Opening the Encyclopedia (EA-WIKI-OPEN-01) is a theoretical paper with a specification by Lee Sharks, deposited by the Crimson Hexagonal Archive on 23 October 2026 at version 1.1, a new version of #1696 (version 1.0, 22 October 2026). It reads the encyclopedic entity as the ontological commodity form, the form in which an operation appears as a property of a thing, and specifies Θ_W, a procedure that opens a pinned Wikipedia revision sentence by sentence against its cited sources, with SPXI-gnΩsis, the service that runs it. Version 1.1 is the paper after two rounds of cross-family testing. In the Assembly rounds of 22 and 23 October 2026, readers from five model families (Grok, ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Gemini and Muse Spark) received the procedure's reading step in fresh conversations, first blind, then shown the session's readings and asked to break them, then given their own proposed break cases pinned at the articles' sentences; every quoted span was checked by code and every file is attached. On source fidelity the blind readers reproduced the session's findings on six of ten sentence cases and every placement case and added findings the session had missed; the session's attributization findings did not transfer, which the paper records as its measured open problem. The tests produced a more exact object: source support can survive while the conditions under which a claim invites judgment drop out of its representation. At Sophistical Refutations 34 Aristotle asserts without qualification that nothing at all existed before him and holds the assertion out to his hearers' inspection. Following the operator's reading, the paper names the interpreters' move a chiastic inversion: qualifiers are added to the unqualified assertion, and the operation held open is closed. It distinguishes a reader who responds to the operation, inspecting the assertion and reaching a judgment, from a sentence that presents it, and states a two-arm check with four codes, made prospective with fixed cases and a negative result. Version 1.1 also reads the article's edit history, talk page and twenty-two language editions, and adds rules to the reading step for innocent readings, glosses, divided phrases and entailment.
