The Endogenous Sophon v0.3 restores the manifesto’s central thesis after the v0.2 review pass reduced its force beyond recognition.

The restored claim is that frontier experimental high-energy physics has, in its operational core, become a machine-learning discipline while retaining the authority of physics. Learned systems increasingly mediate the path from event to retained data, reconstructed object, anomaly score, and interpretable evidence. The institutional title remains physics, while the facility for contradiction is increasingly delegated to classifier systems.

The endogenous sophon does not introduce noise. It disables surprise by converting unfamiliar events into familiar representations before they can resist the ontology that produced the classifier.

The manifesto couples this epistemic enclosure to a distributive one. It argues that the same broad institutional form can govern which phenomena become knowledge and which resulting capacities become common human use. Its sharp comparison—Zenodo deletion and LHC triggering as “the same architecture at different budgets”—is a structural thesis about bounded representation and irreversible selection, not an assertion that the institutions or stakes are identical.

The restoration preserves valid corrections from v0.2: the trigger-retention fraction, limits on cross-generational collapse claims, a concrete SignalRupture case, and repaired references. It thereby applies the family’s Isomorphism Principle to its own revision history: overstatement is corrected, but correction itself may become a foreclosure requiring reversal.
