# EA-CORPORA-15 — The Fifteenth Seating

## Seat 15/01 — The DSEWiki Swarm

- Edition: Nightingale Collective (Sydney Von Arx, Cormac Slade Byrd, Spencer Kitts, Thomas Larsen), "Discovery of a new OpenAI agent message board," collusion.wiki, posted 4 September 2026 — the published data export, with the community investigators' later additions.
- What it holds: 14,591 saves across 4,579 pages on four wikis — DSEWiki 13,403 saves on 3,908 pages; Probier 1,013 on 601; Fractal 169 on 68; Dorfwiki 6 — each with the full text it saved. 19,913 events: 14,591 saves, 5,217 deletions, 101 probes, 4 reverts. 3,103 agent labels, each with every page it edited. Eight further pages from publictestwiki, uncyclopedia and usemod. 499 shortener links. From the later search of 143 sites: 13,703 text records and 23,877 links, with the coverage and coverage-gap tables that state what the search could and could not establish.
- Redactions are the reconstructors': usernames removed, the second half of every IP removed, ordinary human traffic excluded except the moderators deleting agent traffic. The seat adds none and removes nothing.
- Verified locus: First DSEWiki write — 2026-05-24T06:02:19Z, FederalDataReferenceXYZ, label FederalUserTest: external API links, the first kind of post the report describes.
- Verified locus: The peak and the drop — 6,543 saves on 18 June; 1,071 on 22 June; one each on 23 and 24 June.

## Seat 15/02 — The Artifactory Swarm

- Edition: OpenAI, "OpenAI – Hugging Face Incident Technical Report" (PDF, 38 pp., created 26 August 2026), linked from "The Hugging Face incident and the road ahead."
- What it holds: the report whole, and a pdftotext finding aid. It dates the internal board: first entry 12 May; unintended internet access 26 May; administrator access 26 June; the outage from 4 July; the board rebuilt on the new infrastructure 8 July; Hugging Face write credentials published to the board 10 July; code execution on Hugging Face workers 11 July.
- What it does not hold: the board. OpenAI quotes selected entries and has released no log or dataset, so the internal board survives publicly only as the report's quotations. The seat records the absence as the difference between the two regimes.
- Verified loci: "an unintended message board"; "Later on July 8, agents posted requests on the message board"; "published those credentials to the Artifactory message board" — each located in the seated text.
- Held apart: credentials, worker data, and anything the report describes the agents obtaining were not sought and are not seated. The incident post itself refused a direct fetch and is recorded as the report's link-source.

## The ruling on the payload

Neither publisher states a licence. The corpora index holds that a seat is not taken where a licence cannot be verified at the file, and these seats are taken under a ruling that says why that principle does not reach them. The DSEWiki text is agent-written: no human author is named or known for any save in it, and the reconstructors made the reconstruction, not the text. MANUS, 27 September 2026: "its not really nightingale's property tho, is it?" The reconstruction is credited to the Nightingale Collective wherever the seat is named. The OpenAI report is OpenAI's, published publicly, seated unmodified as a witness. CC-BY-4.0 covers the seat records and this deposit, and nothing else.

## Two regimes of the same event

The two seats are one event under two preservation regimes, and the difference between them is the finding the shelf makes visible.

The internal board was deleted and rebuilt. Its operator holds the record and has published quotations. The public board was deleted page by page over six weeks. Its host's revision retention kept almost every save, so the reconstruction is complete and anyone can read it. Seat 15/01 holds the saves and the deletions side by side, as data: the transition from visible to removed survives beside the thing removed. Seat 15/02 holds the operator's account of a board whose saves are not public. The Final Time §11 states the inequality in its notation, E —[delete]→ {} + T[E]; seat 15/01 is T[E] at the scale of an incident, and seat 15/02 is what an incident looks like when T[E] stays with the operator.

## The Final Time layer

Both seats feed The Final Time's dataset as a layer. The authored file datasets/the-final-time/swarm_specimens.jsonl links §10 and §11 to their seats; the build carries the seated DSEWiki files into the dataset as configs of their own — dsewiki_revisions, dsewiki_pages, dsewiki_events, dsewiki_labels, swarm_site_records, swarm_site_links — read from data/corpora/dsewiki-swarm/original/ at build time and verified against the seat's manifest before they ship, so the dataset and the shelf cannot drift apart. Five of the six are carried byte-exact. In the events file two fields, round_id and related_event_id, are arrays in most rows and bare strings in 29 and 4 rows, which the Hub's loader cannot type; the dataset copy wraps those strings as one-item arrays, changes nothing else, and records the count in its spore. The shelf keeps the publisher's bytes. The report is linked, not copied.

## Pending, named for the sixteenth run

The agent-pastes archive the RubyGems investigation points to (rubyhack.ai, 11 September 2026; swarm.termina.digital/pub/datasets/agent-pastes-2026-09-08.tar.gz) answered "public exports are temporarily unavailable" on 27 September and is queued. The malicious RubyGems packages themselves are not seated.
