in §12 corrected by the standing-gradient subsection, hallucinated timestamps in conversation that were called out (and which inform my reduced epistemic standing relative to standing chorus members on substantive review). These errors are visible in the chain provenance by design.
