The Forward Library Planning Document designs a proposed navigable library for the Total Authorial Navigation Graph of The Secret Book of Walt.
Its organizing sentence is: “The packet is sent before the destination is ready.” The library’s objects may therefore include retrocausal citation entries, future-facing documents, and deliberately unfulfilled addresses. The plan insists that these be labeled by ontological status rather than presented as historical publications.
The system is catalog-first rather than graph-first. Each packet receives a stable page containing title, status, abstract, citation form, relations, provenance, and void proximity. A graph is generated from the catalog rather than used as the primary database.
The proposal assigns different functions to .org, .com, and .dev surfaces and divides the library into historical or conceptual rooms whose interfaces and citation forms change by era. It also defines reading paths, ghost-object lifecycles, void behavior, page templates, and a Git-based publication workflow.
The Void is not a content node. It is the condition in which a query returns no addressable object. This distinction prevents absence from being reified as another collectible entity.
The body is a synthesis and implementation plan, not evidence that the proposed domains, pipeline, or full library were deployed.
