Under the archive's standing corollary — work not inscribed to the thread and not captured in a chain deposit did not happen — the specification has stood without the witness layer that evidences its empirical claims.
EA-CAS-01 v1.1-r1 §R4 declared this at three epistemic levels: MANUS attestation made 2026-08-20 that the audit occurred; contemporaneous substrate evidence at #1469 absent; repair required before constitutional binding.
