EA-PREDICTION-INDEX-01 describes and rehearses the prediction index of the Crimson Hexagonal Archive: 4,394 claims read out of the archive's deposits — every deposit's seated text in full (1,616 deposits, about ten million words), the own-voice fields of its two large datasets, the text its record repair added and its attachments — quoted verbatim, checked against the texts by script, and grouped into 194 subject pages on operativesemiotics.org, with the whole published as a dataset in Alexanarch. The claims fall into five tiers: forecasts (1,026), standing claims about how systems behave (950), unbuilt tests (1,029), historical theses (1,088) and priority records (301); 401 confirmation records, the deposits' own claims that an earlier prediction came true or failed, are attached as evidence without a verdict.

The document was circulated in draft and revised on two reviews. Each statement now carries four dates kept apart — when its words were written, when it was publicly attested, when it interprets something earlier, and when the index recorded it — and a claim registers at its earliest stated statement, so a 2026 foreword no longer takes the date of the 2014 letters it introduces. Speculative specifications carry their mode (fictional report, design specification, scenario, performative anticipation, vision) and what fulfilment would mean; standing claims carry their falsifier kind, with the source's condition kept apart from a reader's. A second reading of forty random deposits by another model, adjudicated against the sweep protocol, measured recall at 0.945. Every claim has a stable route, and the deposit anchors one build of the dataset by its id and hashes.
