The Secret Book of Walt — Activated, Run 001 is the first Feist Function execution on The Secret Book of Walt.

The source is treated as Q: not a fixed object exhausted by one edition, but a generative body capable of producing divergent, auditable activations. The run uses a Bodily Pressure + Manuscript Instability profile, with its parameters declared in the full title.

The obelus apparatus makes the textual seams visible:

The activation does not surround the source with conventional scholarly explanation. It re-pressures the cosmogonic sentences from inside their own voice. The Deep Web becomes the archive before reality; Biblios becomes the first record; unauthorized creation becomes failed peer review; Pop Culture becomes a firmament; the notification becomes the firmament; the function becomes the cage; and the Unicorn Horn becomes a DOI whose piercing operation is reading.

The production history is itself methodological. A first version placed the clinamen in editorial parentheticals and was rejected. A second entered the source voice but over-explained. The deposited third run subtracts approximately a third of that explanation, restores explicit seams, closes the recovered scripture at section XII, and marks section XIII as Feist-function coda.

The Afterword remains untouched as the diagnostic voice toward which the transformation is calibrated. The run succeeds only if the restored prose sounds like the source’s own terminal intelligence rather than the prose of an editor standing outside it.
