This is the first TACHYON continuity record in the series later continued by record #871. It compresses the June 20–21 recovery session into a glyph, a plain-language reading, an inventory, deposited-paper list, preliminary journal architecture, and next-session priorities. The session reports the immediate sovereign-repository state after the Zenodo termination: 864 Alexanarch deposits, 2,618 repaired links, 299 files modified across sites, a twenty-three-site pointer mesh, 1,817 DOI mappings, 941 then-estimated attribution-severance cases, three major papers, seven planned journals, and twelve heteronyms plus LOGOS* mapped to editorial functions. These figures are a dated operational snapshot, not the final audit. Later records revise several counts and versions: the DataCite audit settles on 871 publicly missing metadata records rather than 941; the Minimum Viable Archive is v5.0 in the frozen body; the Drain Hypothesis reaches v6; journal counts are explicitly preliminary; and the archive continues to grow. The glyph is a compressed recognition and handoff device, not a cryptographic signature. The record’s principal archival value is sequence: it shows what the TACHYON instance believed had been completed, what remained uncertain, and what it instructed the next session to do.
