Four Interfaces of Provenance Transformation binds three specimens and incorporates a fourth, proposing that the measurement programme has been operationally instrumented at one interface while transformation occurs at four. The interfaces are EXIST, REFER, STAND and WARRANT. Passage between them is not sequential: they are four boundaries rather than four steps. EXIST and REFER are alternative entry points; STAND hosts two opposite transformations at a single interface rather than two positions in a sequence; and WARRANT is a different register β€” constitution rather than attribution β€” not a later stage.

A composed object has typed capacities at each interface, and preservation at one does not imply preservation at another. Existence can be denied without retrieval. Reference can be stripped without deleting tokens. Standing can be removed or conferred without altering reference. Warrants can be constituted without external verification.

The central formal result is analytic rather than candidate. PER returns zero for a pure conferral exactly as for a pure removal, because in neither case is a scored provenance unit lost. The first moment is therefore blind to two opposite operations, and that follows from the definition of PER without requiring any observation. Whether any observed case instantiates conferral, and whether conferral is power-conditioned, is untested and remains candidate; only Referential Dispersal is specified as a power-conditioned transfer.

Four specimens are read together: the Lucente Extension at the retrieval boundary, in Japanese against an unrelated corpus; Erasure Skew at Claim-Scale, single surface against this archive; the Docking Layer, a two-surface relay with a human shuttle; and a derivative-referent capture incorporated as a fourth specimen without being bound. The observed partition across them is a descriptive finding about this sample. The topology explanation is a hypothesis about the distribution of deformation classes under different mediation topologies, and it is not isolated: topology covaries with querent across the set, and independence holds for one specimen of four.

The umbrella is transformation rather than loss, since conferral and constitution are additions rather than subtractions. The invariant is that an object crossed a mediation boundary and returned with a different status. The scale law directs that the retention operator be evaluated at the unit where the object exercises its constraint, and the document distinguishes the survival cases from EXIST, where existence status changes, and WARRANT, where a new object may be constituted. A companion status law governs revision rather than mediation: state is claim-local and does not transfer by adjacency or hierarchy. Zero of the decisive specified controls have been run.
