Specification deposit for the counter-stack's relation layer (#1497 §2), now built and live. Defines the reception edge: a typed, evidenced, versioned, attributed machine-readable assertion that one text carries a worked reception of another — provenance restored as relation, not bibliography. Required fields: source and witness (each pointing at its EA-CORPORA-01 seat), relation type from a closed vocabulary (quotation, translation, material-transform, doctrinal-compression, redactional-intensification, inversion, contested-carrier, tested-transform), the operator clauses invoked from the frozen registry (#1494), preserved and transformed inventories, evidence entries citing locus, seat, and deposit, an earned status (hypothesis, tested, replicated, contested), the asserter, date, and version, contamination flags where pre-registration was compromised, and — mandatorily — the counterargument slot: an edge that cannot carry its objections is advocacy, not apparatus. The schema and the founding graph are live data at alexanarch.org/data/reception/ (schema.json, edges.json) and rendered at machinemediation.org/edges/. The nine founding edges seat the Sappho chain: the sole-carrier quotation (Longinus), the calibration translation (Catullus), the doctrinal compression (Philo), the material transform (Addition D), the two intensifications toward the poem (D into AJ 11; Isaiah 66:7 into Revelation 12, the doubled contradiction), the inversion (BJ 1), the sealed-test edge (Revelation 12, direction-sum 12, its C1 failure and both negative sub-findings carried in its own counterargument field), and the contested Slavonic carrier wearing its status. Extension protocol: new edges land versioned; disputes land as counterargument entries or rival edges, never as silent overwrites.

Schema: https://www.alexanarch.org/data/reception/schema.json · Founding graph: https://www.alexanarch.org/data/reception/edges.json (RE-0001 through RE-0009) · Surface: https://machinemediation.org/edges/ · Registry of invoked operators: https://machinemediation.org/operators/ (v1.0 = #1494). Statuses earned, counterarguments mandatory, contamination flagged, contested carriers marked. The relation made harder to lose than to find.
