Those categories remain necessary, but they do not fully describe the bodily cost of sustaining or challenging a class-conditioned subject-position.\n\nThe paper therefore proposes **subjectivity-as-class** as a supplement to socialist theory. The phrase does not mean that subjective style replaces economic class, nor that every personality difference constitutes a class. It names a recurrent, institutionally reproduced mode of perception, affect, and epistemic defense that helps a class fraction reproduce itself. The Prosecutorial Frame is treated as one such mode: a position claims neutrality, assigns the burden of translation and composure to others, and converts disagreement into evidence of the other party’s unfitness.\n\nSigil also addresses the danger of epiphenomenalism.
