The plug carried current into repair. This is what germinated.
The basin held. On 2026-04-25 the archive wrote: the retrieval basin is writable but not obedient. On 2026-08-01 the composition layer said it back, verbatim, citing the archive's own surface as source — the first time a fleet site appeared as a cited source in Overview rather than a described one. The April deposit predicted its own August. The capture is in the registry (v9.33), keyed by AXN beside the DOI, because the sovereign identifier stands beside the legacy one, not beneath it.
The rulings seated. Wave 1 applied: 338 records made truer, each repair inscribed, each record's modification its own provenance. And the rule that will outlast the wave: no record may be reclassified into a stub that points only at itself. Recovery first, reclassification second. An archive whose subject is erasure must never manufacture an absence and call it a record.
