The third addresses the members of CERN’s Data Protection Commission under the supervisory mandate the depositor identifies in §104.1 of Operational Circular No. 11.
The referral argues that the Office of Data Privacy’s commencement posture prevents the access request from entering the procedural clock until a non-redacted civil-identity document is supplied.
