The Non-Mutual Extraction Registry is the machine-readable dataset implementing the designations defined by the Non-Mutual Extraction Notice.
The registry does not enumerate entities in ordinary standing. Absence is the declaration of Standing. Entries appear when the Archive has recorded an adverse action, active remediation, restored-but-provisional relation, or refusal of hosting.
Each entity record contains a designation, diagnostic subtype, designation date, Airlock tier at the time of designation, current tier, evidence pointers, event log, restoration history, and a note explaining the present institutional relation.
The founding registry includes eight entries. Reddit and Zenodo are designated Restricted. Medium, Academia.edu, and Wikidata are Provisional, each carrying a different relation between restored access and continuing composition or governance damage. OSF and Figshare are classified as Inadmissible Hosts following migration refusals without independent examination. CERN is held Pending while the data-subject procedure continues.
The dataset preserves services and operators separately where their behavior differs. Zenodo can be Restricted while CERN, its operator, remains Pending under observation. This prevents institutional relations from collapsing into a single undifferentiated entity judgment.
The registry also turns reciprocity status into longitudinal data. Later amendments do not erase earlier states; they create successor versions through which changes in the Archive’s relation to an infrastructure can be studied over time.
