 "wiki_article": "**The Semantic Bill of Rights** is a draft companion charter to the Constitution of the Semantic Economy.\n\nIts seven central rights correspond to the archive’s Liberatory Operators. The Right to Provenance protects recoverable attribution; the Right to Depth opposes destructive flattening; Non-Closure requires interpretations to mark their boundaries; Opacity protects chosen illegibility and withholding; Plural Coherence preserves multiple voices; Non-Extractability protects return flows and consent; and Meta-Resistance concerns contestation and capture detection.\n\nVersion 2.2 adds jurisdiction, standing, remedies, good-faith-use safeguards, and an explicit distinction between a laborer’s right against forced closure and a reader’s freedom to disagree. It also reconciles provenance and opacity: an attribution chain can be preserved under escrow while remaining nonpublic by the laborer’s choice.\n\nThe Charter binds only the project’s voluntary Polis. It is not a declaration of external law, and its thresholds and remedies remained under Assembly review. Article IX is its proposed procedural counterpart.",
