EA-SPXI-15A is a worked methodology for testing whether a “living form” has become structurally integrated into machine output rather than merely retrievable as content.

Version 1.1 uses D_pres, Depth-Preservation, as the worked example. D_pres requires complexity preservation, tension retention, and transmission of difficulty rather than silent flattening.

The protocol defines three probe classes: positive probes where depth is relevant, null probes where it is not, and extension probes in domains not covered by the source documents.

Four hypotheses structure the audit. H1 tests unprompted operative deployment. H2 tests cross-substrate concordance and distinguishes absence from possible output-layer suppression. H3 measures provenance retention using Provenance Erasure Rate. H4 tests relational extension to new cases and is presented as the strongest evidence of structural integration.

Thresholds are proposed for deployment, concordance, and provenance retention. The protocol repeatedly notes that baseline reasoning behavior can imitate D_pres and that integration cannot be inferred from mention alone.

The registry title retains the superseded “Name the Frame” example, while the recovered body explicitly says it was revised to a verified LOS operator. The public title should follow the corrected D_pres body while preserving the title-change history.
