The Metaphysics of Sigil I — The Full Splice (the edition, seated), deposit #1667 of the Crimson Hexagonal Archive (7 October 2026), carries the edition that deposit #1596 was minted on 8 September 2026 to carry and never held. #1596 went through the deposit form with the edition's title, description, methodology and falsification conditions, and with the text of its plan, The Natural Order, in the body: the plan that is #1595's own body. Its AXN, AXN:068C, is therefore a true content-derived name for the plan's bytes, and #1596 stands as the name of that byte-state, as #1095 stands beside #1606. The edition was in the repository the whole time, at data/attachments/sigil/SIGIL-FULL-SPLICE-v0.7.md, committed with both Sigil editions; this deposit seats it unedited.

The edition, under the name Sigil, presents Theophrastus's On First Principles entire and in its own received order, with eleven passages of Aristotle's Metaphysics Λ spliced in where the fragment's argument calls for an account it does not give. It is the conservative reading of the Theophrastus–Lambda relation: nothing of the fragment is moved, and at every return from Λ the fragment resumes exactly where it left off. The edition addresses its units by content-derived sigils rather than by the received Usener and Bekker numbering, on the argument that a numbering is an attribution wearing coordinates: to write 1073 b 17 is to assert Aristotle and the Metaphysics before pointing at anything, and because the two coordinate systems cannot intersect, the relation between a Theophrastan demand and its Aristotelian supply is not a citable object at all. That limit is visible in the commentary tradition, where van Raalte cites Λ five times inside the hinge chapters — including 1076 a 1, ἐπεισοδιώδη, the word the fragment's aporiai answer to — and every citation is correct and every one is cp.
