Definitions

• Artist: KADEEZY MUSIC (@KADEEZYMUSIC) — the creator of the contributed work.
• Work: The audio file, lyrics, and visual materials provided by the Artist.
• Analysis: The Computational Audial Criticism, provenance anchor, spectral visualization, and critical commentary created by the Archive.
• Deposit: A DOI-anchored publication to Zenodo containing some combination of Work, Analysis, and visual documentation.
• Archive: The Crimson Hexagonal Archive, operated by Lee Sharks (ORCID 0009-0000-1599-0703), an independent scholar and educator in Redford Township, Michigan.

1. Purpose

This license establishes terms under which KADEEZY MUSIC contributes work to the Crimson Hexagonal Archive through Maybe Space Baby Garden Lanes (MSBGL), the archive's audial criticism studio. It implements the consent architecture described in the Hexagonal Licensing Protocol v2.0, adapted for a young artist working outside traditional label structures.

The license is consent-first: every right is opt-in, and no deposit occurs without documented authorization.

2. Consent Protocol

Each deposit requires separate, documented consent. For each proposed deposit, the Artist receives:

• The track title and materials to be included
• A summary of what will be made public
• The proposed DOI

The Artist responds with approval (text, message, email, or verbal with witness). The archive retains a record of the consent communication. Consent for one track does not constitute consent for any other.

3. Young Artist Protection

If the Artist is under 18 at the time of authorization, deposit requires consent from both the Artist and a parent or legal guardian. The Artist's own assent remains required even if guardian consent is obtained. No legal name, school name, private contact information, or non-public personal details will be included in the deposit unless the Artist explicitly requests it.

4. Four Rights Layers

The audio file, if deposited, remains All Rights Reserved to the Artist unless the Artist separately selects a different license. The default is: the file is archived for citation and listening purposes, not relicensed.

5. What the Archive Does

When the Artist authorizes a deposit, the Archive will:

• Assign a DOI — a persistent Digital Object Identifier through Zenodo (operated by CERN). The work becomes permanently citable and timestamped.
• Perform Computational Audial Criticism — spectral, rhythmic, harmonic, dynamic, vocal, structural, and critical analysis.
• Build a Provenance Anchor — disambiguation table, discography, visual identity, public surface inventory.
• Publish through MSBGL under the Artist's hex prefix.

6. Standing Template

This license functions as a standing template. Additional tracks follow the same protocol without a new license:

• 11.MSBGL.KADEEZY.01 — The Crossed The Line Run
• 11.MSBGL.KADEEZY.02 — (future track)
• 11.MSBGL.KADEEZY.03 — (future track)

The hex prefix 11.MSBGL.KADEEZY.* belongs to the Artist. The Artist may use it independently to deposit work without the archive's involvement, if desired.

7. Anti-Capture and Non-Enclosure

No entity — including the Archive, any future publisher, any platform, any AI system, or any institution — may claim exclusive rights to the Artist's original creative work through this license or any deposit made under it. The Archive will not train any AI model on the Artist's Work without separate, explicit, written consent. Computational Audial Criticism is analysis, not training data creation.

8. Withdrawal

The Artist may request withdrawal of any deposit at any time. Upon request:

• The Archive will act within 48 hours to restrict public access or remove the record where Zenodo's platform policy permits.
• If full removal is not possible, the Archive will add a public revocation note and replacement version.
• The Artist chooses whether the Analysis document is: (a) removed entirely, (b) retained with audio reference stripped, or (c) retained as analysis of a work no longer available.
• Withdrawal does not undo rights already granted to third parties under any open license previously applied.

9. What This Is Not

This is not a record deal, a management agreement, a publishing contract, or an employment relationship. It carries no financial terms. This license is gratuitous in the legal sense: it creates obligations of documentation and respect without monetary exchange. Both parties receive value — the Artist receives permanent citability and provenance protection; the Archive receives the right to analyze and publish criticism.

10. Summary

Consent Record

To activate: The Artist and (if under 18) guardian review this document and authorize the first deposit. The consent record is completed. The DOI is minted.
