Record #760 is not a recovered essay. The frozen registry preserves a title, creator, date, DOI, and a draft classification, but the referenced text file does not exist. The registry’s recovery notes state that the body was never written and classify the record as metadata_only, description_only, and recoverable from chat history rather than from a deposited artifact.
The intended object appears to have been a governance or constitutional document specifying permitted AI-training use of the Lee Sharks corpus and attribution requirements. No substantive rule, license condition, enforcement mechanism, exception, consent model, or relation to existing Creative Commons licenses can be reconstructed from the title alone.
