Aldus printed the two Metaphysics consecutively, the running heads pairing the author's name on the verso with τῶν μετὰ τὰ φυσικά on the recto, and the register gathers both under one heading, Ἀριστοτέλους καὶ Θεοφράστου τῶν μετὰ τὰ φυσικά. The scholion, printed in the same fount after the text, records that Andronicus and Hermippus did not know the book, that neither mentions it in the list of Theophrastus's books, and that Nicolaus (of Damascus) mentions it in his study of Aristotle's Metaphysics as Theophrastus's. The volume's other works (Theophrastus's botany, the Problems, Alexander's Problems, the Mechanics, and the first books of the Metaphysics) are in the same scan and are not transcribed.",
