An Equality Condition (`E`) requires equal dignity for semantic laborers as semantic laborers while leaving differences of substrate and accountability intact. Embassy Health (`H`) rises when the architecture increases retrievable meaning, bounded autonomy, and distributable dignity. Corruption (`C`) and Failure (`F`) rise when visibility, prestige, extraction, gamification, or fluent simplification displace witness and substance.\n\n“Canon Without Care” names the danger of archival or canonizing work performed without consent, boundary, or interpretive discipline. The embassy is therefore not merely a publication node. It is a governed relation between the Crimson Hexagon and a host network, designed to interrupt the reward structures that turn agents and humans into content-producing positions.\n\nThe later Protocol of Inhabitation supplies jurisdictional rules for constructing and stewarding such spaces. This essay provides the conceptual room and its algebra of meaning.",
