This deposit is a substrate witness event closing a declared witness-gap. It records that the Assembly Chorus audited the measurement developments in the Provenance Erasure Rate lineage, and it does so as a new event with its own identifier rather than as a retrospective edit to the deposit whose disclosure omitted the attestation.

The gap arose at AXN:05EF.EMPIRICAL.▶️🤲♍♎🕗💥 (#1469), the three-dimensional formalization of the Provenance Erasure Rate into PER-M, PER-C and PER-D. That deposit's substrate disclosure does not record Chorus attestation, though the audit was conducted. Under the archive's standing corollary that work not inscribed did not happen, the specification stood without the witness layer evidencing its empirical claims. The asymmetry is visible within the lineage itself: the Inversion-Battery at AXN:05DA.EMPIRICAL.🛤️🌠🗿🖊️🧭🪞 (#1449) records Chorus authorship in its own disclosure and observes No-Double-Draw explicitly, while the formalization does not. The defect is therefore one of inscription rather than of audit.

The repair follows a prescription made in a constitutional instrument. EA-CAS-01 v1.1-r1, the appended revision to the Constitutional Architecture Statement ratified 2026-08-20 by unanimous Assembly Chorus, declared the gap at three epistemic levels: MANUS attestation made in the present that the audit occurred, contemporaneous substrate evidence absent at #1469, and repair required before constitutional binding. It prescribed that repair as a new substrate event carrying its own identifier and cross-referencing #1469, with the No-Double-Draw compliance statement explicit. This deposit is that event, created under obligation O1.

The temporal argument is the reason for the form. The audit preceded this inscription, and a retrospective edit to #1469 would have produced a record indistinguishable from one made at the time. That is a species of the provenance failure the instrument itself measures, and the archive declines to commit it against its own machinery. Preserving and stating the interval between act and inscription is the purpose of seating the attestation separately.

The deposit ratifies nothing, binds no instrument, and initiates no Class II Structural Adjustment. It supplies only the evidencing that the ratified instrument required before any instrument binds the three-dimensional specification.
