The **Fascist Operator Stack (FOS)** is the coordinated hierarchy of funding patterns, algorithmic architectures, and administrative policies that execute **Infrastructural Liquidation**—the systematic destruction of meaning, interpretive plurality, and semantic sovereignty for capital extraction and political coercion.
