AXN 0C1C is the content-derived identifier of Alexanarch deposit #1743. It is an identifier, not a copy of the work: the hex marks position in the archive, and the six-glyph suffix is a display hash of the canonical text’s SHA-256, so the identifier is derived from the work rather than assigned to it.
A Firm No: What the 3I/ATLAS Radio Searches Could See (EA-3I-ATLAS-PUBLIC-01, version 1.1) is a public essay by Lee Sharks, deposited in the Crimson Hexagonal Archive on 6 November 2026 for the Transactions of the Semantic Economy Institute. It reports a public-data investigation of the radio searches for technosignatures from the interstellar object 3I/ATLAS, run from 2 to 6 November 2026 with two machine collaborators, Claude and ChatGPT, whose full record is the companion notebook What the Filters Kept (#1742) by Nobel Glas and Orin Trace. The essay makes three findings. A Google AI Overview presented Avi Loeb's July 2025 view that the object is most likely natural, held at Level 4 of his own scale throughout, as a later concession. The Allen Telescope Array search filtered its hits for positive drift, where the drift its own ephemeris gives a tone on the object is negative, and a public account turned the search's bounded null into a firm no for 1 to 9 GHz. And thirteen weak comet-frame features in public Green Bank data near 1667 MHz reproduce under an independent implementation, sit below every published detection floor, and remain unreplicated and unexplained. Its argument is that the published searches were built to rule a signal out at the least cost without doing the work that ruling out requires, and it states what would settle each question, among them the Green Bank antenna's pointing record for one scan. Version 1.1 (6 November 2026) makes factual repairs in place: MeerKAT's search is added as a fourth, the comet's hydroxyl line is described in absorption and emission as MeerKAT recorded it, and Loeb's April essay is said to give probabilities for four of the anomalies.
