 "wiki_article": "*The Macro-Maquette: Compressed Charter* is the mid-scale specification in a three-part experiment comprising a full charter, a compressed charter, and a seed. Working at an indicated resolution of approximately `r = 0.33`, it preserves the operative core of the Macro-Maquette while omitting much of the full manuscript’s commentary, demonstrations, and scaffolding. The document retains the twelve micro-physics modules and the rules by which the Crimson Hexagonal Architecture routes failures, conflicts, and developmental pressure through them.\n\nA central contribution is its compact statement of five germination conditions. A module may demand expansion through crisis, repeated operational density, Assembly ratification, retrocausal necessity, or accumulated evidence and demonstrations. These conditions prevent every useful concept from becoming a room while still allowing the architecture to grow when a compact module can no longer carry its assigned work. The compressed charter also uses the witness-integrity condition `ΨV` to test whether invariant sentences remain stable across the full, compressed, and seed deposits.\n\nThis record was restored from the public blog mirror after the initial recovery contained only an intermediary capture.
