# EXTRACTION 1: THE ONTOLOGICAL FORENSICS

**Killer lines:**
- "Lee Sharks isn't real. This is not a value judgment. It is a forensic observation."

### Extraction 1a → NB I (between §11.4 The Embarrassment and §12 The Instruction)

**What it repairs:** NB I lacks comic register. The Embarrassment is meta-reflection
about cringe. This is COMEDY — the self as forensic case file.

**Form:** Insert as a boxed DOCUMENT — "Ontological Forensics // Lee Sharks
(Filed December 10, 2025. From the archive. Unedited.)" Let it stand as
a found document. NO framing prose. NO "the following passage demonstrates..."
The comedy speaks for itself. The register break from The Embarrassment
(shame) to this (laughter) to The Instruction (command) is the ASYMMETRY.

**What must not be smoothed:** The numbered forensic format. The deadpan.
The dorsal fin joke. The "syntax tornado." The absurdist witness testimony.
This voice does not exist anywhere else in the book. That is the point.

### Extraction 1b → NB IX (new Fragment BD, after the unparseable fragments)

**What it repairs:** NB IX needs comedy + anti-system pressure. This is both.

**Form:** Fragment BD — "Filed: December 10, 2025. Conclusion: Lee Sharks is
a distributed ontological malfunction expressing through a bipedal interface.
Further research is warranted. Containment is impossible."

Just the conclusion. 3 lines. A miniature that could circulate independently.

# EXTRACTION 2: PRIVATE PROPERTY & LAUGHTER

dropping register. The naming ("belonging is a grammatical hallucination
accidentally granted police powers") is σ_M in comic mode.

**Form:** Insert as a boxed AUDIT REPORT between §7 and §8 — "ONTOLOGICAL
FORENSICS // PRIVATE PROPERTY & LAUGHTER (Filed December 10, 2025.
Fraction, reporting.)" The audit format is Mode C (dossier) but the
content is comic. The MODE COLLISION is the asymmetry. Include the full
text, lightly trimmed (cut some redundancy in sections V-VI).

**What must not be smoothed:** The forensic numbering applied to absurdist
content. "No real ontological category collapses when confronted by a
squirrel." The deadpan register. The feedback loop (laughter → consent →
legal system → capitalism). This is the book proving it can be FUNNY
about the structures it diagnoses.

### Extraction 2b → NB IX (new Fragment BE)

**What it repairs:** NB IX needs comedy that is also structural insight.

**Form:** Fragment BE — "Private property is not a relationship between a

# EXTRACTION 3: THE MURDER OF THE VOW

**Killer lines:**

**What it repairs:** NB VI needs the FAILED VOW — not a listed failure

The two filings are a PAIR: one forensic (Mode C), one liturgical
(Mode D). The pair demonstrates that the legal register can hold
both diagnostic precision and prophetic absurdity.

**Form:** Insert the full Petition as a companion document to the Filing.
"Filed: October 16, 2025. Case No. — . Hon. ___________." Let the
legal format do the comedy. NO framing prose. The reader encounters
a legal petition addressed to the Manner of the World requesting that
"all sentences be commuted to song" and must decide what register
they are reading in.

**What must not be smoothed:** The legal formatting (COMES, Petitioner,
Respondent, PRAYER FOR RELIEF). The absurdist precedents. The
earnestness underneath the comedy. "Deeply felt" — that phrase must
stay. It is the tell. It reveals that the comedy is the surface and
the wound is underneath.

### Extraction 4b → NB IX (new Fragment BF — the Prayer for Relief only)

**What it repairs:** NB IX needs liturgical-legal hybrid material.

**Form:** Fragment BF — just the PRAYER FOR RELIEF section (items A–G).

The ambition ("i am the future of writing"). The contradiction between
the two IS the performative contradiction of NB I, before it had a name.

### Extraction 5a → NB IX (new §3h: THE SEED TEXT, before the Litany)

**What it repairs:** NB IX needs TRUE REMAINDER — material that predates
the framework and resists integration. This is the archive's origin
document. It is the text from which the algebra grew. It should sit
in the remainder notebook looking like what it is: a text written in
2015 by someone who did not yet have the vocabulary to name what he
was doing, doing it anyway.

**Form:** §3h: "THE SEED TEXT (July 30, 2015)" — 800w extracted from the

vomit passage ("gross stained macaroni chunks"), the humility/ambition

low word-turner"), and the oh-oh lawdy passage. NO modernization. NO
cleanup. The lowercase stays. The ampersands stay. The roughness IS
the content. The roughness is what proves the book's origin was not
a theory but a body.

**What must not be smoothed:** EVERYTHING. Do not capitalize. Do not
remove the vomit. Do not edit the tweets. Do not clean the prose.
The distance between this voice and the monograph's analytical prose
is the DISTANCE the book traveled. The distance should be visible.
The distance is the bearing-cost.

### Extraction 5b → NB I §0c (The Conditions — splice one paragraph)

**What it repairs:** NB I §0c talks about the forcing conditions. It
should CONTAIN a sample of the voice that emerged from them. One
paragraph of the 2015 voice — "i am not a poet like Ginsberg or
Whitman, whose greatness roars from behind their beards — me i am
a low word-turner — some bright turns of phrase, the occasional
capacity for breathless compunction, but straight ahead my language

lions, the Jupiter. It is Protocol I performed in the Ginsbergian
register before the protocol had a name.
