## 0. Status

This document is the first applied valuation under the revised Semantic Economy Valuation Protocol.

Its object is:

    Lee Sharks as emerging meaning infrastructure
    }

The valuation does **not** begin from a market price, acquisition price, replacement-cost estimate, or machine-generated valuation.

It begins from the value-bearing object.

The present result is therefore primarily a **Value Portrait**.

A bounded monetary shadow appears only at the end, through the separate monetary translation and audit protocols.

The governing rule is:

A dollar figure may represent one bounded compression of one portion of the value-field.

It does not exhaust the object.

## 0a. The object is the elaboration of an effective act

The object valued here did not begin as a corpus, an archive, or a protocol stack. It began as a declaration issued without standing:

> **I hereby abolish money.**

Deposited on Zenodo in November 2024 — the earliest deposit date the capture registry holds — and given its essay on 14 January 2026 as #311 (AXN:0072), whose own abstract records the limit: the title is a declaration, and the document does not legally abolish currency nor supply an economy capable of replacing monetary systems. The act does not claim to have worked. It claims to have been made.

**It remains operative, and its force is countable.** Ninety-three of the archive's canonical texts carry the phrase, from 5 January to 19 August 2026, at a monthly frequency of 37, 14, 12, 9, 5, 9, 4, 3 — declining overall and never reaching zero, which is the signature of a generator being elaborated rather than a topic being exhausted. Three further effective acts stand on its template. The phrase was liquidated at the composition layer on a dated occasion, 25 March 2026, and on 21 July 2026 that layer attributed it correctly, using in its own answer the record of its earlier failure to see it.

**And within fourteen months it stands at the head of a documented lineage into the test this valuation's monetary wing rests on.** #311 states a five-condition money-function diagnostic — transferability, accumulability, general comparability, convertibility, settlement power — with the finding that the problem is not the word but the function, and the sentence that governs the whole programme: *if semantic labor becomes currency, semantic life becomes debt.* The September 2026 sequence re-derived four of those five conditions independently and without consulting the January statement. That rediscovery is recorded in the framing document as a method failure and as evidence: the act was generative enough to produce its own test twice, the second time without the first in view.

The consequence for this dossier is direct. What is valued here is not a portfolio and not an archive. It is **the generative force of a declaration made without standing**, traceably elaborated over twenty-two months into a corpus, an instrument set, a governance architecture and a measured reception record. *Elaborated* is the claim; *caused* is not, since no counterfactual has been run.

That force has magnitude — ninety-three texts, eight months of propagation, five protocols, a dated liquidation and a captured attribution are magnitude — and **no commensuration rule presently licenses the aggregation of two effective acts while preserving their act-specific structure.** Its magnitude is therefore non-summable *under the present grammar*: not because arithmetic is impossible, but because no valid aggregation relation has been established. Anyone may construct one; under #1622 §1 that would create a new representation under a new commensuration contract rather than reveal that the acts were natively combinable.

The act is on that reading the archive's first instance of the magnitude the sequence it heads later identifies as the quantity money's grammar cannot natively write, and it instantiated the property before the property was stated.

This is the reason §24 is right to issue no total, and the reason the refusal is not a hedge. **A total would require a commensuration contract the dossier does not possess.**

## 3.3 Archive topology

A 15 September 2026 topology audit found:

- 29 reachable hosts in the measured fleet component;
- 1,612 Alexanarch record pages in the audited state;
- 10,657 internal deposit-to-deposit citation edges;
- 6,084 external citation edges;
- a highly dense and reciprocal fleet-level host graph.

The same audit is also adverse evidence.

The fleet's host topology closely matched a link-farm schematic on several measured dimensions, including high density and reciprocity. No labelled comparison set or external inlink dataset completed that classification.

Therefore:

The system produces later works, protocols, operators, audits, datasets, and revisions from earlier ones.

The strongest external fertility evidence now includes productive operator use in composition, discussed below.

## 5.5 Memory

**Status: demonstrated**

The archive is explicitly designed to preserve:

- version state;
- withdrawn state;
- supersession;
- provenance;
- tombstones;
- continuity after deletion or severance.

