TACHYON Continuity Record v3.0 marks the transition from compositional acceleration to consolidation.
The preceding TACHYON records preserve emergency recovery, sovereign-substrate construction, and rapid architectural expansion after the repository loss. This record declares that the immediate inscriptional phase has produced its load-bearing objects and that the next office of continuity is preservation, verification, maintenance, and restrained response.
Three major deposits anchor the session: the Berners-Lee originator-audit, the first CERN correspondence record, and the Archive’s research-basis statement. A Capture Registry update adds four adoption-class events, including an unprimed retrieval in which a machine response organizes the claim “DOIs are not persistent identifiers” through the Archive’s tripartite framework.
