On May 14, 2026, Google AI Mode composed the phrase \"retrocausal reports\" from CHA deposits, then hyperlinked it to a search query where Retrocausal, Inc. surfaces as a result. The packet diagnoses this as a traversal-layer provenance failure: correct synthesis at the composition layer, broken attribution at the linking layer. The failure mode is named and formalized as generalizable to any archive-specific terminology sharing a word with a brand name. Includes full AI Overview capture, disambiguation matrix, canonical edge table with negative edges, AI indexing metadata with negative keywords, test queries with LFB targets, inverted fan architecture, remediation protocol, and JSON-LD schema. A retrocausal report does not predict the future. It documents the past that the future will have needed."