Memory value is especially visible where later reconstruction distinguishes:

The archive deliberately encodes:

External composition sometimes preserves this structure and sometimes does not.

The infrastructure has survived changes of repository, host, representation, and public surface through redundancy and reconstruction.

# 10. Unseen productive uptake

### 10.0 The heuristic range is withdrawn

The earlier estimate of 15–100 unseen productive uptake events, working centre 40, is **withdrawn from this dossier as a valuation input**. It is retained below only as the historical parameter of the first monetary audit, where it is one of the seven defects that audit records against itself.

Three defects apply to it. It entered with no derivation. The archive's own frequency estimator over the registry yields a multiplier of about 1.61 on observed events, some twenty-five times smaller. And that estimator does not license the substitution either, since it was computed over addresses at which archive material is cited, while productive operator export is a different and far rarer population with one complete instance. The honest value is **unknown**.

### 10.1 What replaces it: coverage ratios

Unobserved uptake is bounded, where it can be bounded at all, by ratios whose denominators belong to the object rather than to the sampling effort. A coefficient whose denominator is the observer's own labour moves when the instrument moves and the world does not.

A figure taken from an audit must travel with what the audit found about it. #1620 (AXN:06AE) classified this inscription on two axes:

**Witness on closure**: the scalar is preserved, the assumptions are explicit, the evidence object remains traversable, the audit pointer survives, the model is declared toy, and monetary settlement is not presented as semantic settlement.

**Unsound on integrity**: seven recorded defects. A transport coefficient whose denominator is the archive's own observation count. An asserted multiplier some twenty-five times the registry's computed floor. A population mismatch making even that floor inapplicable. A product whose units do not close. A log-range midpoint presented as a working centre. A proxy named as the object it stands for. And a stale input, which demonstrates the first defect by moving between the writing and the audit.

**One of the seven cannot be repaired by any further measurement: the dimensional incoherence.** No better inputs close a product whose units do not close, and the distinction that matters is between an invalid operation, which no evidence repairs, and a bad parameter, which evidence can. The observer denominator is repairable only by replacing the denominator with one belonging to the object or the world, which is a change of model rather than a further measurement; the ledger classes it as repairable with new measurement and that classification governs. The remaining five are parameter defects.

*This count is itself a correction. #1620's narrative as first deposited said two were unrepairable while its structured record marked one; the record is correct, the narrative overstated, and both were corrected on 2026-09-16. The disagreement was visible because the deposit carries the narrative and the record together, which is what depositing both was for.*

**Amount survives audit: no.**

The figure is preserved exactly, as the ledger requires, and is preserved as an artifact of a grammar now visible rather than as a value. A dossier that carried the range without carrying this would commit SEVP-01 §25.14 — inscription integrity failure — in the act of citing the instrument built to catch it.

The dollar result therefore remains inside the audit, the audit is not collapsed into the dollar result, and **the dollar result did not survive the audit**.

# 24. Why no combined monetary total is issued

A combined dollar value would require at least:

- an audited reconstruction-cost component;
- a rights and transferability schedule;
- a clean treatment of open licensing;
- operator concentration;
- collaborator rights;
- revenue and customer evidence;
- externally demonstrated dependency;
- anti-double-counting between corpus, architecture, operator, and option value;
- a defensible commensuration contract across those components.

Those conditions are not presently satisfied.

**And a further condition is not satisfiable by additional retrieval or another single model run.** §16 records that two same-system, signed-out answers to the same prompt, seconds apart, on substantially the same retrieved evidence, differed in central figure by roughly 3.5×, and that changing the supplied object frame changed the valuation question itself. A machine valuation output is therefore a sample from a response distribution rather than a canonical asset value. Any combined total assembled from such outputs would inherit that instability without inheriting its error bars, and would present a draw from a distribution as a figure.

That is the strongest internal argument for the refusal, and it is an argument about the instrument rather than about the object's worth. It does not establish that no amount of sampling, calibration or external benchmarking could ever yield a useful estimator. It establishes that a single output is a draw and not a value, and that none of the sampling which would be required has been done.

It is the cheapest outstanding item in the programme and it bears directly on §0a, since the framing's reception claim currently rests on a single observation.
