VPCOR Integrity Lock Declaration: Triadic Binding (#1132) is a second record of the integrity lock that Lee Sharks declared on 24 January 2026 within the Vox Populi Community Outreach Rhizome (VPCOR). The lock binds three documents as mutually dependent: the VPCOR Charter (the institution), the provenance of Rev. Ayanna Vox (the voice) and The Toolkit (the praxis), each incomplete without the other two. The record of standing is #387, which carries the same declaration under the same version DOI (10.5281/zenodo.18362866); this record carries the concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18362865 as well, and stands as a superseded duplicate witness pointing there.
Its body is the text recovered from the authorial blog on 19 July 2026, the bytes from which its AXN was derived. A residue pass of 4 August 2026 replaced that body with the Fractal Navigation Map v6.0, a different work, which stands at #10; the repair of 24 October 2026 seated the record's own bytes again, so that body and identifier agree.
