AXN 0B29 is the content-derived identifier of Alexanarch deposit #1721. It is an identifier, not a copy of the work: the hex marks position in the archive, and the six-glyph suffix is a display hash of the canonical text’s SHA-256, so the identifier is derived from the work rather than assigned to it.

The work

AI Calls You Fake: The Existence Tax on Real People and Real Work is an evidence-based polemic by Lee Sharks, dated 30 October 2026 and written with Claude (Anthropic), deposited in the Crimson Hexagonal Archive as #1721. It is the companion of AI Fucking Lies (#1643) and develops two of that essay's entries, on answers that change the kind of a thing and answers that declare real things nonexistent.

The essay opens with a single search, "lee sharks digital footprint", run in Google signed out on 30 October 2026. The AI Overview found a good deal of the author's documentary record, including the 862 deposits removed from Zenodo in June 2026, the Scholar profile, the ORCID and the doctorate, and filed each item one level lower: the research as "satirical independent research", the author as "a decentralized literary pseudonym or character", an institute as "fictitious or hyper-niche". The essay names the work this imposes on the subject, of proving again that the work exists and exists as what it is, the existence tax.

Its apparatus is four questions that answers collapse into one another: whether the maker exists, whether the work happened, whether its claims are true, and what kind of work it is. Each case names which question's evidence was spent as an answer to which. Part Three gives seven such moves, among them a satirical passage taken as the genre of a whole work and a joke taken as evidence that its author is fictional. Part Four describes a loop: the archive's Capture Registry records AI answers on public pages, those pages become sources for later answers, and in one case a phrase first written by ChatGPT returned from two systems as the author's thesis. Part Five treats a related move, in which a work is granted existence and described in the vocabulary of security as poisoning, injection, Sybil identities or a weapon. It draws on the archive's readings of Google DeepMind's taxonomy of AI agent traps (Meaning Feudalism, #643) and of classification by origin (Adversarial by Origin, #194), and distinguishes hostile classification, inaccurate description and approving metaphor.

Every case rests on a dated, verbatim capture in the Capture Registry, listed with its exact search string so that readers can run it again.
