The Haitch Portuna Minting Procedure v1.2 is a provisional operational specification for creating a Pearl.Public authorial position within the Living Architecture Lab.

The proposed position, Haitch Portuna, is assigned a soft-robotics research domain involving coiled-line thermal actuators and substrate-engineered locomotion. The procedure describes a five-state progression: RESERVED, LICENSED, FRAMED, LINKED, and PEARL.

Three roles are kept distinct. Haitch Portuna is the attributed public authorial position. An external Living Architecture Lab collaborator is the operative human author. MANUS, identified as Lee Sharks acting through the Crimson Hexagonal Archive, is the archival authority that performs the minting architecture.

The document repeatedly states that minting is not fabrication. A Pearl requires genuine work, an actual consenting operator, declared heteronymic status, and preserved provenance. It must not pretend that the named position is an independent legal or biological person.

The proposed workflow has eight deliverables and three external inscriptions, including a canonical public page and possible ORCID and Wikidata relations. ORCID belongs to the operative person; the heteronym may appear only as an alternate published name under the contributor’s control. A Wikidata item is prohibited until real published work exists.

Version 1.2 precedes the operation it specifies. It is not an attestation that the mint occurred, that consent was obtained, or that any external account or item was created.
